POSDM TIBQ entries in error status

Hi POSDM experts,
We have set up jobs to pick transactions from inbound queue for every 5 mins using the program /POSDW/INBOUNDDISPATCHER. We noticed that certain queues ran into status /posdw/tibq-recordstatus = 2 (error). We can identify the queues in error using /posdw/qmon. (Please be informed we have changed the frequency of the job, it does not matter).
We tried to check for the logs pertaining to the program and found no information. If the queue in error is processed, it is successful and can see the details of the transactions in workbench.
Can you please let us know how to identify the information why they ran into error? Hence determine the fix and avoid the issue.
Thanks,
Suraj Pabbathi

Hi Aram K,
Your reply helped me to pin point the error log. However when you look into the issue, it says "Errors Occurred during processing for store 97", followed by locked by user BTCBUS.
Is it transaction locked by batch user (BTCBUS) is the error or there are different errors occurred during processing for store 97? If there are different errors, this transaction is not giving those errors.
If the transaction is locked by batch user, why it should land into error? Should it not process those transactiosn? FYI.. we have set up job to process the transactions every 5 mins.
Thanks,
Suraj Pabbathi

    Dear All,
We have implemented standard Leave request process, we are facing the issue as mentioned below, Its not happening for all the time, however we want to what scenario   this problem will arrives.
    Problem description:
E.g. Staff applied annual leave on 10.06.2010, the leave request will sent for approval , after the approval of the leave ,every 30 min. we have scheduled a job which will execute standard program RPTARQPOST to post a leave request to IT2001.
After the approval when staff go into ess and see leave request details under "Show Overview of Leave" and its shows as 2 records for the same period one with APPROVED and another one with ERROR.
Type of Leave   From         TO                    Status                      Used

    Hi Annul,
Please check SAP Note 986003 - ESS LEA: Incorrect ERROR status for records in RPTARQPOST.

  • Message has error status on outbd side

    Hi,
I am doing File to IDoc scenario, in SXMB_MONI i am getting the following error "Message has error status on outbd side". I am not using BPM and this interface was working fine earlier .
    Any clues!!!!!!!!!!
    Regards
    Swatantra

    Hi Vijay,
Cross check whether you have done these:-
    SLD-
    1) Create a Product/Software Component
    2) Technical System pointing to R/3 system
    3) Business System for the above technical system
    In the Repository
    1) Import the Software component created in the sld
    2) Create a namespace,
    3) import the idoc and then create sender data type/message type etc and mapping
    4) Mapping Rules is depends on the requirement
    In the Directory
    1) Create a Scenario /import the business system
    2) Create Receiver/Interface determination
    3) Create communication channels for sender and receiver
    4) Sender Agreeement and Receiver Agreement.
Then the file adapter configuration is depend on the input file format.
Also you need to have Logical destionation created in the XI , and the IDX1 entry
In R/3 Port, Partner profiles etc should be created
Have a look into this document~
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/877c0d53-0801-0010-3bb0-e38d5ecd352c
While doing an File -> XI -> IDoc scenario, The Points to noted are:
    1. You don’t need a DT, MT or a message interface for the IDOC as it itself acts as the Message Interface.
    2. You import the IDOC and use the same in your mapping.
    3. In this configuration note that you will need a sender agreement for the file.
    4. In this configuration note that you will also need a receiver agreement for the IDOC.
For any File -> XI -> IDoc scenario ref:
    /people/anish.abraham2/blog/2005/12/22/file-to-multiple-idocs-xslt-mapping
    Hope this helps.

  • Message has error status on outbd. side (error in Moni)

    Hello All,
Iam doing soap to idoc scenario, the scenario was working fine since long time....but yesterday we had an issue...we can see the message was sucessfully processed in XI monitor and RWB, but idoc not got created in sap ecc system.
when i checked in moni one column called Outbound status is in error status and the error is message has error status on outbd. side.....i checked the idx1, idx2,sm59......all settings are fine.
How to reslove the issue, please help me.
    Thanks and regards,
    Chinna

