Possible problems in validating authorization (IWERK) in Tx Iw32

Hello all,
I have a problem and I do not know if it's a functional problem or if my application has an error. I comment with my invonveniente Example:
1st. I think a support order in a planning center (100) for equipment XXXX. My user has authorization in the security object:
I_IWERK
--- Iwerk = 100
--- TCD = IW31 IW32
2nd. Then someone adjust the machine editing of the central planner, placing the center 200.
3rd. I try to modify the maintenance order that believes in the center 100 and the system tells me I have no authorization to work in the center 200. If I see a little more, I see that the system produces the error objects BASIS:
I_IWERK
--- Iwerk = 200
--- TCD = IW32
What I find strange is that my support order is still in the planning center 100. From what I could investigate, the system not only controls the center of planning the maintenance order, but so does the machine that contains the order.
Query:
Normal Is this approach the system?
This refers to the do it do not fit into my implementation process.

Problem of hierarchy authorization on 0PLANT

I have a problem of authorization on the field 0PLANT.
0PLANT has always been a authorization field (ZPLANT) which is systematicaly filled with the authorized values of the user.
Now I need to create a hierarchy on this field but I face a problem of authorization.
Is it possible not to have authorization on the hierarchy but only on the field (without its hierarchy) ?
If not, I tried to affect a new authorization (ZPLANT2) that use 0PLANT and 0TCTAUTHH and tried to fill for a user (nothing written in 0PLANT and entire hierarchy for the user) but when I execute the query I always have BRAIN 819 message (no authorization for 0PLANT and hierarchy XXX).
Can someone help me please ?

Hi,
Since you already have one copy activated the serial number must be logged in your account details - I would first check that the one logged and the one you are attempting to enter are the same.
You can check your account details by going to www.adobe.com and clicking on Manage Account. You need to sign in with your Adobe Id and then click on View All under Plans & Products. Next click on View your products and after a while it should produce your list.
If there is a problem with the serial number, only Adobe can help you there (we are just users). Please see the response in this thread

Built-in iSight cameras
These steps are for iSight cameras that are built into a computer, such as the iMac G5 (iSight) or later, the MacBook, or MacBook Pro.
See if the issue is application-specific.
Try another application (iSight works with applications like iChat, PhotoBooth, and iMovie HD 6) to see if the iSight camera exhibits the same behavior in all applications. If it only happens in one application, try reinstalling that application.
See if the issue is user-specific.
Test your iSight camera in another user account. If the issue only occurs in one user, the issue would be isolated to user settings.
Find out if the computer recognizes the iSight

After deleting all plugins from the folder "Internet Plugin", Safari worked again no problem, BUT all sites with flash content (e.g.YouTube) did not work.
I then tried the following experimental steps:
a) Moved all plugins from the folder "Internet Plugin" into a temporary folder.
b) Downloaded and istalled Adobe Flash Player version 10.3.181.34
c) Started Safari and it did not work ( same message"TastyAppsAVPlugin")
d) Deleted Adobe Flash Player from the folder "Internet Plugin". Safari worked.
e) Moved back all plugins, except Adobe Flash Player, from the temporary folder to "Internet Plugin" folder. Safari works... But Flash won't work!!! Before update to Safari 5.0.6 , ev erything worked perfectly well.
Guys, please solve the problem

Have an existing ex2010 sp3 organization.
Could not run ex2013cu1 setup from my newly built 2012 server, getting the error in the subject line. I used the command line to run the AD preparation steps successfully from my 2012 DC/GC, then tried to run setup again from the new 2012 server and

I am trying to Install Exchange on my Lab, getting below error
message.
The Schema Role is installed on Root Domain and trying to install
exchange on Child domain.
1 Root Domain - 1 Child domain. both are located on single site.

Hi Srinivasa,
I guess, you didn't completed the initial setup schemaprep and adprep before starting the installation. You can do it as follows:
1. Open command Prompt as administrator and browse to the root of installation cd and run Setup.exe /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
After finishing this,
2. Setup.exe /PrepareAD /OrganizationName:"<organization name>" /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
3. To prepare all domains within the forest run Setup.exe /PrepareAllDomains /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms. If you want to prepare a specific domain run Setup.exe /PrepareDomain:<FQDN of the domain you want to prepare> /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
4. Once you complete all of the 3 steps, install the pre-requisities for Exchange 2013
5. Finally, run the setup program

