I have an approved PO with some partial payments, i have to ask that at releasing the PO is there any possibility to changes in PO or when I do changes is there any effect in paid payments?

You may increase the quantity and this won't impact the payment.

Is it possible to change page content based on 'case' or 'workflow' state (or similar method)

Is it possible to change the page content if the customer revisits the page?
I have an approval page which the customer completes - when they submit the form with their answers a case is generated and they are taken to a submission successful page.
As they can revisit this page through their account details I want the page to change to say they have already submitted their approval.
Is there a method within business catalyst to achieve this?
Can I extend the CRM database to use a flag for the case and then set / check the state of that flag when the page is visited again?

Ok I have figured out I can use {module_url,variable} to achieve this and pass in the case status to the page.
Is there a way of changing a case status when the approval form is submitted?

Hi,
Purchase Order is an external purchasing document where commitment initiated with vendor. As Purchase Order created by user and then Purchase Order released by respective department head. Once Purchase Order released & reaches by any means (by print, fax or by e-mail) to vendor, then commitment started.
After releasing Purchase Order not advisable to change Purchase Order as it contains vital parameters like payment term, price negotiated & all other delivery terms and conditions.
But as business needed & your question to answer, you make possible to change Purchase Order after release. You need to consider vendor constrains & your business team permission. You can go for Purchase Order Amendments where cost will increase or decrease and your buyer is answerable to vendor for all changes. You can use changeability indicator for above in designing for release procedure for PO.

1.Is it possible to change the Hours in detailed Approval view?
In CATS Approval WD, When Approver clicks on hours It will takes to Deatailed approval view, There is it possible to change the hours By Approver?. I need an option to change the hours entered by employee while approving.
Suppose Employee entered 10 hours for particular day and Released, When Approving Approver wants to change it to 9 hours and Approve. Is this possible in CATS approval via Portal?
2. How can I Change (Reject/Approve) the old records of workitem executed already in the past?
Approver might approved/Rejected some hours in the last month, Now he came to know that its wrong,
How can he reset that hours to Reject/Approve in the portal?
Can Anyone help in this?

Probably transaction CATS_APPR_LITE will help. Using this report you can reset the approval. But you can do it from backend.

Action not possible because change version exist

Dear All,
We are at SRM5.0- Extended Classic scenario and facing issues for changing some of the PO documents.
When the buyers are trying to change the PO, error is getting populated as 'Action not possible because change version exist'. This error is not allowing us to change the PO.
These POs are changed in the past and all the relevant changes are reflected to backend system with no issues. In other words Change Versions do exists for these POs. Flags for Change Version completion is also set and all historical versions can be seen but without change history.
Additional information -
1. No approval workflows are implemented for PO.
2. No locks are active for these documents.

well, actually the active change version won't be preserved in any case. It would be overwritten in the first scenario, and deleted in the second one. The reason why I'd like to have this "brute force" method is to face an eventual human error. Suppose that a disalignment between R3 and SRM has been created; my report basically "alligns" the SRM version to the corresponding R3 one. And suppose also that the user made a mistake so that the program must be used a second time. I'd like to provide a way to "UNDO" the first execution of the program, that is to say: i'd like to provide a way to OVERWRITE the actual active, change version, or alternatively delete the change version that the report did create the first time it has been launched.

Is it possible to change attributes data in role or resource task?

Which OIM version are you using ?
If 10g then you can set Object permissions for Form
If OIM 11g, Not possible in current release. You can achieve in some other way.
Workaround:
You have a field say "ROLE" on Request Dataset
End User will select value for ROLE while raising request.
Create one more field say "APPROVER ROLE". It would be "approver-only" field (It is a property in Request Dataset"
If approver wants to change some data then he'll select some value in "APPROVER ROLE" field.
In you approval workflow you can handle if "APPROVER ROLE" is not NULL then use this field else use ROLE field.
It is just a wrokaround.

We have 4 single DB instance in same oracle 11gr2 server on win2008R2.
We will not use grid control because of lack of time, knowledge and customer approval.

Add a parameter for layout on selection-screen (p_varmm LIKE disvariant-variant).
As you are in backgroud mode, ALV will be printed with this layout (assuming you call correctly the MF ALV_LIST or REUSE_ALV_GRID)

When I used this "Custom Field" in a view, the selected values are separated by a comma ",".
Where it is possible to change this value?
I saw another project server where the character is a semi-column ";" and I would like to test with ";".

Is is possible to change the hourly interval in the weekly calendar in 4.1?

Hi - using APEX 4.1 and having implemented a SQL calendar. All is working fine, but I would like to change the display of the weekly calendar to show 30 minute intervals, instead of 1 hour intervals.
