Post migration wrong IP

Transfer ID appeared to be successful, with the target taking over the name and IP of the source server. But after some problems and lots of hair pulling, I discovered that none of the OES services in Yast picked up the source IP. They still had the premigration target server IP. I've reset, but am still having problems with the cluster service. Is there anywhere else I need to check for the old IP? Thanks.

You may want to open an SR with Novell since you had problems with the post migration not changing the server name as well before.
I've not had it happen to me, but that doesn't mean it's not a bug somewhere.
Novell will probably want a supportconfig and the entire project directory log files as that'll contain the results of the changeip scripts and whatnot.
Perhaps you found a bug or there's something unique to your environment that's causing things to not work properly.

Go to payment tab while MIRO, Give the payment terms or delete the payment terms.
Now if u post as Invoice Gross - Document Type....system will ignore the discount and it will be come to effect at the time of payment.
if u take as Invoice -NET, System Will consider those discount at time of MIRO.

Sorry that you had this problem.
The software coupons are pretty much useless unless Apple says they are worth something for a very specific reason. In your case they will be worthless.
You do not tell us much about your iMac, but as you have 512-768M of RAM, 10-15% free Hard Drive space, and a 733-1GHz processor I would recommend that you Upgrade to Tiger. Be sure to read the iLife '06 System Requirements and Notes for your own edification.
Tiger can be purchased at AppleRescue for $79.00.
You can install it over iLife '06 using an Archive and Install. Software update will bring you to the latest version of Tiger.
I will mention this last, but it really should be your first step...backup your important files.

Wage type getting posted to wrong GL

Hello,
We have a problem with the Posting Program.
We have defined a service category field in the Org assignment infotype.(Indirect/Direct) based upon which the employee's salary gets posted to either Indirect GL or Direct GL's.
This functionality works fine in case the Posting program is run for single employee.However,when it is run for the entire Personnel subarea then for one particular employee salary is getting posted to wrong GL(Employee's service category is direct but the salary is getting posted to indirect GL).
Could anyone please help me understand what could be the possible reason behind this and how to fix it.

If it is happening with only one employee
Check the employee data once again
while asign the Master cost center....... which display in the infotype 0001 and also check if any entries are maintained in the Infotype 0027

Issue with post migration, from 11.1.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.1.5

We are facing issues post migration issue in 11.1.1.1.5.
We are using JMS adapter with 3rd party Queues (IBM MQ). We are able to produce and consume the messages in 11.1.1.1.3. But, post migration to 11.1.1.1.5, we are able to only prouce the messages and not able to consume the same.
We use JMS message id as Correlation id.
Please assist us on this.

My issue is "Depreciation posted for wrong GL" --(periods-4th,9th and 12)
Here my client is maintained 01for book depreciation area and 11-for IFRS depreciation area
Actually Depreciation posted as:-Depreciation a/c Dr 1000/-
Accumulated p&m Cr1000/-
Above entry appearing in 11-IFRS depreciation area,but depreciation value amount showing in 01 book dep. area.
Client requirement is dep.value has to appear in 11-IFRS depreciation area.
One solution -
-is wrongly GL assigned for IFRS in a/c determination-AO90 transaction.
Second scenario--- is how these depreciation value adjustment for IFRS for correct GL code.

JET/DAO 3146 error on post migration

I had a urgent issue that held their development. I would appreciate if someone can help me on this.
I was trying to migrate access 97 database to Oracle database. Here is environment,
Access97
Oracle 8163
Microsoft ODBC for Access 4.00440302
Oracle ODBC for Oracle 81700
I had a problem in the post migration when WorkBench tried to update Access Database (to create the global link or
something like that). It failed with an ODBC error: JET/DAO error code: 3146, description: ODBC--call failed.
Does anyone know what does it mean on this error and what could have caused this?

We are currently looking into this issue. Looks as though it may be related to Office 2000.

Just download the SunONE Web Server or Application Server and you will be able to run JSP if you got W2K or XP.

The error says the pools or volumes that exists on the target server doesn't match with those on the source server.
Try updating them from nssmu or iManager.

As per my understanding only a standard Dat file can be compared with one single dat file.Because Eacg dat file will be containing its own values. So multiple files cannot be compared.
Am assuming dat files containing time(s) and acceleration values(g). G value for each file differs.

I'm still not sure I follow you. When you say "Dat" file, do you mean the DIAdem 8.x standard file with the *.dat header and usuall a *.r64 binary file or two that it references, or do you mean some other specific data file with the extension *.dat or do you just mean a generic data file?
DIAdem can certainly load multiple files into the Data Portal at the same time, so you must be referring to either a limitation of the "*.Dat" file you're talking about or correcting yourself that all the data you want to compare turns out to be in one "Dat" file.

Migration to UCM11g: Profile rules get messed up post migration.

Hi,
We are trying to migrate from UCM10gR3 to UCM11g. We are facing problems when importing the content archive into ucm11g install.
Import failure happens due to wrong set of rules getting applied during the import, i.e. some inconsequential metadata fields becoming mandatory while fields that needs to become mandatory don't.
How do i debug the source of the problem. I have done the following until now.
Verified the CMU import from 10gR3 for errors, and everything seems to have come through fine. Did not see any issues there.
Post import, compared profile rules between 10gR3 to 11g, and they match line to line. I dont see any difference at all between 10gR3 and 11g.
Enabled profile tracing and compared the logs when checkin happens in 10gR3 and 11g, Rules getting initialized and activated as same other than the final import exception that we see in case of 11g. Following is the exception.
