Urgently Needed help,
In portal logon welcome home page.
1) Welcome page appears
2) There is a link get Support.
3)In get support: How we can help drop down.
4)I selected Password Reset.
5)Entered the portal passwd,userid,last name ,frst name
6)details submitted

1)then a message comes : New passwd has assigned and sent by mail in Red color warning.
2)Where i need to configure Email-functionality so that i can receive the mail.
3) or user will get the mail.
please help it's Urgent

Here you can configure the SMTP Server used by the
portal.

I have created A Role and assigned Logon_help action to it and assigned the Role to Anonymous group.
So i have Logon Problem? Get Support link on Portal Logon Screen. When i click on it, i was asked to provide userid and email id.
I have entered them. i got a message the my userid is reset and sent to my mail. but havent received any mail, and the password is changed which have to log in as admin and reset the password.

7.01 to 7.3 Upgrade - Logon Screen - "Logon Problems? Get Support" occuring

Hi
We have upgrade our ABAP and JAVA stacks from NW 7.01 to NW 7.3.
After the upgrade is the "Logon Problems? Get Support" occuring on our portals logon screen. In 7.01 this was controlled with the parameter ume.logon.logon_help - however after the upgrade we do not see this parameter anymore.

Any idea about how we remove the "Logon Problems? Get Support" part?

On my fresh 7.3 installation, everything is clean and ... fresh ...
So, for example, the built in group AnonUsers only has the user Guest as it's solely relation (no parent, no child groups); the guest user has the Guest role, which has (via it's groups) roles Everyone and Guest; onbly the role Everyone as got UME actions.
All together, this sounds much like an upgrade issue (on my fresh 7.3, there is no group "J2EE_GUEST" at all).
Two possibilities to go:
- Open an OSS message (should be done in any case probably, to report this issue to SAP, so that this can be fixed);
- Check the UME consistenty by yourself (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/44/aecb4253217037e10000000a422035/frameset.htm)
Maybe the second point already will fix some things; would be great for you, anyhow, I still would advise to report this issue officially to SAP.

You can't get it reset; if you could there would be no point in having it. If you have an encrypted backup there are two ways this could have happened:
You checked "Encrypt Backup" in iTunes at some time in the past, either intentionally or by accident

Can no longer login to Blackberry App World or get a password reset, please help!

I have entered my email and password but it is rejected.
When I ask for a password reset I am prompted to answer a security question. The security question I am given is one I have never set, so I do not know what the answer is meant to be!
Consequently I cannot get a password reset so am unable to access My Blackberry App World, either on my phone or on a pc.
What has happened to my account and why can I no longer log in..?

Apparently, there was something corrupt in my Profile. I backed up my default profile, created a new one and copied over the critical folders and files - the addons; backedup bookmarks, places.sqlite; password info in key3.db and signons.sqlite.
Issue resolved.

SuPM home page getting stuck and couldnt able to enter

we are not able to enter into SuPM home page and getting stuck while its loading.. due this cause, we have installed flashplayer_10_ax_debug (No flash player exist earlier).

The flex UI for SuPM is sturctured within the SUPM Portal packages OPMFNDUI and ANASUSTUI,so please re check whether you have installed the correct SuPM portal packages from service marketplace.
Since I see some webservice related message in the log please re check the following post installation step in the installation guide :
Configuring SAP UI Framework Web Service Proxies (look for the authorization details also).
If you still get problem during loading the SuPM UI through portal please go to NW administrator and view the error log.

Lost my password, never get a password reset from spotify

Like title says I never got any email when resetting my password. I did this account to write this message, because I want my old account back. This accounts password is 0000. I dont want to make new account. I will never ever gonna join to facebook. I just want my old account back. Btw, it took me four hours to make this far and post this never before asked question. Hi All,
I am facing this peculiar issue.
Post installation of webcenter, I can access the Webcenter Spaces homepage.
I log into webcenter as admin and configure a Mail Connection. I start and stop the Webcenter Spaces deployment. Now I don't see the Webcenter spaces Home page.
Error on page -

Mozilla support password reset fails

I had old account RichardBollinger with email  <e-mail removed>. My old password did not meet your new restrictions. Also, I could not use it to log in. Multiple password resets also failed. I would get the link and click on it. Then change my password. Then try to use in to login. No dice. Please delete that account as it has become corrupted. I will continue with this one. Please fix this problem before I run out of email addresses.

IPad home page gets big

My baby slapped my iPad screen and from then the home page is showing bigger including all the apps. Even full screen is not visible. Any clue? What happened and how to fix it?

Safari Resets. Home page and toolbar keep resetting, how do i stop it?

I change my home page and set up my Tool Bar with only the buttons I need.
However, next time I start my MAC or start Safari, the settings revert back to before with Apple as home page.
I have McAfee AV installed, could this be the cause?
Im on Mac OS 10.8.3 and Safari 6.0.4
