Portrait on 14" width by 11" length continuous feed paper for Dot Matrix printer.

Hello,
I am trying to set the properties of a Report Builder 3.0 form for Portrait orientation with 14" width by 11" length continuous form. The report will print on a high speed dot matrix printer. My problem is when I change the report property
to 14" width by 11" length, Report Builder 3.0 automatically changes the Orientation to Landscape! I want it Portrait on 14"x11" paper!

According to your description, when printing reports in dot matrix printer, it can't keep the Portrait in report property. Right?
In Reporting Services, it supports printing in a dot matrix printer. However, the dot matrix print is quite different from regular printers. It has reported it can't accept the page layout(landscape and Portrait). In this scenario, we suggest you export
the report into PDF/TIFF, then print it in dot matrix printer. Please refer to the links below:

You mean you want the browser to do that? Frankly I don't think you are likely to succeed, but possibly using CSS (with an "@media print" section) might work. Specify fonts, font sizes, try to control everything that can be controlled through CSS. Note that this has nothing to do with Java.

Hi,
We're currently developping an .net application for a customer of ours in VS2005 (c#). I used crystal reports for VS2005 to create an invoice.
The invoices have to be printed on a dot-matrix printer with continuous paper (Brother M-4318). When an invoice is only one page long, there's no problem. Even when printing several sigle-page invoices after another, all goes fine. The problem occurs when an invoice is more then one page longe. The first page comes out correctly, but on the following pages everything moves ca. 3 mm upwards (3 mm on the second page, 6 mm on the third page, and so on...). On the report 'Design > Printer Setup', I selected the right printer, the right paper size, ... On the report there's a page header (consisting of two sections), and there's a page footer that is only printed on the last page, but there are no report header and no report footer.
I can not figure out what seems to be the problem. Has anyone else had this or a similar problem before? If so, please let me know. Any suggestions are welcome.

Continuous paper is a little bit longer than normal A4 paper. I found only one way to set it: ReportDocument.PrintOptions.PaperSize =CrystalDecisions.Shared.PaperSize.PaperFanfoldStdGermanI had no success, setting continuous papersize by printer setup. ... waiting for CustomPaperSize-Property (like CustomPaperSource)... That would probably be handled by the printer drivers
themselves. If they
can't do it, there's not much you can do to make them.

Smartform printing on Dot Matrix printer for continuous stationery

Hi Friends,
I'm throwing my smartform print output on printer using local printer .Now the problem is as i have designed the SF using A4 page size , the output on Dot matrix is my output (WHICH IS 1/3rd OF a PAGE) + rest of empty space which is actually wasting pages.
Settings in SPAD are as follows:
Output device : Lp01
Device type : SWIN
and page format : LINE_21
Format Type : LINE_21
What i want is a restricted output .please let me know the possible solutions and do i need to load the driver for my printer in SAP as well (Printer is : wipro WEP 800 DX)

Continuous Feed for M1005

Want to know if M1005 is able to print the continuous paper (one that is used by dot matrix printer)?
So far I was only able to print A4 size paper. Please advice if continuous or A3 size can be printed on M1005

What version of Acrobat are you using?
While you can do some limited editing in Acrobat, PDF is considered a final format, and is not designed for general editing. It is best to do the editing in the application which created the PDF file.

If you mean photo stream, that's because they only remain in iCloud for 30 days (even though your last 1000 photo stream photos remain on your iOS devices until you delete them). When you first enable photo stream, you only get the photos from the last 39 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud.

Why do you believe this is true? If you're looking at the bluetooth settings page, simply opening that page in settings initiates the search. It stops when you close it.

Using Proxy on Lion - Continually being prompted for username and password

I am looking at Lion in my studio setup at the moment and so far only a few things I am not happy with. One of these though is really annoying and in it's present form would stop me from using it in production.
I have setup the proxies in the Network tab as they are in 10.6.8 but I continually get prompted for my username and password. Not an issue if it was my machine and I would be using at home for instance but in the studio no. It could be anyone using the machine and some people do not have proxy access.
I do not want to store in the general network settings as a default username for the machine as there is not one. Is there a way of seeing what is trying to look out to the internet? Would little Snitch help here?
Dialogue box I would like to get rid of it the red ! one below, as the only way to avoid this is by typing in a user name and password into the Network Preferences settings
I do not mind this one below as it is usually only appears when you require it and not randomly during the day.

I have installed Little Snitch and left running for the day.
So far helpd is the main culprit, so is there a way of disabling this other than using little snitch?
If only Little Snitch, has anyone deployed to around 25 Macs so that the user doesn't really notice?

SharePoint site continues prompting window for Id and Password?

Hi, recently all users facing issue while opening SharePoint 2010 Sites, sites continues prompting window for Id and Password, even after entering information it’s asking.
When I login on server and try to open the site, there was also asking prompt.
And when I added user id’s in Server local administration group then sites are opening and when if I remove user id’s from Server local administration then again starting to ask prompt.
Domain Controller is running fine.
Please tell what is the issue?

How to generate a continuous sine wave for a given amount of time

I am trying to output a continuous sine wave for a speaker, but I am having difficulty making it continuous rather than looping the signal for a given amount of time, which causes discontinuities. There is a VI in the Labview examples titles Continous Generation, but it produces a square wave. Is there a way to adapt this VI such that the amplitude and frequency can be used as inputs to create a sine wave?

I found a VI that ships with labview(7.0)called continuous sound output. the output of this is a sine wave or you can change it to whatever you want.
