Possible Wrong Sim Card!! - Please help!
My Husband and I signed up for the Epic 4G phones with the Lady Gaga promotion with Sprint. I called to activate our phones and mine works fine. My husband's phone not only isn't activating, but when he attempted to contact customer service to find out why his phone was having issues, the link from his phone took him to verizon customer service, not Sprint!!
Is it possible the wrong company's sim card could have been put in his phone by mistake??
The Samsung Epic 4G does not take a SIM card, or have any way of being associated with Verizon Wireless. What link did you follow? Samsung manufacturers phones for all carriers, so you could have been misdirected. Did you purchase your phones online? You can always stop by your local Best Buy Mobile store to see if they can assist you, or call 1-888-BEST-BUY.

What happens when you try to redeem it ? Are you getting any error messages ?

On itunes it says that my billing address is the United States but I'm in the UK. It doesn't give me an option to change it either.. How do I change it?!! Also, whenever trying to enter bank details into itunes, it tells me they are wrong, is it because my billing address is wrong?! Please help!!
What card are you Using. Are you using a card from the US or the UK? Because if you live in the UK and trying to access the UK Store, then you need to use a card that has a billing address in the UK. Go back to Settings > iTunes and App Store then click view Apple ID and click payement Info and make sure everything is correct as far as your payment info and Billing Address

Please help me in getting this unlocked without lossing the data as the data is really important for meI think you should call via phone or perhaps take it to a phone store. I suggest taking your id, box packaging and other necessities such as the reciept of the phone being purchased.

click on the store tab on the top left of iTunes. Scroll to where it says "Authorize this computer...". Click on that and enter your apple id and password then click authorize. The reason iTunes says that your computer needs to be authorized is because it is to be sure that iTunes knows can trust your new computer

I updated my iphone to the newest update but now it doesn't want to activate. It says the sim card I have it's not valid and that I need to insert the som card that came with my phone. Problem is my phone was given to me by a friend of mom's and he just gave me the phone I had to buy a new sim card. It has been working all right until now. Should I go buy a new sim card? Help!
Your phone is locked to a carrier. Only a SIM from that carrier can be used to activate the phone. Ask the "friend of your mom's" to which carrier the phone is locked. You'll then need to contact that carrier and see if you are eligible to have the phone unlocked. If not, the phone is useless to you.

Use a needle to poke into the tiny hole of the SIM tray. With one swift pull, you should be able to eject the SIM tray. It could fly off if you pull too hard. So be careful of your strength of pulling.
