Position order under org chart not reflecting SAP

Hi,
I I am having a problem at the moment where the position under the org chart boxes in nakisa do not reflect the order in SAP. Is there any setting to enable the true reflection of order in nakisa or is this a schema change?

Hi there,
Yes, you need to define the object sort order for each hierarchy in each orgchart. You can do this in the Admin Console by going to the OrgChart module, selecting your orgchart (e.g. Organisation Structure) and then going to Sort Fields. You will need to do this for any subsequent linked hierarchies too (where applicable) as you might want a different order for each type of object.

When i tried to make confirmation for Production Order through CO15 transaction , i receive the following error message “ Production scheduling profile for production order type 10 does not exist – SAP Message No.10085 “
In Work Scheduling view, Production Scheduling Profile is maintained as per OPKP only.
How to check whether production scheduling profile is maintained for relevant order type 10.

Please check the order type dependent parameter in OPL8 here you will get the Substitute Scheduler
Then go to OPCH and check valid production scheduling profile assign here as per OPKP to your production scheduler for your plant.
Production order have Order category as 10 Process Order 40 in standard SAP you can check this in OPJH.

Org Charts not pulling through complete internal order numbers

Hi Team
Can u please help me to overcome my issue
Here is my issue -
Can someone please investigate this issue - the internal orders are not pulling through to the Org Charts correctly.
As per this screen shot, Michelle Morgan is on internal order 4000035.
However as per this next screen shot, this information is not pulling through completely (it is only showing 40000).
I.e one employee the cost centre / Internal order on R3 is showing as one number and on portal it is shown as a different one

The only reason to resettle the orders is that the "settlement rules" were revised in the current fiscal year . In the current fiscal year , the settlements for each settled period (closed period) are reversed and then resettled in the current open period using the revised settlement rules. However, the issue involves these same orders had costs in the previous fiscal year and were settled originally in that previous fiscal year with the old settlement rules. This is a closed fiscal year and all periods are closed.
Any thoughts on a system approach to effect the settlement rule change crossing two fiscal years rather than manual entries for prior fiscal year settlement rule impact as a two step process the first step being the current fiscal year resettlements and the second step the manual entry for previous year impact ?

Org unit not reflecting in Infotype 0001

Hi,
While hiring a new employee, the"Organizational Unit" is not getting reflected in Organisational Assignment IT 0001.
This "Orgn Unit" field is showing the default value as "Zero"
Please can anyone tell me what could be the reason & how to rectify it?

Dear S Y,
Check the relationship assignment of a position to Org. Unit as said by Mr. Pemma sani and assign that position to a person.
It brings automatically...in that field.

Changes to planned order in R/3 not reflecting in APO

I have changed the date in planned order in R/3 but same is not updating in apo.
After ccr also it is not happening.

Hello Pradeepta,
The below checks may help you in fixing your issue,
1. Check the APO Inbound or R/3 outbound (depends on the queue settings) for any error queues for this order.If there is one check for the error recorded.
2.If there is not error queue found. Change the user settings in R/3 (CFC2) for recording the queue.Now make a change in the
planned order in R/3 and check for the recorded queue,check the dates here (whether this is the new date or the old one)
3.If it the new date which is sent to APO,then you may need to analyse the CIF logs for the reason for not adopting the dates.
4.Also I remember there are certain Exits/BADIs prevent APO from taking over the dates from R/3. SO, please check ant CIF exits/BADIs active in your system.

PIE chart not reflecting properly

I create a Change request and i will not submit so the status in PIE chart will be DRAFT.
But once i submit the CR it still shows that its in draft state. Its state has not changed?

Process orders not reflecting in SNP planning book

Hi,
I am facing a problem here that the SNP planned orders once converted into process orders in ECC are not reflecting in the SNP planning book.
However if i check the /sapapo/rrp3 product view, the process orders are visible here.
Kindly help me understand if i am missing out something here.

Please Check whether the ATP category is assigned to the Category group which is assigned to KF in the planning.
If that is assigned rightly then run TS cons check.

Process order batch number not reflecting in corresponding inspection lot

Hi QM gurus,
I am working on inprocess inspection for production. I am creating process order during that time batch no is generated automatically by the system. Now process order is released during this time Inspection lot generated with inspection type 03. Now the problem is in the inspection lot, process order batch number is not reflecting. I have checked all the master data seetings. All seems to be fine. what could be the problem. any settings missed can anybody help me out.