    Hi
Please check the below  i think your problem will solve
    Hi,
    Check whether IDoc was created:
    1. Execute Transaction WE05; enter correct date/time parameters etc. If IDoc found in failed status, open status records folder and double click on the failed status records to get error message.
Check Whether IDoc is received by the Receiver:
    2. Execute Transaction WE05; enter correct date/time parameters etc and verify if the IDoc was created or not and if IDoc is in a successful status or not. If the Idoc is in Status-30(Yellow), you can push it again through Transaction BD87.
    3. If the IDoc is located and status is successful but receiver has not received the IDoc, Execute transaction SM58 to determine if IDoc is stuck in the ALE/RFC layer. If entries exist in SM58, look for Message Type
    4. If message type exist and Run the Program "RSARFCEX". If after the RSARFCEX program has ran and IDocs are not in SM58, issue should be solved. Validate in receiving system via WE05 that the IDoc was received or not.
    5. If IDoc is still stuck in SM58, check RFC connection. Go to SE37, enter function module RFC_PING. We need to have access to SM59 to test the RFC Connection.
    6. After an issue has been resolved and/or you need to process an IDoc, besides processing IDocs via programs, you can also process IDocs via Transaction BD87.

  • Error status on outbound side

    Hi experts,
I am in JDBC to IDOC scenario and right now i face following error in SXI_MONITOR (black and white flag in status field BUT Red flag in outbound status):
"Message has error status on outbound side"
This is a heavy interface (up to 8MB) but, in the past, we did not receive this error. I saw that there is an entry in SM58 from the PIAFUSER that says "Lock table overflow"
Thus, I set the parameter enque/tablesize up to 8192 MB but after restarting the system it did not work either, a new entry in SM58 is shown.
If i analyse the runtime tab of the response of the message i can see
<SAP:AdapterStatus>007</SAP:AdapterStatus> --> for an erroneous interface execution (payload=7,2MB)
    <SAP:AdapterStatus>006</SAP:AdapterStatus>  --> for a successful execution (payload 6.5 MB)
Can anyone plz, help me on this?
I cannot explain why we did not face this in the past.
Can you please explain how the lock table works? and what does the overflow means?
Thanks a lot in advance and best regards,
    David

Besides, i dont think it is gonna be a matter of disk spaces as all of them have, at least, 3.0 Gb of free space.
Any other clue? I increased the enque/table_size up to 65 MB and the lock table overflow in SM58 still remains!!!

Any help would be appreciatedSCM security can be tricky to get right the first time you use it. Have you performed these operations in the global zone?:
    - run es-config to add your SunMC userID to the scm-container ACL?
    - made sure the Project Managment and Pool Management entries are in /etc/security/prof_attr and exec_attr files?
    - added your SunMC userID to the Zone/Pool/Project entries in /etc/user_attr (or used the 'usermod' command to add the entries for you)?
If any of those steps were missed then SunMC (or Solaris) may not believe you have permisson to make changes to zones/pools etc. There are a couple of SCM docs listed in with the SunMC doc set:

  • G/Laccounts IDOCS error status 29

    Hi all,
I  transfer G/L accounts from a sap source system to another sap system, using transaction BD18 and message type GLMAST.   for some of the general ledger accounts , it  works very well.
however, half of my accounts have a functional area (FUNC_AREA).
when I send these accounts , I have the  status 29 : error in ALE service:  and the error is F5 162   , "business area & is not defined " .  I have no business area in my accounts , the value "business area" is filled  with the beginning of the value FUNC_AREA !
What does means the error status 29 ?  is it really a "Missing or Incorrect Partner Profile" ?  In WE20 (configuration of partner profile), in  my source system I have GLMAST for outbound parameter , and in my reception  system, I have GLMAST in the inbound parameter, this is the standard and should be correct ... What do I have to do in order to correct this status ?
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Hi sabine,
    Your configuration should like below.
    A -- Sending SAP system
    B --  Receiving SAP System
    In  A ,   go to we20.
Click on system B( Partner type LS).
Now in "Outbound parameters" , your entry should be maintained.
    Thanks

  • MP Installation success or error status: 1603.

    Hi guys,
I try to install MP role on a new sccm 2012 server. Setup failed, I try:
     - Remove the MP as a site system role (if it is still installed), wait for it to finish
        - Remove IIS completely
        - Reboot the server
        - Stop the Task Scheduler Service
        - Rename the %windir%\Tasks folder to something else (or move it)
        - Start the Task Scheduler Service (this will recreate the %windir%\Tasks folder)
        - Reinstall IIS, BITS, WebDAV
        - Insure BITS and WebDAV are enabled
        - Reinstall the MP
    but still failed.

