Possible to change settings on share iphoto?

I was just wondering if it's possible to change settings when sharing photos via iphoto in ichat (such as music and transitions)?

To Play a Slide Show in iPhoto you can select it to play the whole library as a Slide Show by clicking on the Button
You can see by the option to show All Events above the pics that this is a Single Event rather than the whole Library but I have highlighted the Button
I have then this Pop Up which I have Selected the Music Tab and then the Disabled the Play Music Option
When I use iChat Theatre I get to the same Library, obviously, and can select the group of photos or single Photo I want.
If I select a Group and then hit the Play Button I get the Pop Up.
I find that the Play Music options always show the default Play Music when selecting a new group of Pics no matter if I have set a Setting on another group
SO Unlike I said Previously you will have to either preset it for the group of Pics or change it every time you want to show more than one Pic.

  • Is it possible to change settings in "Help System info"?

Is it possible to change Photoshop settings by clicking on Help and then System info? Since there is the possibility to type and the OK-button, I just started wondering.

All Help > System Info does is to report your system specifications so you can copy and paste them in the forums for troubleshooting purposes.
You can choose what to highlight and copy, but it does not change anything in your system like editing a configuration file would.

  • Is it possible to change settings of one single wi-fi network stored in my iPhone?

    Hi all,
my parents bought a new wi-fi router, set up new wi-fi network with the same name, but with another password. My iPhone remebers the old password and doesnt ask for a new one, just writes "Unable to connect" ... is it possible, to change or reset settings just for this one network? I stored in the phone a lot of networks and passwords (home, parents, many friends, more workplaces, etc.) and dont want to set all of those again just because of one network change. Is there another option?
    Thanks a lot,
    Fuges

Thank you very much, it was caused by a bit confusing translation to my native language (Czech) - "Ignore this network" instead of "Forget this network" ... Thanks and have a nice day.

  • It' s possible to change size previews in Iphoto ???

i have mac book pro 2 GH, 8 GB, 128 SSD ... i use my HHD for every day work ... for the first time (i have a library of 25.000 photos), after my last travel i saved my photos in a external HHD trying to use Iphoto but is not possible for this reason: i edited some  images in iPhoto, i have seen that the edited version is saved in the iPhoto library in previews and now my hhd is full !!! ... so i have to move my library in an external disk ??? ... or maybe is better to use lightroom ...

No you can't change the size of the Previews. Yes you can easily run a library from an external disk:
Make sure the drive is formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
    1. Quit iPhoto
    2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
    3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
    4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

  • Is it possible to change settings for an existing sequence?

I am cutting a short "crowd-sourced" class play, shot by parents. I have 4 different types of footage from 4 cameras: Two are 720p (30p), one is a 640x480 .mov and the other was shot in 720p but burned to a PAL DVD so they are .VOB file rips at 25fps, 720 x 576 w/1.2 widescreen. The main camera is an .MTS file (AVCHD 720p)
Since I am planning on ultimately making widescreen NTSC DVD's, I sync'd the cameras in a widescreen-DV sequence, then nested that into a new widescreen-DV sequence and activated the multi-cam. I did all of my actual editing in the new muti-cam sequence - but now I am thinking that I should have started with an AVCHD 720p sequence to sync cameras and just maintained 720p thoughout - until exporting the MPEG-2 file for the DVD.
I can make a new 720p sequence and cut/paste everything from my timeline - but they would still be nested multi-cam cuts that link back to the original widescreen-DV sequenece I setup to sync the 4 cam views. I cannot seem to change the settings for the existing sequence - so is there maybe a workaround for what I am trying to do? Essentially, to trick the new 720p sequence (with all the actual multi-cam edits pasted into it) to linking to a new 720p sequence with the already sync'd cam footage pasted into it? And secondly, will it actually effect the quality of the final DVD output? I may also want to make a 720p web version for Vimeo if feasible...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have created the new 720p AVCHD and cut/pasted all of my edits. That is not the problem.
Almost of my edits (other than a few titles amd stil pics I added) are cuts from the original nested sequence called (4-CAM SYNC). It is a regular NTSC widescreen sequence. In this original sequence, I am scaling the the cameras down to fit the frame and sync'ing the four cameras. I am attempting to get this new sequence to link to a new 720p nested sequence that has my sync'd cam footage - to replace 4-CAM SYNC on the time, while still retaining all the edits I have made - I will just have to change some of my scaling settings in a few clips.
It sure would be easier if I could change the "Editing Mode" parameter under Sequence Settings...

  • Crop Settings: CC different from CS5/Possible to change settings?