I'm trying to test passing in parameter values from the URL. I have RS 2008 . I created an ultrasimple report based on a stored procedure output. There is no validation, No available values, No default values.
I'm trying to run the report like this:
/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2fProduction%2fDBA+Reports%2fTest&iTest=1
I get:
Parameter validation failed. It is not possible to provide valid values for all parameters. (rsParameterError)
the one int parameter is iTestId
The RS log file says the following:

From your description, you want to pass multiple parameters via URL, right? To pass multiple parameters through URL, we can use an ampersand (&) to separate them. For example, I have a report with two parameters p1 and p2. The report is deployed in a
folder on the Report Server. When I navigate to the report on the Report Server, I can see the report URL is http://localhost/ReportServer_SQL2008NEW/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fFolder%2fReport&rs:Command=Render.
If I need to pass parameters through URL, I can just add &p1=value1&p2=value2 at the end of the URL and the entire URL would be http://localhost/ReportServer_SQL2008NEW/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fFolder%2fReport&rs:Command=Render&p1=value1&p2=value2

Problem in Validation of ICP dimension

Hi,
We have a problem in validating ICP members in FDQM.
We have few accounts for which ICP value needs to be present.
In our existing mapping in FDQM,we have an explicit map,which maps source flex to ICP account.We have a default map which maps flex that do not have ICP to [ICP None].
The problem now, is with the existing mapping,if the acount is an ICP account and if it is not included in explicit mapping,it is getting mapped to default [ICP None].
Since we are not getting any kickouts for ICP accounts, it is giving us problem in performing eliminations in HFM.
Could any one suggest any work around where,when any ICP account is not maaped in FDQM,it should give a kickout rather than mapping to [ICP None].

There are some partial truths to all of the above....the most accurate being that if ICP None as an acceptable member for Accounts flagged as ICP then you will have problems because it is a valid intersection.
But there are bigger things to think about. What values come into the icp dimension? Is there always a value being passed through or is that value sometimes blank?
If there is always a source value then you do not have to use Explict types of mappings. All you have to do is make sure that your *-to-[ICP None] mapping is ALWAYS the last mapping entry in the Like type. Think of it as a catch-all. You just have to map your source-to-target values appropriately.
If the values coming in are blank then you can still use the above procedures. If you do not use a *-to-[ICP None] mapping and a value comes in as blank then FDM will automatically place [ICP None] in the extract field....it does not map it to ICP None though!!!!!
Are your source values the same as those in HFM? These are things to think about when mapping.
Quick note...if a value comes in blank and you try to drill back then you may end up with a false "Show Conversion Rules" view. For example, you have two rows imported with every dimension being the exact same EXCEPT the ICP dimension, where one has a value and the other is blank then you will end up seeing the value that is not blank when you select the "Show Conversion Rules" option. To remedy this I've created an Import Format script for the ICP dimension and check the value coming in...if it is blank then I change the value to "Blank" and map "Blank" to [ICP None]". This allows me to use the Drill-down/Drill-back features correctly.
Mappings are very simple no matter what dimension but yes, ICP is the trickiest because ICP None can be a valid intersection.
Lastly, you could have you very last mapping as a *-to#Script....or a Conditional Mapping where your scripting is checking is as such....(See conditional maps in the admin guide for further info)

1 - If the icp value is blank then check the list of all HFM Accounts that should have an IC Partner. You have to get the list of all accounts flagged as ICP from HFM and continue to update this mapping accordingly.
2 - Check to see what the Target account is
3 - If the source account is mapped to an ICP account in HFM and the value is blank then mapped the ICP value to "*BAD ICP*" because *BAD ICP* is not an account in HFM which will cause an Invalid Intersection Report
4 - If the mapped account is not an ICP account in HFM then map it to [ICP None]

Possible problem w/ my mini

Hi all,
I just recently purchased a used mac mini (mid 2010) w/ 8 gigs of memory. I started having crashes where the screen turns grey and tells me I need to reboot my machine. It's happened for a variety of reasons, like playing a dvd or an x-men movie i have in itunes.
I've taken this to the Genius folks and after a day they told me that it were the 3rd party RAMs. Excited to know the problem was resolved I replaced the rams with another brand and shortly thereafter it still crashes.
What now can it be? I am running the latest 10.7.1 and have the latest updates. Help! I'm not that confident with the Genius folks. I remember asking the guy how is it that they deterimined it was a bad ram and he just said some giberish and then said well i didn't take those rams and test it on another machine. So, I'm a bit skeptical these guys did a thorough inspection. I got a feeling all they did was see kernel panics and typical blamed it on third party hardware.
What do you guys think possible problems with my machine??? Thanks.