Hi Vinameath,
Go to the Master Recipe (C202) of this Process order/Material. Go to Recipe Header tab and click on the Quality Management Header button.
Now,go to the Partial Lot Assign field and maintain the value " 0 Partial Lots not supported " and save.
Then create a new process order and in all probabilities, the batch should appear on the in-process inspection lot.

Configuring Org Chart

I am in the process of configuring the org chart, I need claification on what fields do I enter in this section? Also, we do not have the position to position relationship, so do I do the section under org chart for positions? Lastly, would I enter just fields pertaining to employee in employee listing, org unit fields for org listing, and position fields for position listing. If I change fields do they have to match the out of the box Nakisa fields?

What version are using and are you using Live or Staged? I'm unclear what section you are referring to when you say "what fields do I enter in this section?".
If you do not maintain position to position relationships then you would need to disable the Position Hierarchy, although the Position linked hierarchy for the Organisation Structure can be left enabled as this works using the O to S relationship.
In each listing you use fields relating to that type of object as you have suggested below. This makes logical sense in terms of user acceptance.
Changing fields depends on the version you are using and the type of architecture (Live or Staged).

Positions not showing under org units

I am starting to configure the out of the box Org Chart model and I have managed to get the Org Hierachry working but there are no positons showing beneath this.
The SAP extractor has extracted the data which I have checked in the SQL Databse and the information appaers in the backend?
Any help would be appreciated?
Also it keeps saying the "Position Hierachy" has no root object but this has been specified as per the org chart which works.

Org chart from SAP HR

Dear collegues,
has anyone managed to get org. chart from SAP from standard report or HIS.
I need an org chart with org. unit manager position and below manager the employees position. Is it possible to get this from standard report or do I need a software like org. publisher.
In the standard report I have only managed to get org unit and all postition below but not functional org chart with org. unit, under that is manager position and under that postion, employees postitio.

And from SAP I can only get this org chart:

As name suggest ORG CHART its the image of your organization and its maintains certain hierarchy in SAP Standard for e.g. You will get to see Orgunit  Then SubOrgunit  Head Position/Positions (Multipal)  Person Holding those positions.
If you break this Hierarchy it will be difficult to trace the Employee and Duplication of records will take place . There are Reports which displays Employee to Position and Orgunit and the diplay of such report will be in Table and Colum Format .. it wount be in a Tree Format... you may go for Custom Development.
But do Check these report they all are Report based on Object type.

HRMD_A idocs sent and processed, but Org chart doesn't reflect it sometimes

From our HR box, we send HRMD_A idocs to our FI box - We have an intermittent issue where we have a position change & the idoc gets created & sent over.
On the inbound side, the idoc gets posted successfully with Status 53. However, this EE does not appear in the org chart as it does on the HR side.
We have these IDocs set up to process immediately, so it passes to the FI port and is processed all within a few seconds.
We come across this issue once about every 3-4 weeks and I can't seem to get anywhere trying to resolve it.
any ideas?

There are two main annoying problems with Flash Builder and swc's:
1. Flash Builder doesn't reflect changes made to swc files

SAP org chart on portal

Hi,
We have a test version of SAP ESS/MSS up and running. When I click on organizational unit it brings up the org chart. what is missing is that it does not bring up any vacant positions. Is is possible to display SAP org chart on portal? Is there any configuration that we can do to show positions also on the org chart?

If your portal is configured to work with SAP ID Service (can be any other IdP which supports SAML2.0), and the portal site access level is set to 'Authenticated', only registered users will gain access to the site. Others, will have to register in the respective landscape (trial/ productive).

Org Chart link not coming for the user

I am trying to configure the Org Chart by Nakisa. The connection to SAP has been established using Single Sign-on. I am able to log-on successfully as a user. But I only get the 'Preferences' link under Quick Start but not the 'Org Chart'. Any idea what could be the problem?

I will look in the authorization issue. Is the authorization object S_RFC enough or do we need anything else?
I am using "http://XXXorgchart1/OrgChart/default.aspx" as the link for logging in, where XXX is the company name. Is that what you meant by server name? I am not a technical person, so my understanding may not be correct.
