Ports blocked by ISP -please help

I have tried everything and opened up various ports and I still cannot access my domain from outside my LAN. Do I need to set anything in Port Triggering?? The TZO server software that I am using can only listen on a single port -is this part of the problem?
I am using TZO’s web server software (v. 3). I have Linksys router WRT54G with the TZO DDNS service and Comcast is my ISP. I know that Comcast blocks ports, but other ports do not work.
I have my Linksys router set to forward port 80 and 81 (TCP, UDP selected) to my server which I have assigned a static IP of 192.168.13.107 (these are set as well: subnet mask, default gateway, Primary and Secondary DNS servers).
I have turned-off the firewall on the server and even added ports 80 and 81 with TCP and UDP (for a total of 4) via the firewall.
Random ports forwarded in the router and opened on the server PC does not help. The server software reports that the port is open (80 or 81 -which ever I decided to use). I even checked the Web Server (HTTP) box under Advanced Settings->Services with no luck. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
I receive “unable to connect” or “timeout” messages when I try to access my website; otherwise, these are the ONLY 4 ways that I can access it (please note that my domain is not accessible from outside my LAN):

well....in order to access the server outside the LAN , you need to use the WAN ip address and the port number .. you cannot use the LAN ip address to access the server from outside ..

Know that these forums are for peer-to-peer help. Sometimes the Verizon admins step in to connect customers with service representatives. There is no guarantee anyone at Verizon will see your post.
It looks like you already tried the whitelistprocess. Verizon customers can submit whitelist requests as well. You might want to have some of your customers who are also Verizon internet customers submit a whitelist request. Verizon might listen to their customers.

btw it's a useful habit to use indentation to highlight the block structure. Also it's worth deciding what your convention will be for keywords (I use uppercase, lowercase is also fine as far as I'm concerned but I've set up my editor to uppercase them) and variables, database object names etc (I use lowercase), e.g:

Safari has been "frozen" by a pop up update1.new-flashplayers.us which I believe to be a virus. I don't want to click "ok" but my browser won't work. Closing done and rebooting doesn't help. It just comes back up and blocks safari. Please help

Port Forwarding not working (PLEASE HELP!)

I have been trying to port forward a Minecraft server for fun, however the port will not open no matter how many times I try. Here's what I've been doing: Enter 192.168.1.1 in browser and log in. Once on the home screen -> advanced -> port forwarding rules -> add port -> tcp -> any source -> single destination: 25565 (default port for a Minecraft server) -> add port -> udp -> any source -> single destination: 25565 -> apply -> fire wall settings -> typical security -> port forwarding -> select my computer I am on -> select the port forward I had previously created -> add -> resolve now & apply. The status shows as active, but when I use a site like checkmyports.net, it states that the port is closed.Is anyone else having port forwarding issues? What's the problem? Did I miss something? Both my usb ports aren't working, Please help!

I bought a 500gb external hard drive that is usb powered. it was working fine a week ago but now i get a message saying a device draws to much power, therefore all my usb ports aren't working for anything any more. Not even a simple wireless mouse. I am using a macbook pro late 2011. also.....when i use the usb port closest to the charging port, the lights on he external hard drive turn on (yet i still get the message). When i use the other usb port, no lights turn on at all. does this mean one of them is just ruined completley??.

It actually did. After I uninstalled java and restarted my computer for the fifth time, the usb ports actually responded! I re installed java and the problem was fixed.

What do you mean by "tried connecting through cable"? I can think of two different things you might mean.
It might help to reset the connection settings on your Mac using these steps one at a time until the problem is resolved, recognizing that, depending on your problem, not all of these steps will make sense:
1) Use the AirPort/Wi-Fi menu bar item to turn AirPort/Wi-Fi off, then on again.
2) Try to select your Wi-Fi network from the AirPort/Wi-Fi menu.
3) In the Network panel of System Preferences delete the AirPort/Wi-Fi item from the left column, then add it back.
4) In the same panel as (3), define a new location and see if you can make that work.
5) In the same panel, select the AirPort/Wi-Fi connection item, click the "Advanced" button, select the "TCP/IP" tab, then click "Renew DHCP Lease". Note that the fix this step implements may be temporary.
6) In the folder /Library/Preferences ( _not_ <yourhomefolder>/Library/Preferences), move the folder SystemConfiguration onto the Desktop, then restart your computer. See if you can now make your AirPort connection work.
These steps may not help, but they'll only take a couple of minutes to try. Before you try these, if you have any special network settings on your Mac for things like DSL credentials, note all your network settings, because the latter steps will destroy them. If you got all the way to the last step, if things don't work any worse than before, you can trash the saved SystemConfiguration folder.

A few important things to note:
1. When you write data to the serial port, it just writes the data, whether or not the PIC chip is
ready to receive data. There's no handshaking or signaling. If you send data and the PIC chip
isn't ready for it, it will be ignored. Some PIC chips have a hardware UART which will buffer a
few bytes of data for later retrieval. But this isn't a cure-all. If the buffer fills up, it
creates an error condition which prevents further data from being read. You need to include
custom PIC code to reset the error flag.
2 In contrast to the PIC chip, the computer has a rather large hardware buffer. If the PIC chip
sends serial data to your computer when you're not around to read it, it gets stored.
3. If you make a call to readByte(), and there's no data to be read, readByte() waits until there
is data. If you want to know how much data (if any) is available, make a call to available().
4. Conversely, if you make a call to readBytes() or readString() and there's no data to be read,
readBytes() returns a byte array of zero length, and readString() returns and empty string.
5. If you want to use Sun's JavaComm package instead of this code, subsitute your calls to

Please answer this question:
1. Do you have V.35.0.002 10.11.2009 firmware installed now?
If you do you have the most up to date version available installed, there are no newer versions.
If not you need to install Nokia Suite to check for and install an available update or contact a Nokia Care Point to have this done for your (if possible). If you visit a Care Point I would install Nokia Suite anyway and do a full backup before you go.
The N95 can't do an update over the air so setting up an access point would not help you, assuming that is what you are asking for. Which settings to use depends on which carrier you are with and so you should check their website or call their helpdesk for these settings.
In any other case be more clear on what you need help with or you could contact Nokia Care who will be able to assist you in your native language (normally). You can reach them by phone, mail or chat (where available) through the 'Contact us' section on this page.

I do not have any personal experience with this, but I understand that that 11g install comes with its own release of SQLDeveloper which you will need to use to access 11g database.
