Possible Lanscape for XI

Hi ,
we had installed Development XI system which is connected to Development R/3.
We decided to have two system landscape for XI system.the same xi system we want to connect to Quality r/3. what is the process.??.
In BIW system we have similiar two system lanscape where dev biw is connected to both dev & qas to R/3.
Please guide how to proceed on this.

Well in this case,
1. In the SLD, create the technical system and business system for the QA R3 system.
2. Likewsie create the Business Systems for othger componentns for the QA.
3. Assign all these Business Systems to the Related Integration Server as the common Integration server.
4. For all the Development Integration servers assign the integration servers as None.
5. Now map the source business systems ( Dev Busss Systems ) to the QA Business Systems , i.e create the transport targets.
6. Export the Dev Integration Directory objects from theID.
7. Copy these TPZ files from the Export folder to the Import folder of the same server.
8. Now import these objects and the new business system mapping would have happened. Add the commu channel parameters and then activate the changes lists.
Now your same ID can process both your Dev and QA objects

At the transaction code fkkinv_ma, I fill in the fields "Date ID" and "Identification" but I have a problem with the field of "Invoicing Process". When I psh theF4 button, there comes no search help. Invoicing
Invoice Types
You have to set up a number range, decide what type of Financial transactions should not be invoiced -- like Dunning Charges
then you have to have a developer create the form and form class of invoice.

This worked for me, sort of. A while back when I downloaded that windows update that installed the new version of IE, I noticed that IE wouldn't connect to the internet and pages wouldn't load. However, I thought nothing of it because I use Firefox and FF was working just fine.
I went into IE earlier this evening (it still wasn't working) and tried to follow your recommended steps. I got up to step 4 and IE froze. I tried closing it, reopening it and repeating the steps but it would always freeze at step 4. In another thread, someone was saying that iTunes released a security update and that fixed the store for them so I tried opening Apple Software Update and that froze. I tried it several times, nothing. Would always freeze. I even tried updating thru iTunes and IT would freeze.
Finally, I went to the control panel and uninstalled IE7. The iTunes store and the Apple Software Update program are now working! So thank you very much for your suggestion. Otherwise, it may have never clicked with me that IE was the problem.

The table FND_FLEX_VALUES_VL can give you details of values available in the Value set i.e. 1 segment at a time.
If you are looking for a concatenated view of Accounting Flexfield values, that would be available in GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS table.

Seq of possible taxes for country IN is limited up to 9

Hi,
We have configured the FI Tax procedure and the same condition types are using for the SD Pricing procedure. But thing is, based on our client requirements, we have created 15 condition types to arrive the accounting requirements. So, to create condition records for the possible tax codes, we need to assign the condition types to the country code IN where system
is not accepting the condition types more than 9 in table entry - TSTL field - LFDNR (Sequence of possible taxes for each country).
Why system is not allowing me to enter more than 9 condition types for any country code?? What is the reason behind? And how to increase the sequence numbers to accept more than 9?
Please help me regarding..

You have to take a help of ABAPer by increasing the length of Field LFDNR from 1 to 2 in Table TSTL.

I have a field in webdynpro table of type domain TZNTSTMPL which is displayed as "06.12.2011 08:46:30,7730500". I want to format it like "06.12.2011 08:46:30" and thought it is maybe possible with something like:

FLEET Table, Possible Values For Field IS SI UNIT

Dear experts,
While doing analysis on fleet data I realized that for field IS_SI_UNIT (PM: Vehicle Data in SI Unit (e.g. Dimensions)) in table FLEET in two separate systems we have vehicle records set with different entries for this field.
In one system vehicles are stored with value F: DB Unit set individually (new)
and in other one with value Y: DB Unit set through (new)
Systems are SAP ECC 6.0
Does anyone know what does it mean and what influence this has? In both systems vehicles are created by end users using standard PM creation transaction and those indicators are set in background while equipment is saved so there is not influence by end user.
I could not find much information on SAP support portal about meaning behind possible values for field IS_SI_UNIT in table FLEET so was wondering if anyone knows more here?

There will not be any impact.Finally system will consider only SI units for fleet equipment consumption calculation.
Kindly read note:366733 - Equipment/fleet: SI units in table FLEET and 372736 - Equipmt/vehicle:rounding error because of SI units
It may help you.

PrintWindow api with possible solution for capture screenshot Google Chrome window

as all you know, PrintWindow api give us a black image when us want a capture screenshot of Google Chrome window. So, a friend said me that a possible solution for this problem is:
Reduce Google Chrome window for -1px in both sides and after this, reset to original size. And so, will repaint again.

I have copied the standard workflow template wa12300111 and assigned the new template in the customizing. When i apply leave from ESS working time , it says an error " You are not one of the possible agent for the task ws9021212? " .
The similar kind of Error i have solved before in by making the workflow as GENERAL TASK in PFTC as follows.
PFTC -> Choose "Workflow Template" from the drop down -> Enter the workflow template id "ws9021212" in the text box -> now click on "change" button -> Now goto the menu addional data -> agent assignment -> maintain -> select the task text -> and set it as general task.
i have cleared the buffer also!
BUT STILL I AM GETTING THE ERROR ?

Try to do this way. IN the workflow builder there is a button with hat. that is basic data. click on that and it will go to another screen and u can find a apple button that is agent assignment for a task click that.
It will open maintain agent assignment screen. click the text below that and click the attribute button and click the genral task. i think this will solve ur issue.

I got this information from Mac OS X Leopard Edition book by David Pogue. Here's his possible fix for printing problems in Leopard...Open web browser and enter this address http://127.0.0.1:631. You'll find youself at a secret "front end" for CUPS (Common UNIX Printer System), the underlying printing technology for Mac OS X 10.5. This trick lets your Mac communicate with a huge array of older printers that dopn't yet have Mac OS X drivers. Using this administration screen, you can print a test page, stop your printer in its tracks, manage your networked printers and print jobs, and more–a very slick trick. Haven't tried it yet...anyone who does let me know how it worked!

If you literally "checked" them, meaning the checkboxes, that only affects their visibility. To remove them, select one and then click on the "minus" part of the "plus minus" at lower left.

Possible fix for errors 11503 and 50

Here's a possible fix for Error 11503 and for error 50.
It worked for me and hopefully it will work for you.
I believe this error is caused by the incomplete downloading of either an update to an app. In my case it was caused by closing the lid on my laptop when I was downloading app updates on a very slow internet connection in a hotel.
Anyway, here is what I did that fixed it completely.
Close iTunes.
Go to this folder : /iTunes/Mobile Applications/Downloads
You'll find tmp files there. Drag them out of this folder to a temporary folder on your desktop. The Downloads folder should now be empty.
Restart iTunes.
All should be fine.
If it is, delete the desktop folder with all the temp files.
If it's not, then I can't help further, but that's what worked for me.

Most likely you have to do all, as the iPod hardisk filesystem would have been corrupted, or else the iPod Reset would bring it to normal operation.
