POs are not available in Backend Ext Classic Scenario

Hi All,
Working with SRM 5 and Backend 4.6. in Extended Classic scenario.
For one plant the PO created in the SRM does not get replicated to the Backend whereas for other
Plants it happens.
Any body faced this before,pl give clues.

(1)Is that PO in error in transfer?
(2)Hope you have defined local flag when your defined srm system.
(3) What about communication rfc users profile in both system.
(4) Hope RFC definition and logical system name are same/

Hi,
I am working with SRM 5.0 in classic scenario.
1) I have defined No. ranges for SC and follow-on documents in SPRO. No. range PO is defined for backend (classic) POs. (Checkbox -External is not marked)
PO - From 3005000000 to 3008000000
2) I have assigned this no. range PO to document type 'EC' (Pur Order) as external no. range
3) No. range PO is also defined at R/3 backend for Purchase Orders (checkbox 'External' not marked)
PO - From 3004000000 to 3009999999
4) This no. range is assigned to doc. type EC as Internal no. range in R/3 backend
Now, when I am creating a SC in SRM and ordering it, it is causing an error in creation.
I see the following description in Admin login:
Shopping cart 6500005899 (PO 3005000532): BAPI 001 No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference:
PO no. 3005000532 is picked from no. range PO defined in SRM.
But, in SC screen, I do not see any follow-on documents.
When I check BBP_PD, I find following data:
BE_OBJECT_TYPE    -> BUS2012         -> Follow on Document Object Type in backend system
BE_OBJECT_ID      -> 3005000535       -> Follow on Document Object ID in backend
(However, this no. belongs to no. range PO defined in SRM. At the backend, the PO no. range starts from 3004000000 to 3009999999)
BE_INFO_REC    -> 5300002566
Also, I can see two lines highlighted in Red under Stats:

My doubt is that ,
a) Why system is picking PO# from SRM no. range (3005000535) and showing it as backend object ID?
b) When system is able to fetch the Info record information from backend, why the PO is not getting generated at the backend?
Why there is an error in transmission of PO?

Free of charge items, ie price = u00A30.00 are not transferred to backend.

Free of charge items, ie price = £0.00 are not transferred to backend. PO created with held status, but the SRM PO item IR flag is selected. If we manually amend the SRM PO item to remove the 'invoice receipt' flag, then save the PO, the PO does get to the backend with a price of zero, the IR flag de-selected and the 'free' item flag selected.
How do we manage to get the PO with free items to the backend without having to manually change the held PO in SRM? We are on SRM 5.0 using extended classic.

We have done this type of requirment.. several times.. This is easily possible ..
You need to Implement the BADI - BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK using SE18 Transaction.
Either you can do this sample code inside BAPI (Make changes accordingly) or inside the BADI - BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK / BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK_NEW depending on your requirement.
LOOP AT po_items INTO ls_po_items WHERE net_price IS INITIAL.
* Reset the IR Indicator for Items with Zero net price
 ls_po_items_add_data-po_item = ls_po_items-po_item.
 ls_po_items_add_data-ir_ind = space.
 ls_po_items_add_data-gr_ind = 'X'.
 ls_po_items_add_data-gr_non_val = 'X'.
 APPEND ls_po_items_add_data TO po_items_add_data.
ENDLOOP.

R/3 Backend PO in SRM for Confirmation in Ext. classic scenario

Hi,
We are on SRM 4.0, Extended classic scenario
User created STO(Stock transport order) in backedn R/3(Not in SRM) and is visible in "Confirmation /GR services" in SRM.
But when user tries to do confirm it the items are not available and confirmation is not possible in SRM.
Is there anything missing in the system ? Please suggest

it should be updated by running standard progarams which updated the status of the corresponding documents in R/3

No-one knows. It depends on when Apple decide to open an iBookstore for India.
In the mean time, you could create an Apple ID in the US store without a credit card and use iTunes gift cards to buy things. Gift cards are available on eBay. (I have never done this, but heard a number of reports from people who have and were happy with this approach.)

During the PO ordering to supplier via email, some POs are not sent to the supplier.
the document output status is in incorrectly processed in the table PPFTTRIGG.
Pls help me with any standard job is available to execute this incorrectly processed PO outputs.

Hello Maddan,
If some of your action status have errors occured during processing, you cannot re-process PO edition: you have first to identify what was the error.
So, get the application keys (PO number) from table PPFTTRIGG for which status is "2". Then, check in transactional what is exactly the error for each PO concerned.

New DSO data fields are not available for transformations in the upwardflow

Hello,
There are data flow from
many source DSOs -> Target DSO -> Final DSO.
Different transformations are defined and activated with DTPs. This works fine and provides the desired results.
now new fields are added to the target DSO, final DSO and one of the source DSO.
When I now try to edit the transformations, the new fields are not part of the sources at the different stage.
The fields are available in the Data Source created out of a DSO but not directly when using a DSO as a data source.
Have anyone faced such a problem?
any solutions to this?
- I cannot delete all the other transformations as this is too much work to do and there is no time for it.

consistently when trying to access TFS2012 Web Access. I'm on the same domain as the server and able to login however as soon as I try and access a query it asks me to log in again and then presents me with the above message.
Any thoughts am trying to get as many ports open as possible however security's pretty tight here.

Your content will only be where you put it. It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
You can transfer itunes purchases from your iphone: File>Device>Transfer purchases.
You can import your pics taken with the iphone as you would with any digital camera.
You can e-mail the other pics to yourself, they will never be of the original quality.
You can out a unique contact and calendar entry on the computer. You should get the option to merge the data when you sync.

I just checked to see if the update to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 solved any of the issues outlined in my previous post, and to my dismay, nothing has changed -- all of the previous problems persist.
My iMac (8) -- it's renamed itself eight times since the recent troubleshoot with the Apple tech rep -- shows up as a shared device in Finder on my MacBook Pro, but when I click on it, I cannot establish a connection using "Connect As". So I've attempted to connect using the menu "Go/Connect to Server...", using both (alternately) the iMac's name and IP address, to no avail. I get a message which reads: "There was a problem connecting to the server 'Peter's iMac (8)'. This server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again."
Here's what I know:
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) does exist;
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) is available at this time;
The server name -- Peter's iMac (8) -- is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The server IP address is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The network connection is active when I attempt to connect.
I'm convinced the problems stem directly from the OS X Yosemite update. None of this was ever remotely an issue in the previous OS X's -- any of them. This is maddening! What can be done? Apple?? Anyone???
