Is there any possibility to have a list of agents with assigned queues and skills? Based on location or Cost Center?

Hi Pawel,
You can access the Online Monitoring module, select Agent Statistics View, use the search filter (eg Location) and select the Export button.
You will have a spreadsheet with the names of the attendants and queues.

The queue cell colors and symbols indicate the following issues:
White or gray (no color) => The agent has no rights for the queue.
Green => The agent is logged into the system and the queue.
Yellow => The agent is not logged into the system.
Red => The agent is logged into the system but is not logged into the queue.
Plus sign () => The agent has rights to log into and out from the queue (the so called slave function is not in use).+
Green circle (O) => The agent is able to serve the queue as an external agent.

Hi,
There is no standard way to hide users as such other than using anonymous presence. But the catch is, if you would set any property of change anything from dev console that publishes a message, then you will be noticed.
The user that logs into the room console is always the owner, may be your client app, you can hide based on your both permission level and name/userID by subclassing Roster. I am just throwing up ideas, but as such there is no standard method for this.
Whats your use case ? It's an interesting thought though and something we would think about on our side.

Extract from ALV List

Please suggest me is there any way to extract the data from ALV LIST.
For example:
SUBMIT XXX WITH SELECTION-TABLE rspar_tab AND RETURN.
This XXX program gives the result in alv list.Once it returns back to original program i want to fetch the results.

Whether ur submit program (XXX) is standard or Zreport?
1, If it is standard means u need to copy the program in to ZXXX..
    And now change the ZXXX.
    Fetch where the final Internal table is populating for output display..
There u need to Export that internal table ..
eg:
export g_t_belege1 to memory id 'ZSARA'.
export bestand1 to memory id 'ZSARA1'.
1,g_t_belege1
2,bestand1
these are internal tables in the Submit program (ZXXX)..
Now u may come to ur original program..
and import this..
import g_t_belege1 from memory id 'ZSARA'.
import bestand1 from memory id 'ZSARA1'.
g_t_belege1,bestand1 these internal table structures sholud be same as Submit program structures..
Else.. it may give Dump ..
Now u may process the internal tables g_t_belege1,bestand1 by ur wish..

If it Zreport means no need to copy ..
Just export into one id and import in ur original program.

Looking for just the Win8 BC control panel and System Tray software. Possible to extract from BC 5?

Installing the entire BC 5 software gave problems on my MacMini 2011/ WIn8 64bit installation. The Magic Mouse and Apple's BT keyboard would stutter. I was able to get everything working fine by just installing the blutooth drivers from the BC5 package, obtaining the HD3000 drivers directly from Intel, and left all other drivers as the 'native' Win8 drivers.
What I woudl like to install as well, however, are the:
Boot Camp control panel for Microsoft Windows
Boot Camp System Task Notification item (System Tray)
I did not see these tools/packages listed on the USB Flash Disk with the Boot Camp Support Software (v5.0.5033).
Anyone any idea where I can find (or extract) this?

I searched for a DVD player with a jog shuttle -- and you're right. They're all but impossible to find! I havent' found one made in the past 5 years!
I don't know of any way you could accomplish the same thing with software either.
Most DVD players have slow-motion and frame-by-frame features. (Even my cheap $40 Toshiba.) That may be the closest to it.

Is it possible to switch from Office 365 online user management to Active Directory after Exchange online migration?

If we utilize the Cutover method to migrate from on-premise Exchange (2007) to Office 365, which to my understanding will hand over user management/authentication to Office 365 online during the process, is possible to later switch from Office 365 user management
to Active Directory (synced to a future local domain, or even possibly via AD federation single sign-on)? If so, how difficult is this process and is there any documentation available?
Asking this because the organization I'm working for plans to upgrade (re-do actually) its entire infrastructure. There will be a completely brand new domain/AD set up that's totally unrelated to the old one. At the same time, we also plan to migrate
all emails (previously hosted locally on Exchange 2007) to Office 365 and get rid of local exchange. Now because we will set up new domain, we do not want to carry over the older AD to the cloud, hence we will not use the "Staged Migration".
So the plan is to to use "Cutover" migration first, which means all authentications will become Office 365 managed. That's fine for now. But later, after we set up our new domain and AD controller etc, we'd like to have Exchange Online switch back
to syncing with our new on-premise AD. We'd also like to consider the AD Federation Services if it's not too complicated to set up.
Your advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

