Possible to display "moving crosshairs" instead of curves on a xy-graph?

Hello,
I want to plot a Graph in LabVIEW showing not a curve but crosshairs or another type of cursor, moving according to positioning data out of a txt-file.
the txt-file contains x and y coordinates in this form:
10.0    23.4
10.5    24.5
11.0    25.6 ...
I want to read one pair of coordinates and move the cursor to that point, then the next pair, move the cursor to the point etc. It schould look like the cursor was moving in realtime on the graph. Now to my main problem: It seems that a xy graph collects all of the points in the file and then displays them. This looks entirely different than the described scenario. I guess it's because LabVIEW has this data-oriented concept, where a node "fires" only when it's got all input parameter needed. And since a xy graph expects a cluster as input parameter I've got this problem.

for size: just make the graph indicator as big as you need it...
For background pictures: several possibilities:
1) make the graph transparent and put some graphics behind the graph
2) make the graph transparent and put a picture indicator behind the graph
3) In LV8+ you can put graphics in graphs using property nodes (PlotImages)

Rather than using a radio group, have you looked into using a list? That is what we use for navigation in APEX in many places when we show large images (like App Builder home page - Run Application, Supporting Objects, Shared Components, Utilities, Export / Import).
If you need to use radio groups, you can use the template under Globalization to include a larger, clickable image (we do that for pages like selecting the type of page to create). An example template is:

Afternoon rockmyplimsoul, thank you for the info on changing the sorting order - one question though how do you do this on the iPod ?
Even if your artists are sorted in the library in chronological order by release date, which is cool, when its transferred to the iPod it still gets sorted in alphabetical order. This is frustrating as I like to listen to one artist's music in order of release date, which I cant because its in alphabetical order.
Can you assist please.

IE11 - Crystal Reports - PrintMode ActiveX now displaying PDF prompt (instead of printer prompt)

It's a simple straight-forward question. IE11 is breaking the ActiveX plug-in used for printing from the Crystal Report Viewer. All the pretty pictures are in the link I provided. But the jist is that for my ActiveX Print Mode reports, the PDF dialog is presented now instead of the normal Printer dialog (unless I use Compatibility Mode)
Other details:
I am using the Crystal Reports that comes with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. For the life of me I can't remember how this got installed on one of my browser's (maybe an install from Visual Studio?) ... but I've been deploying the Crystal Print Control 10.5 (32-bit; version: 10.5.1.2285).
And as mentioned in the stackoverflow post I have all ActiveX settings enabled and ActiveX Filtering off.

CR for VS 2008 was included in the installer of Visual Studio, you can remove it from Add/Remove Programs.
Unfortunately the CR Basic that comes with VS 2008 only had one patch released and that's it. IE 11 was not released when it came out so we could not support it.
Currently there are no versions of CR or our SDK packages that do support it.
Crystal Reports Developer for Visual Studio SP 9 will support IE 11. You can get it from the Overview Tab and then on the left side. But it requires VS 2010 or above and SP 9 will support VS 2013 and IE 11.
In VS you could select either ActiveX or PDF:
I don't have IE 11 but to change the PDF go into the Add-ins menu:

Also, IE 11 is likely on Windows 2008 Server or possibly Window 8.x.
Best thing to do is upgrade VS and then download the CR installer into VS so it supports current OS's and Browsers.

I've tried to use hierarchy node variables, but it seems like you can't specify a attribute of the hierarchy such as level. So with the WBS hierarchy, if you create a hierarchy node variable, you specify the WBS value to select (If I understand this correctly). I wish I could instead specify "give me all the WBS nodes that happen to have the value of the level attribute greater or equal to 3. If I understand Juergens post, he is saying make security access so that only certain WBS levels can be returned in the query. I suppose we can try that, but that would then preclude getting the level 1 and 2 in the future if the authorization is global.

Display custom Icons instead of text link

I have added rating, feedback links in the command List of searchresourcerenderer which will display the link in each documents like this "Rate this document | Feedback | see Also | Details" , will it be possible to show icon link instead of this text link?

As per current functionality. This is not possible here.
The option if you use your own icons instead of SAP provided for example in case of PPT, DOC etc. The following steps can be used:
1) Go to System administration/system configuration/KM/CM/Utilities/Icons
Create a new icon with a mime type
2)Go to System administration/system configuration/KM/CM/Utilities/Mime Types
Create a mime type with an extension and use the same mime type of your icon

OK, I noticed a bug in my validate method. This is updated to fix the bug, and to include the recomendation about background-image:

Is it possible to display only dynamically selected fields in the out put? i need to display set of columns in the selection criteria, but in the output i have display only input given fields. because i need to convert it into .csv file. So i have to display selected fields from internal table. In oracle they are using"execute immediate". is there any equivalent in SAP?

If yes, there are concepts like RTTS which facilitates it.
Yes, the select query also supports dynamic selection of fields. ( Please care about ( ) in dynamic sql ).
Do more research on Field Symbols and statements like ASSIGN COMPONENT OF.

Let us take an example H2O, If we print it in this way it won't be meaning full, So i want to display this like
H Subscript 2 O. I have a requirement for a column to always to display this kind of values, Is it Possible?

Is it possible to display the static numerals as Hindi?

Trying to generate a report using XML Publisher, the report composed of two columns.
Need to display the numerals in English language coulmn in Arabic numerals and the numerals in Arabic language column in Hindi numerals. Currently they both appear as Arabic numerals in both columns
Question:
Is it possible to display the static numerals as Hindi as they had been
entred in the template or not?
I understood that on generation these should be variables not static.

In templates i guess, you can use multiple font text ..
same is the case here..
Arabic and hindi, are you using different font for these ?
if so, are these fonts available in server too ?
The test displayed can be static or dynamic, but if the server doesn't know which font to be applied, then its going to apply default font for the text.
At runtime, the server has to known, for this text which font has to be applied. if this has to happen, font has to be understood by server.

Thanks a lot for the information. It worked.
The portlet data can be accessible using bindings, but parameter name can be different.
Meanwhile I have got one more scenario, where the Portlet and Task Flow placed in different pages of WCP Application. On change of data in the Portlet the application should navigate to another page where the Task Flow placed and displays selected data.
Basically I can not use any button for navigation. The navigation should happen once I do some action in Portlet.
Is this possible? If yes can you please let me know the steps?
