Is it possible to get a copy of JDeveloper 903 Beta?
I was on OracleWorld in Copenhagen and I'd like to try some of the new stuff in 903.
Any scheduled release date for 903?

Any scheduled release date for 903?We arent' ready to announce the 9.0.3 release date yet officially, so I can't give you a ETA. As soon as we get something ready, we'll put a preview up on OTN.

Unable to start jdev 903 with redhat 7.3

Hi,
I installed jdev 902 on a redhat 7.3 box. It worked fine except i was unable to see/select the Property palette within the UI editor.
So i tried to install jdev 903 to see if it worked better. I installed jdk1.3.0_02 and change the jdev.conf to point to this jdk.
Then i typed:
/opt/oracle/jdev903/jdev/bin/jdev
... and only got that ==>

I tried

Well see and thank you for the answer: Java 1.3.0_02 is not working in my system.
Other versions of java work fine but not this one. But the way i made a mistake: the system where i installed jdev is running with RedHat 7.2.
I have reinstalled java 1.3.0_02 with no more success.Could it be a problem between rh 7.2 and this version of java? In this case is it possible to use jdev with another version of java. I tried jdev 902 with java 1.4 and remember running into display problems.

Need to download Jdeveloper 903

I have old application which was developed in JDeveloper 9.0.3 and running on OC4J 9.0.3. My hard drive crushed and lost jdev 903. The application has backup. I need to make changes to application and need jdev 9.0.3. But I can not fund jdeveloper 9.0.3 on OTN. Please help.

You can use the old Beta 2 CD Keys but other than that you are on your own for CD Keys. I got one in the email MS sent me, but I'm not sure where to obtain them if at all possible.

Not really, no. If the issue was with the logic board, your best bet is to have the HDD removed from the old machine and put into an external enclosure for data recovery (the reseller should be able to help there). Consider getting an external HDD and a good backup strategy - that would have been your best recovery option.
You can get the pics off the iPhone with a 3rd party utility (e.g. TouchCopy or PhoneView). But, they were 'optimized' before being put on the iPhone, meaning reduced in resolution to about 0.6 megapixel. There's no way to get the original, high res pics back. A free option would be to email the pics to your self, one by one - tedious, and with a further penalty of reducing the resolution to 0.3 megapixel.

JDev 903 doesn't AQ with DB 9.2.0.1.0?

I'm trying to use JMS in OC4J. I've created a simple bean that will post a message when a method is called. This code worked correctly when using JDev 9.0.2.822, but when I started with Jdev 9.0.3.1035, it gives me this error:

Both OC4J instances are set up to talk to the same back-end DB for message storage.
Any idea why this is happening and how to make it (Jdev 903) work?

I am somewhat new to iOS and OS having grown up with DOS and Windows. I am not familiar with IMAP and iCloud and I am not even sure which types of servers my various emails use.
The problem I would anticipate with iCloud is that (I assume) it would limit my access to data (including mail) on the iCloud to when I happen to be logged onto the internet. I also assume(?) that large files (photos etc.) would require some time to download whenever I wish to access them from whichever device I happen to be using (I hope I am wrong about this).
I have kept my devices to 500gb - 1TB for OS and 32gb - 128gb for iOS but since I have pretty slow WiFi (shared with DirecTV Whole Home and Netflix streaming) it is my impression that iCloud might be quite limited due to data transfer times.
Perhaps a factor would be that I have 2 DSL lines and my main DSL line is connected to two wireless routers (to also provide WiFi in a metal building that blocks WiFi and Cellular signals)
I may be totally wrong in my assumptions regarding iCloud. My mail is not so urgent that I need access to it instantly and I could wait until I had internet access or I can get it on my iPhone. My main concern with iCloud would be my data files (Word, Pages, Excel, Numbers etc.).
On the other hand, if I wanted to keep my 10,000 emails that would take up a lot of iCloud memory and I don't know how to measure how much storage it would take or how to move Hotmail or even iCloud mail to iCloud.
It may take me some time to figure this out.

yes. But I would recomend using Icloud. If you have purchaed the app or ownloaded it you can serch it on any of your other devices app store and you will se a different icon where the download button is suposed to go. Like a cloud. Click it and you will get it.

You can't download programs via Safari. The only programs (i.e. apps) that you can install are those that are in the iTunes app store on your computer and the App Store app directly on the iPad - PC and Mac programs are not compatible with the iPad, they are different operating systems.
There are a number of browser that are available in the store e.g. Atomic Web and iCab Mobile are two of the most popular, and there is also a free Opera browser (though what is available in the store may depend upon what country that you in and therefore what is available in your country's store).