I just recently joined CC; I used to use CS5. Back in CS5 when I would crop a picture/change the dimensions simply by dragging a corner with no additional buttons pressed. It would show me the entire picture, but the parts that were not within the crop box would be faded, to show exactly which parts of the picture would not be shown. In CC, those faded parts are completely gone. It will not show me the entire picture as I am cropping it. Is there a way to change that setting, back to what I had with CS5?

Oh so that's what "Delayed" does. Thanks Peter! Your solution worked perfectly

  • IPhoto in Yosemite automatically loads, despite changing settings no to

Every time I plug in a memory card, iPhone, iPad, etc, iPhoto loads and attempts to setup an import. I have changed settings both in iPhoto and ImageCapture NOT to load iPhoto when I plug in a device or memory card. It does so anyway.
How do I prevent iPhoto from loading once and for all when I plug in a card or device?

Canon Cameras don not mount on the desktop - it's a "feature" of the brand.
If you want to get the card showing on the Desktop, then use a USB Card reader.
You can stop iPhoto launching simply in the iPhoto Preferences: General pane: 'Connecting Camer Opens... And select 'No Application' or your preferred application as you choose.
You can use Image Capture (in your Applications Folder) to move your photos from the camera to a folder somewhere.
You can also import your Raws to iPhoto and send them to Adobe Camera Raw for processing.

  • Is it possible to change the ALV report layout settings in spool request

    Hi All,
Please let me know is it possible to change the ALV layout settings in background as we can change the layout settings in foreground to get correct format when download to excel.
    Regards,
    Jyothi CH.

    Hello,
Add a parameter for layout on selection-screen (p_varmm LIKE disvariant-variant).
As you are in backgroud mode, ALV will be printed with this layout (assuming you call correctly the MF ALV_LIST or REUSE_ALV_GRID)

  • Is it possible to change the settings in AR Properties Advanced tab with Adobe Acrobat XI?

I noticed when I went to print a PDF double sided, that despite the following the guidelines from Adobe on this process, it still printed single sided.  I checked the properties of the PDF itself and on the Advanced tab, the DuplexMode was set to Simplex and was greyed out.
Is it possible to change the settings in that tab with Adobe Acrobat XI?
    Regards
    Sharon

    Dear Sara
    Thank you for your reply.
I have two printers, both support automatic duplexing.  Any PDF we receive
or create we are unable to print double sided on our mac mini¹s.  I didn¹t
make it clear in my question that we were fine on Windows XP, but, having
recently changed to Mac have encountered this frustrating problem.
I did a lot of research prior to recording the question and it appears I am
not the only one who has come across this problem, and I have followed the
guidelines that Adobe promote on their website to be able to print double
sided, which doesn¹t work on the mac mini Osx Mavericks.
Because the Properties, Advanced tab has ³Print Dialog Presets² that are set
to simplex  and greyed out I took that to mean that no matter what printer
settings I make, and I think I¹ve gone through all that I can, the pdf will
not print double sided on Mac but will on XP.
Sorry this isn¹t the reply you must have been hoping for and look forward to
receiving further advice in regard to this matter.
    Regards
    Sharon

  • WC_Spaces-It's possible to change default self-service membership settings?

    Hello everyone,
It's possible to change the default self-service membership settings for spaces?
The user wants that every space created on Webcenter Spaces have the "Allow Self-Service Membership os Self-Service membership Change" option always selected by default.
    It can be done?
    Thanks,
    Pedro

thank you for the answer.. but the best approach would be customizing the task flow or there's a metadata that can be changed for this option?
    thanks!

  • Is it possible to change iPhoto book size after book is made?

I made a book project in iPhoto.  After I was finished I decided I want to go from the extra-large book that I selected when I first started to a large book.  Is it possible to change the book size before ordering the book?

Yes.  Command (right) - click on the book in the left hand pane and select Duplicate.
Open the duplicate copy and  go the Change Themes button and click on it.  In the next window you can change size within the same theme.
The reason for the backup is in case the text might be lost or garbled up due to size changes in the text boxes. You can copy what is in the original library and paste it into the different sized library after adjusting text size if necessary.

  • Changing settings so not to open in Iphoto

    Hello All,
I was wondering if there is a way to change settings on the Imac so that I have the option to be able to see my CANON 400D in finder?
I do not want it to ONLY open in Iphoto.
The iMac does not automatically see my Canon and I am wondering if there is a way to get my pictures onto my desktop without using iPhoto as I have pictures in RAW that I want to open using Photoshop CS5.
I am probably missing something but have not been able to do this

  • Is it possible to change the touchpad settings back to an older version after updating to maverick?

    Hello!
I just updated to Maverick (really late I know) and I found that I really dislike the new options for the touchpad.
    My question is the following:
Is is possible to change it back to the old options while keeping the new OS?
Hope you can help me out.
    - Kanib

No.  If you want the prior options, you will have to revert to the prior OSX.
    Ciao.