In principle, you cannot sync back from the cloud AD to the on-prem, yet. But you can take advantage of the soft-matching mechanism once you have the new AD in place:

Be careful though, as the moment you turn on Dirsync, all the matching users in the cloud will have their attributes overwritten. A very good idea is to do an 'export' of the cloud AD first, using the WAAD module for PowerShell and the Get-MsolUser cmdlets,

Data extraction from any tag in User Area

We have requirment where in we need to Extract data from UserArea tag in OAGIS 9 XML file and map it into different custom XSD element through transformation.
We tried directly coding the path in transformation, but it is not fetching data present in Oagis9 XML file. Also tried Copy-Of.

Can you provide some details on the input XML and its DTD or XSD and the desired output format (e.g. a target XSD)?
Although the XSL Mapper in JDeveloper can not graphically display the any element, you can use XSLT to map its data. For example using the copy-of construct.

After waking from sleep list of users is not displayed

I have two users configured on my MacBook Pro. With Snow Leopard, if a user put the compter to sleep, on wakup you could switch users. After installing Lion, when a user puts the compter to sleep, only that user is able to wake it up. The screen shows only that user name, a field to enter their password, a "cancel" button and a "restart to safari" button.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas?

Not on my screen it doesn't. Apparently when I installed iCloud beta it messed up user switching. I had to reinstall Snow Leopard from Time Machine and then reinstall Lipn to fix the problem.

Extraction from a list

hi all.
we have a requirement that
there is a FILE having no's separated by commas( Ex: file contents are 402,80-,567-,666,942-,.....(n rows and r colomns)) where the negative sign appears at the end rather than at the front.
we want that to be at the front.
for that we have found one FM named 'CLOI_PUT_SIGN_IN_FRONT' which changes the negative sign in front.but for this i need to extract each and every number from the above mentioned file contents to be inputted into this FM.
any ideas how to implement this FM for the above FILE ????

How to extract,list of users linked as contact person to which customer?

Is it possible to extract from CRM production system a complete list showing which users are
linked as contact persons to which customers?
As you can imagine it is top critical that customer users are never linked to any other customer accounts than their own, so we need to implement a regular validation of these relationships. With our number of customers and users it is impossible to check one-by-one in CRM, but with following information in a regularly provided list, it would be reasonably easy:
Customer BP
Customer name
Customer Sales Office
Contact person BP
Contact person name
Contact person user ID
Date of relationship creation

Hi Pravin,
The information you need is available in three tables/visions:
- BUT000 - For BP numbers and names
- BUT050 - For BP relationships (BUR001 is the one for contact person)
- CRMV_BP_FRG0140 - For sales office (you have to use partner_guid field)
I don't know any standard report that will delivery this information as this. But based on this tables, you can build your own, or make a sap query/quickviewer to get this information.

I am not quite following you..
Users can only view a community if the permissions exist for that specific community. I dont understand what do you meant by
"I need to let user type a name and show his/her user ID from the list of users who have access to the current community".
Are you trying to look at user permissions based on a list of communities existing in the portal? The user can't even get to that community if he doesn't have permissions.

Extracting List of Users from BO Server

Hi All,
As an administration requirement we have to extract list of users within our BO server. I looked upon the forum and found that we can use query builder for the purpose.
I used query builder and ran query " Select SI_NAME from CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS where SI_NAMEDUSER=1 AND SI_KIND='User' " to list down the users. No issues till this point, the query ran fine and gave list of users in the server but I couldn't find a way to take export of this list. Then I thought of creating a webi report on top of CMS database pulling column "dbo.CMS_Aliases6.Alias" into report but that shows some ids for all enterprise users.
Please let me know if there is any other method that I can implement to take export of user list from server. I know this can be achieved using SDK but I want to try it at last.

After clicking the Export .
1.Go folders>administration tools folder
2.Right click on Administrator tools >Security query export >
3.Click on History
4 In the History tab ,you will see the program Object schedule(See screen shot2)
5.Now clicking on the Instance Time link will open a .txt file and shows you the rights
6. while saveing this file save as in CSV format.
If you want to see only users after saveing the csv , Just apply the filter on Rights collections check only system . It will dis play only the users.
Useing Query Builder also We can do
After Genrated the Report go to file and save as html in your local .
Select the HTML Page and Right click Open with Excel . The report will open in excel .