Well it is hard to diagnose bad Ram. Pretty much people replace it, and see if the new stuff (or old stuff) works better. There are RAM tests, but they can literally take ages to run, and quicker tests aren't that reliable.
But if you put in new RAM and are still having kernel panics, then I would also suspect your system and or hard drive. FYI, after I used Migration Assistant to move files from my old G5 to my new Mini, the mini would panic every few minutes. I had to reinstall Lion from scratch, manually avoid getting old code on the mini, but now my new mini flies and runs great.
Zapped your PRAM? Also, I assume you've already tried disk utility to repair any issues on your hard drive?
Do you have an extra external disk you can put a clean version of Lion on to run? Finally, any vestiges of Power PC code that might be hanging around?

Mega Player 533- F/W v2.00.02 & Driver v1.672- Possible Problem & Fix to Recover

RE: Firmware v2.00.02 & Driver v1.672 Update dated 06/04/06 for Megaplayer 533 - Model MS5533.
I think that there is a possible problem with the above Driver & Firmware Versions as they do not seem to work for the Mega Player 533 - Model MS5533 ???. It renders the player inoperable (ie.Unable to turn player on at all) and also makes the 256MB flash drive unrecognisable to the computer (ie. computer asks for a disk to be inserted into the flash drive, similarly like the SD Expansion slot) .
All Steps to update the firmware were followed to the letter, including no battery, updating to the new version of the driver software v1.672, formatting the drive at the same time and pressing sustained "play" button.
Possible Fix : I was able to make the player operable again by reinstalling the original driver software & rolling back the firmware version back to v1.00.06 again (Try original firmware v1.00.02 if you haven't saved the v1.00.06 Firmware to your hard drive, as MSI does not have any longer the v1.00.06 firmware on their website to download anymore ). It now works as it did before :D(unfortunately still with the "ROCK" setting bug) .
NOTE: In order for computer to recognise the drive, Press sustained "Play" button when connecting to the computer, then please go to "start" (below left corner) and enter "programs" and choose "MSI MEGA PLAYER MS-5533" then "Download Firmware".
Computer should then recognise the player and allow for the firmware update .
My main concern is that many of MSI's other unsuspecting customers will download this particular software and experience the same problems as I did. They probably won't be able to figure out how to rectify this issue & therefore unfortunately be left with a player that does not work at all .
I have logged this problem now with MSI, but have yet to hear a response from them.
Has anyone else out there experienced this same problem or is it just me??? ???.
I searched this forum for any similar posts for this problem but found none.
If I am doing anything wrong to update firmware v 2.00.02, please let me know.
I did notice however that driver v1.672 software for MS5533 was called a "Megastick" and NOT a "Mega Player". Is this possibly the cause of the problem as it is the wrong driver for the MSI 533 Mega Player - Model MS5533 ???. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

1) I deleted all file instances and registry traces of old 533 driver and downloader versions both automatically (by uninstaller) and manually (coz related sys file was still there, in system32\drivers folder and maybe also in driver backup after automatic uninstallation). Also maybe it is necessary to perform a complete search because despite I deleted the related sys, windows was able to install recovery device probably from its driver backup folder. I also deleted related oemxx.inf from \inf folder (be careful, don’t delete the wrong oemxx.inf ones belong to other devices). Because windows rename/recopy original *.inf into oemxx.inf.
2a) I put firmware files from zip into driver installation package's bin folder.
2b) Again I put firmware files from the zip into c:\program files\msi\... after installation (though this step is probably unnecessary)
3) I removed battery, pushed the button, plugged in, windows recognized it as recovery device, after about 5 seconds (not too long coz a device timeout occurs sometimes, and if this happens unplug and replug while still pressing the button) started software, now device was disappeared from hardware list momentarily and re-recognized as storage volume.
4) Here I get an error message like "operating system error..." It was impossible to use software with the device recognized as "recovery device". I unplugged and re-plugged now without pressing the button, device was recognized as usb storage volume and I started the software and upgraded the firmware. Device was inoperable...
5) Repeated the process, now with pressing the button. I upgraded the firmware. And everything was OK. Rock EQ fault was gone. A playlist function is added, hough I dunno how to use this as yet : ) When I go into playlist option I’m unable to exit, and only way I found to exit is turnoff. Except this detail it works properly.
My computer is a standard Dell latitude c600 (an old model with one USB-1 port only), with windows xp spII. Device chip is stmp3502 according to latest driver but it was a stmp3500 according to driver on the cd came with the device.

