If that does not help, if you could provide me with the following information it would help me out. First, who is your ISP( Internet Service Provider, i.e. Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, ect.)? Second, who is the maker of your router? Lastly, what is the model number and firmware version of your router?

Trying to register for WIFI

I'm trying to register for free wifi. I'm a BT Broadband customer who joined around mid September 2013. I've downloaded the app to my Galaxy tablet but when i try and login using my e mail i get the message that this user name is not sa primary e mail - not sure I reallly understand! It is my primary e mail and I have no other BT ID. Please could someone advise me?

You should use your primary email address to log on. It is not your BTID unless you have made your BTID the same as your email address and password. The primary email address is the one which BT gave you when you first signed up. It is usually sent to you and will be something like [email protected]

Trying to register for Virtual Developer Day

Hello
I'm trying to register for Virtual Developer Day in the European time zone but I'cant figure out how to change the timezone....
Clicking on "view your local time" has no effect and clicking on "register online" gives a time out error.
I've tried with Chrome 10, Explorer 7 and Firefox 3.6 but with no luck.
Am I missing something or is the web site broken ?

View your local time has now been fixed but it simply displays the times
for the event on May 3rd.
I still can't figure out how to switch to the event for May 10th for Europe or are we supposed to register once
and we register for all of the events....

You need to request the download code from Apple

Just go there and fill out the info and they will email you the code to get Lion for free.

We are unable to process your request received while trying to register for apple developer program

I'm trying to register a client for apple developer program.
They have a D U N S number from Dunn and Bradstreet which was entered. Used the same legal entity name, phone number, address, etc
Upon submission i get the folllowing: We are unable to process your request. Not very helpful or informative.
Has anyone received similar or have any advice for me?

Severe test trying to register for this forum...

I've just registered for this forum, but I needed every ounce of my technical wits to achieve that...
I was asked for a "Screen Name" so ended up with Apodida (Hi there, other "Swifty" and "Swiftie").
Then I was asked for "*Word verification by reCAPTCHA".
The problem was, no CAPTCHA image appeared. My browser (Opera) accepts all images, so I presumed a browser issue and tried Firefox... same result. IE9... same again. Chrome v23... same. Safari... same.
If you think I'm laying it on a bit thick, it's because I seem to be heading for: http://swiftys.org.uk/images/dilbert.gif
The answer was to disable JavaScript, as the page then works in a purely textual mode. Of couse, no one who needs this information will find their way here...

The problem is even more complicated that can be imagined.
You must have javascript enabled in order to log into the main HP Passport screen. If it is not enabled, the button to login using your username and password will not appear. If you can't log into HP Passport, you can't participate in any discussions.
However, if you've never participated in the discussion forum and do not have a forum username associated to your HP Passport account, you'll need to register a username and go through the ReCaptcha test to prove that you're a human being. If you have Javascript enabled in your browser, the ReCaptcha image will not appear on the screen. Therefore, you must disable Javascript in order to register and participate in the forum.
That is just plain dumb. It's certainly apparent to me that the discussion forum and the HP Passport website are managed by different web devs/admins who aren't talking to each other because their separate browser requirements are at conflict with each other. The end result - the users suffer, leaving the impression that HP doesn't know how to take care of their business.

19 digit serial number on card not valid when trying to register for Acrobat Pro XI. Why?

Purchased the product from a seller. Scratched off the cover. Tried to register the product and get a serial number so I could download it. Got the serial number in 12hrs via return email.

Trying to register for ePrint. It's telling me my email is already associated with another account.

I have recently installed an HP Deskjet 3054A with my MacBook Pro.
Wen trying to set up ePrint, it asked me to register an account. When I tried, it told me that the email address I was using was already registered. I don't remember setting this up previously, so I tried to retrieve my password with the 'forgot password' link. However, when I typed that same password that it told me was already registered, I got the following error - "enter the email address associated with your account."
Please advise. I think I need to speak with someone via phone.

Sky Player - I am trying to register for the service but it says I have missing plugins but Firefox can't find any

I am trying to sign-up to Sky Player however I cannot do so because when I press the 'sign-up' button on the web page it refuses to take me to next page and the Firefox has a banner saying 'missing plugins'. When I click on that Firefox cannot find the missing plugins! I manually download some but it makes no difference.
Had similar problems in the past with other sites and end up have to use IE instead!
