Possible to merge pages?

I have an advanced cannon scanner at work and someone checked a box for split pages into two images. Now I have 40+ pdf's with pages split in two that someone scanned for me. Is there a merge page feature in Acrobat 9 Pro? I saw the split page feature, so I was curious if there is a feature with the opposite effect?

Merging pages in same PDF

hi all,
I'd like to know if it's possible to merge the 2 pages in same PDF as a single page. Cause when I crop the pages with Tools->Crop, I got some weird look of the page even if I crop small portion of it, it still remains as single individual page. There should be a way to overcome that hurdle with merging/joining the two remnant parts of page to comprise the one final page.

Actually this is the one of the solutions, the glitch here is, cropped pages are disordered (e.g. if you crop some portion of page just cropped part is visible at the very same location, where it's supposed to be alligned to bottom, top left right etcc..) so the final page is something like that ,
1st page : %80 blank, text is at the bottom
2nd page: center aligned text and the rest of the page is blank
3rd page : text is close to the top part of page
So when I combine these pages into one page as you mentioned I'll get shuffled texts on one page with multiple pages per sheet, but my main problem was to create a single page from multi pages and align the texts properly.

id like to know if its possible to merge my iPhoto library from my ibook (tiger) to my iPhoto library in my MacMini (panther).
whats the best way i can have all my pics transferred from ibook to macmini (preferably by album).

Do the two libraries share some of the same images?
Are you running the same version of iPhoto?
Do you want to keep keywords, albums, comments intact on the merge?
Depending on how you answer the questions there is a different route you can follow.
If you just want albums from the PB to import into the mini and don't care about keywords,etc.:
Highlight the album in the source column and select all
hit Share/export
Export to a newly created folder on the desktop
Once all albums are exported copy them over to the mini desktop or burn them to a DVD.
Open iPhoto on the mini
drag the album folders into an open iPhoto viewing window.
If you have any images that are the same in both of the libraries, you might get duplicates imported, so you will have to wade through them to delete the dups.
To merge the libraries:
Copy the Entire iPhoto Library folder to the mini
Download and pay for iPhoto Library Manager
Follow directions in the documentation to merge libraries.

Is it possible to merge scripts?

Hi Everyone,
I am working on a scenario where i need to populate the result of a transaction in the landing page.
while executing the transaction, i need to select two variants.
I tried by recording the script and do the copy paste of the values. But i am ended up in copying the value of the second variant selected but not the first.
What would be suggested method? is it possible to merge scripts? Will that be possible?

Well, you could do the two different recordings, then upload them into the same script button and use IF conditions to decide which one to run.
When uploading the recorded script, there is an option to append the second recording to the existing script.
Unless I misunderstand your scenario, this should work...

Is it possible to merge text boxes

Hello,
I am just wondering whether it is possible to merge text boxes. I use Keynote as a holder for cheat sheets for learning programming languages, and I tend to make a lot of text boxes that at some point need to be consolidated. Currently I have to use the arduous method of cutting and pasting the contents of one box into another box. Is there an easier way? And no, the "group" button is not what I'm looking for as this maintains the individual text boxes and does not allow moving the text cursor directly between boxes with the arrow keys.

We're currently trying to use the Remote Role Assignment with XRPM Portfolio Management. It works fine if we just use the out of the box Portfolio Management Role.
However, we're trying to use a custom role created on the producer and then merge it with another custom role on the consumer. It starts out working fine until it attempts to redirect to content on the Portfolio Hidden workset. Then it gives a runtime error. Any help you could give would be great!

How to merge pages within the same document?

Can I merge pages within the same pdf document? I have two large maps, an east and west, can I put the two pages together to make one map?

How different are the layouts?
You can vary the left and right pages:
+Inspector > Layout > Section > Configuration > Left and right pages are different+
But the position of the headers, footers and margins will be the same.
You could make different designs and capture those but each would have to be its own section. This sort of thing works better in Layout mode, where every page is a different section, but you won't get automatic text flow nor TOC, footnotes etc.
Pages rapidly gets very clumsy when you try to do detail layout to this extent.

I cant really understand how a particular style can be applied to only an individual column.In the simplest case the attribut 'columnClasses' of data_table contains
the same number of style classes as you have columns in your table. These
classes are then applied one to one to the columns.
If there are fewer classes than columns then you can think of the classes
beeing repeated until there is one class for each column. In the extreme
case of only one class this means that this class is applied to all columns.
The following example shows the simplest case of three columns
and three classes. Just remove one or two classes from the columnClasses
attribute to see the 'repeating' behavior.

Merging pages in C# with Hyperlinks (destinations empty)

I tried to merge PDF documents with CAcroPDDoc InsertPages. It works well. Now I have hyperlinks in my documents. After merging the documents the list of destinations is empty and the links are dead.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