PS: Despite the whole adventure I really like this device, its plain design, SD card feature, removeable battery, and especially its stmp35xx chip, also used in ipod shuffles which is regarded as best sounding ipod model, by some people.
PS 2: Maybe this is known to everyone, but I just noticed that it is possible to play non-compressed wav files with maga player 533 (16 bit 44.1 khz stereo PCM files). All you have to do is copying them into "voice" folder of the device. Then you have CD quality audio. I dont know whether it is possible with older firmwares too, or just a feature of latest one. I also tried higher quality formats like 24 bit 48 khz but device couldnt see these ones

I dont know which kind of check you want to make but of course user-exits like mv45afzz is always an option.

A possible problem with parallel operation?

         I am working on a labview program that uses parallel execution, and I am running into a possible problem. Please bear with me, as sometimes it is difficult to explain things happening in Labview in text alone. This application reads data from a server that we have in one of our labs via an ActiveX component. This server is known as a TIU server. The server contains various data including part numbers, serial numbers etc. It sends this data out in three different signals. A sequence count, an ASCII high, and an ASCII low. The sequence counter sends data in the following manner. When the sequence count is 0 and both ASCII high and low are NULL, then a new part number sequence is about to begin. When the count sequence changes to "1", then the next two string charaters listed under ASCII high and ASCII low represent a number that is a "Function ID". There are several of these, and each function ID contains different information either a part number, a serial number, etc. Once this is read, and it is determined that you are looking at the correct Function ID, the next Count shows how many charaters are to follow, and then you read each set of two ASCII characters and concatenate them together until you build the entire ASCII sequence as one variable and the sequence is complete.
       There are several equipment cards attached to this TIU server, and each card is free wheeling it's data out. As soon as power is applied, it will continue to send out all of its function ID's sequentially (Function ID 0-9) in order, in a circular fashion at a 1 Hz. rate. A really strange system to be sure, but it is a limitation that I have to deal with. So now that I have laid a bit of the background on this, here is the problem. Occasionally, (maybe one out of 20 trys), the data seems to get slightly corrupted. For example, in the enclosed code, I ran it 40 times, reading the same part number each time. In theory, it should always be the same result. But it is not. I am wondering if there is an issue with running the "READ TIU SERVER.vi" in PreAllocated clone reentrant execution mode? Perhaps on occasion, one of the instances does not fully close, before another instance begins, and a few bits get flipped around? I suppose it is possible that occasionally the TIU server is actually putting out erroneous data (and I am actually reading everything perfectly), but it is a fairly mature system, and I have not gone down that path yet. I have included the .vi that I am using to read the server data "test.vi", and the "Read TIU Server.vi" that is set to Preallocated clone reentrant execution. In this example, the "test.vi" is only a single instance, but in the actual program, I am running 20-30 of these, as Preallocated clone reentrant execution as well. As there are 20-30 cards on each TIU server to get information from. I am hoping that this makes sense, and that I have laid it out in a logical fashion. Sort of hard to explain in text sometimes.       Thanks for taking a look. You caught me on the shift register, I had not gotten around to cleaning up a few things. However the "elapsed time" functions acutally are there on purpose. Unfortunately, it takes a VERY long time to get one of those part numbers, as only two ASCII characters are moved accross the bus at a 1 Hz. rate. I orginally had all wait statements, but I discovered that when you stop a while loop, it will continue until the wait timer has expired. With 20+ of these functions in parallel, it was taking upwards of 30 seconds for the program to finally end. From what I was reading on the forums of others that had that problem, a "elapsed time" function can be broken through, while a standard "wait" statement cannot. Now when I press the "STOP" button, the program ends almost immediately.
     This is not a standard piece of equipment that I am using, but I think the explanation is of how it works is fairly accurate. Would you have a guess as to why every so often the data gets corrupted? Other than the bus itself is actually putting wrong data out there? I suppose I should check that as well, but due to the slow rate of the bus, and the tools that we have, I will have to sit and watch it for a long time... Thanks...

'Problems saing the authorization information on the computer'

Hello, I have a problem with the iTunes Store.
the thing is that when I try to download a song, search for purchases, give authorization to the computer, or anything related to the iTunes Store, the itunes keeps sending me the same message; "'Problemas saving the authorization information on the computer' Try reinstalling iTunes or repairing it".
And, after erasing it and instaling it 4 times, the same problem appears.
The problem is that I purchased 2 songs and I can't listen to them, although the iTunes tells me that all the purchases has been finished, and I lost the money.
Anybody knows what can I do?
