Post ios 4.3 update, Missing Music, Cannot Sync 13019 Error

I have an iPod Touch 64G, running 4.3.1 the problem dates to the first ios 4.3 update) and iTunes 10.2.1 on a Windows 7 PC.
Ever since I updated my iPod to ios 4.3, I have been unable to access my music from my iPod. Once I plug in my iPod to one of my computers I can see my entire library in iTunes and can play songs from the computer (the songs are only on the iPod and not saved on that particular computer). As the song starts to play, my iPod attempts to synchronize, but then I get the 13019 error. When I look for the songs on my iPod, the screen says I have no music.
I have tried the language switch and music fixes listed here
http://osxdaily.com/2010/11/24/fix-for-no-content-on-iphone-ipod-after-ios-4-2-1 -update/
as well as deleting my sole voice memo (another suggested fix in the forums) all to no avail.
The original sync'd computer (running XP) is temporarily out of commission until I replace a part. I have two other laptops (Windows 7 and Vista) which I'm using to access the music on my iPod. I would like to be able to access my music on my iPod without having to plug it in to a computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for replying. I have tried those techniques. I have deleted my voice memos . However because my sync settings are on manual I can't deselect the auto sync music option. I was able to sync my apps with this computer, but trying to sync Books leads to the same error.

  • Downloaded the recent update, now I cannot sync photos nor view my photos on my phone.

Downloaded the recent update, now I cannot sync photos nor view my photos on my phone. Push the photo app button and it pops up then off.

    Try this:
First create an empty folder...no photos in it...now, connect your phone and under the photos tab select sync photos & select this folder. Since there is nothing in it, no photos will be added to your phone, but hopefully this will remove the photos that are on your phone.

Are you syncing photos to the ipod? If so, the -39 in this context can sometimes indicate a damaged photo cache. Are you able to sync if you delete your existing photo cache? To find it, see the following document:

  • I just updated my iphone 5s to IOS 8.1.3 and I cannot sync (error -54) and my "other" takes up 6.69gb of my space

I just updated my phone to IOS 8.1.3 and I'm having troubles.
None of my music is syncing as well as anything else I try to sync. As for the bar at the bottom of the iphone summary screen there is no Music photos, app or anything its just a big yellow "other" bar even though I have photos and apps on my phone..
    How do I fix this??

I have the 5s and am still using iOS 8.1.3 and cannot sync anything!  It's driving me crazy.  My iPad won't sync either which made me think it was my wifi but that is not the issue.
Is anyone able to troubleshoot this problem?  I've tried to look on here for days now.  Thought possibly could be due to my desktop having old iOS but don't see why that would have to do with my cell or iPad syncing/updating.  Maybe for iTunes, but not for apps...
    Thanks.
    Hope someone has some ideas.

  • Since getting iOS 7 and updates peripheral USB and sync for Itune's is not working.

Since getting iOS lion and updates I can no longer sync my ipad, or iphone with out being told is no longer authorized on my computer.  Also I can only use the USB port on the back of my Imac for my ipad, and iphone.  Is there a solution?

I can help with the "IR Receiver" part of your question. That's the piece of hardware inside older MacBook Pros (MBPs) that lets them work with the Apple Remote. "IR" is the standard abbreviation for "infrared," the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum used by remotes for many common devices (stereos, cable boxes, Apple TVs, etc.). The remote sends a coded stream of IR pulses; a corresponding receiver in the target device "sees" the infrared light and decodes it. The MBP's internal IR Receiver sends the received signals to the processor via USB through an internal hub.
The most recent MacBook Pros have dropped the IR receiver and no longer work with the Apple Remote.

  • Downloaded itunes update and now cannot sync my ipod. How can I fix it?

Everytime it says it is finishing the sync an error message comes up saying "Unable to sync ipod"

Assuming the songs play in iTunes on the computer
    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

  • Cannot sync music, cannot sync music

I cannot sync music one my i phone 3 ince upgrade to v4.2.1 of software

If you have been syncing with the same library and iTunes, try unhceck "SYNC MUSIC" and click SYNC to allow iTunes to remove all music from your iPhone.  After that check SYNC MUSIC to SYNC again.

  • Cannot Sync Unknown Error -50

OK, here is the issue as concisely as I can put it.  I have just updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 7.0.3 and updated iTunes to 11.1.2.  Today I downloaded an app from a third party site (reputable) which then opened iTunes and clicked download.  I then went to sync my iPhone only to discover I was logged into iTunes as, my Apple ID.  Unfortunatly being an early user of iTunes my iTunes and App Store login ID is not my Apple ID.  So I logged out of my Apple ID and logged back in using my usual login and password which is the same on my iPhone for iTunes and App Store.  I then received a "this iPhone cannot be Synced Unknown Error -50"  The app I downloaded appears in each login but the phone stops syncing when it reaches apps.
So should I delete the app from my purchases in my Apple ID login and try again?  I have already removed it from my Mobile Apps folder.
And can I get rid of the Apple ID account in iTunes?  I have checked purchases in this account and apart from the app I downloaded today ther's nothing in it.
Is there a way to merge the two accounts?
    I'm confused.

  • Cannot sync photos (error -39)

I cannot sync my pictures anymore through ITunes and get an error -39 (on a sidenote, I cannot sync pictures to my Apple TV either). Anyone experience this?

Just started getting the same error. I already had iPhoto 08 installed for several weeks, and only got the iphone last week. Synced fine for the first few days, then suddenly I get this Error -39 every time.
    Some clues:
    1. The sync progress bar always gets to 'deleting photos from iPhone' when I get this error.
    2. The only new photo-related actions prior to seeing this error was to take some photos with the iPhone prior to syncing.
    3. The first time I saw this error I had just connected my iPhone to my MBP, and both iPhoto and iTunes fired up. I imported the iPhone pics within iPhoto (and deleted originals). Then I switched back to iTunes to discover this error. Now I get the error every time!!
    4. I have deleted all the cam photos on my iPhone (the ones taken by the iPhone), same error.
    5. I have deleted the iPhone photos from my iPhoto library, same error.
    6. If I turn off iPhoto syncing the iPhone can sync just fine.
I have read somewhere that this error is sometimes caused by photos of the wrong resolution (somehow the iTunes sync process doesn't 'optimise' some photos). I have also read that syncing a Mac with a PC formatted iPod can cause the same error. Neither of these seem to apply to me.

  • Cannot sync iphone error (-50)

Cannot sync iphone - please help

    Error 13, 14, 35 and 50 (or -50)
These errors are typically resolved by performing one or more of the steps listed below:
Perform USB isolation troubleshooting, including trying a different USB port directly on the computer. See the advanced steps below for USB troubleshooting.
Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer.
    Try a different USB 30-pin dock-connector cable.
    Eliminate third-party security software conflicts.
There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting one or more TcpWindowSize entries into your registry. Your default packet size being set incorrectly can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet-size modification for assistance. Or, follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) to reset the packet size back to the default for Windows.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