  • Error Status Message

    Hi Vadim,
Thanks for your help in my previous issue.
My client wants to setup the error message when the user enter >1 value in input schedule against to each month(Jan,Feb and March etc) it is basically HC planning where as they have average headcount value is 1 (So that the user has to enter the value between 0 to 1). The requirement is when the user enters more than 1 then the system needs to thrown an error message and it has to restricted the user.
I have found the normal excel function to setup this error status message through data validation in excel. Can you please tell me is there any EPM function available for this kind of setups in SAP BPC 10.0 EPM. So that we can use that option instead of normal excel function.
Please see my current setup message in the above screen shot.
    Regards,
    Satish

    Hi Satish,
No EPM functions available, you have to use Excel data validation.
BPC can validate data only afte data was sent to database.

  • Message has error status at outbound side File To Idoc Scenario

    hi ,
In my File to Idoc scenario , when i go to sxmb_moni , i found that its showing red flag at Outbound Status Tab and showing message "Message has error status at outbound side".
When i go to IDX5 and and select my idoc and click on Transaction Id it shows "Password logon no longer possible - too many faile" .
Please suggest what may be the problem ?
    Regards,
    Rohit

    1. First check the RFC destination name used in receiver Idoc adapter communication channel.
    2. As i said earlier, in sm59 transaction in XI gui, u can check same rfc destination under type 3. There check the logon credentials and the username.
    3. Now goto the R3 system GUI and check in su01 that same user is locked or not. If locked unlock it.
    4. And if u change the password of that user, then do the similar change in XI -> sm59 -> rfc destination logon credential

  • Error message without error status matching

    Hi Gurus,
I have a error message from process chain as follows:
Failure Group EREC01 Special FULL - Job 1                                                                                Process Group EREC01 Special FULL - Job 1 Of Type Local Process Chain Has Status Ended with errors (Process Chain Encapsulate EREC01 GRP)                                                                                It is now 21:19:54 on 05/05/2010 (time zone PST)                                                                                Current Process Chain Run: D80JW1WN91Q0OEZ3K0ZGF3MS5 in System BIP (Host biprd03)
but when I get into rspc to check the status for this running, it shows green for status in the log view. why does this error message come up without any error status matching?
    Many thanks

    Hi,
Please check if your are looking the correct process chain and in correct transaction. you may look at the logs of this process chain in RSPCM and not in RSPC.
If you can not find this error status message in RSPCM, them check SM37 and SM12 by providing the proper timeinterval for the message you got.

Please can someone help me fix this ? and tell me what I need to do to stop it happening inthe furture ?
    Many Thanks

    Hello there, G-Oker.
The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great recommendations for the very error message you are receiving:
Resolve specific iTunes update and restore errors
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3694
    Particularly:
    Check USB connections
    Related errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response,” and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
    Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you checked your connections and are still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues.
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
    Cheers,
    Pedro.

  • SAP PI Message Cancellation Alert - Message does not have restartable error status

    Hello SCNers
    Version: 7.1
    Scenario: File --> PI -->SOAP
We have a situation where a PI message  in Integration Engine shows error status. We want to cancel the message in IE but are unable to do so.
On clicking Cancel for this message in SXMB_MONI, we are receiving an alert "Message does not have restartable error status".
In SXMSPMAST table, value for ITFACTION is DEL.
We do not want to run report RSXMB_DEL_TO_ARCH, that would change status of all messages with DEL status to ARCH.
Is there a way to Cancel or Change the Status of this single message?
    Regards
    Sudheer

    Hi Hareesh,
Tried that too, but to no avail.
Strangely, the log shows NO_ERROR_STATE for the cancelation of this message thru RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES.
But in SXMSPMAST table the status of this message is 14 (System Error - Manual Restart Possible).
    Regards
    Sudheer

In the workflow log it shows that "Transformation Step (2)" has error. I am using multimapping in the transformation step.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I ran out ideas to fix this issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    Sarvesh

The issue was with the step "Transformation Step (2)" and I fixed it in the mapping.
When using two send steps "Send step (1)" & "Send step(2)", BPM is executing the second send "Send step(2)" before it completes the first send step "Send step(1)".  The first "Send step(1)" inserts the data into the database table and the second "Send step(2)" retrieves the data inserted in the first send step.
If I insert a "Wait step" between the 2 send steps it working.  Can anyone explain how the send step in BPM works.
I did post the same question in "Exchange" forum also so that it can be view by more people.
    Thanks,
    Sarvesh
