Hello,
I posted my rebate sheet to get money back for my iTouch i got with my Macbook Pro, with EAN Labels, but did not post the correct Invoice for proof of payment,
Will i still get my rebate if i send another letter with the invoice?

It's very unlikely that anyone here can tell you what will happen — we're all just other Mac users here. You need to contact the appropriate rebate processing center. I wouldn't be surprised if that were only possible via mail, so what you propose to do may actually be the only way to find out whether or not it's going to work out well for you.

Ipod Back to School rebate

I just bought an iBook and iPod (I'm in the UK) and am about to apply for my £100 Back to School rebate for buying them both at the same time. On the claim form it says you have to
"Cut out the UPC labels form the qualifying product boxes. Make sure you cut out the whole label, including the part number with bar code, the serial number, the product description and all layers of the cardboard. Peeled-off labels will not be accepted"
I desperately don't want to start cutting up my iPod and iBook boxes but I notice they have similar labels on the brown outer cardboard boxes they were delivered in. Does anyone know if these will be accepted?

I want to be sure that I read your post correctly. You're willing to pass up a £100 rebate because you don't want to damage the shipping boxes? You have a lot more discretionary income than the rest of us!

Back to School rebate problem

I purchased a MacBook Pro in the uk 10 months ago via education discount and the back to school ipod rebate. I submitted my claim as per instructions and checked on the website to see if the rebate had been approved. The rebate has been approved and i'm yet to receive the rebate.
The problem is i'm living abroad in North America and have no idea who to contact or where?.

How do I apply for a Back to School 50$ itunes card?

Hello everyone,
I apologise in advance if I have posted this in the wrong section.
My step-mother recently visited the US for holiday and bought me a brand new iPad 3 from the apple store as a present because I am starting university in England in September. This was all about 2 weeks ago.
I recently found out that my situation meets the requirements to get a free $50 USD iTunes card to spend on apps for university (which I would find incredibly usefull!) and so I would like to know how I can get this card?

Sorry, but you probably can't. The US program only applies to those who are enrolled or enrolling in a US university, so you can't apply for the US back-to-school program (and couldn't use the US-issued gift card in the UK anyway) and I believe that the UK program requires that you purchase from the UK Apple Store (the US program does). You can call the UK Apple Store and ask if there's any way a US-purchased iPad would qualify for the UK back-to-school program, but it's not likely.

Back to School iPod promo with the Core 2 iMacs

Does any one know if apple is planning on allowing the core 2 iMacs to be apart of the back to school promo?
Under the terms and conditions they say "Products not listed in this chart are ineligible for a rebate". So does that mean that the core 2 counts?

No "back to school" promotion on new iPods :(

I just called Apple, and am sorry to discover the "Back to School" promotion for educators and students has effectively ended 4 days early, as none of the new iPods are eligible for the promotion.
Incidently, I'm sorrier to discover how rude the phone rep was... I understand it's a heavy call volume day for Apple, but there's no excuse for the sort of haughy condescension I got, being interrupted with: "no way. no way. there's no way Apple would ever give a new product like that away. you should know that..."
It's a good thing the technology does a good job selling itself.

Two questions...I assume from your post that they no longer have the older Nanos in stock that are eligible for the promotion? And, what about the Apple stores? Do they sell out old stock, or would they also only have the new models available?
If the older models aren't available at all through normal education channels (which for many means only directly from Apple), I find it extremely annoying that they advertised the promotion until the 16th and then pulled them. That's very poor form.

Back to School College/University Suggestion

How come there is no Back to School Section for College & University students featured on the home page?
A free book like "Your Guide to Succeed in University" should be featured on the home page to help these students!

Will bestbuy price match with apple on back to school promo?
Students are getting 100-200 dollars discount on imac and macbook pro and they also get ipod touch 8GB. Will they price match?

I've been charged in my credit card for the "Back to school Gift Card", Why?

I have recently bought my new MacBook Pro 13", that came with the "Back To school Gift Card". In received thre different invoices.
1) An invonice with all the accesories that I bought
2) An invonice with all the "extras" of my mac and the mac itself. (There they "subtract" the $100 from the gift card under "promotional savings"
3) An invonice with the gift card amount of $100.
On my personal bank account i have three different charges from the apple store. i double checked already.
Why is this happening? Will I get a refund at the end of the month or how does this work?

Error while posting A/R Downpayment Invoice with Excisable Tax Code.

While posting A/R Dowpayment Invoice with Excisable Tax Code error of "Unbalanced Transaction" appears. This error does not occur while posting A/R Downpayment Invoices with Non-Excisable Tax Codes.

In order to create the delivery via the DI, you need to set the oDoc.Lines.BaseLine value to the LineNum value from the RDR1 table (in the above example you should enter the value 2).
we set oDoc.Lines.BaseLine=0 before starting the lines loop. This has resolved the issue.

Display Purchase order, PO Item , Order Number ,entry sheet quantity ,entry sheet price ,invoice quantity, invoice price against each line number

hello all,
i have an ALV report requirement like this,
on the initial screen i have displayed(for a given agreement number like in ME33K )
in the selection screen i have taken agreement number as EKPO-EBELN.
purchase document number        item number        short text        target quantity      net price
5400000019                                  1                      xxx                  1.000                  304300.00
                                                    2                     xxxx                 1.000                  500000.00
the above fields i have taken from EKPO table.....
and on double clicking the item number i have displayed
line number          service number       short text           quantity    units    gross price   quantity released
1                           swr10                   xxxx                 2.00          kg          500             2
2                           swr11                    xxxx                5.00          EA         500             2
the above fields i have taken from ESLL (esll-extrow, esll-srvpos, esll-ktext1 , esll-menge etc......)
this i have done by passing EBELN to ESLH and getting PACKNO and passed this PACKNO to ESLL.
now my question is i need to display Purchase order, PO Item , Order Number ,entry sheet quantity ,entry sheet price ,invoice quantity, invoice price
against each line number above.....
from which table do i need to take these fields.....
please guide me....

The problem is the multiple invoices is for non goods receipt item so there will be no delivery.At the time of creating a PO the GR is not checked so there will be no delivery .
Also this setting is for invoices which are comming from Vendors.But if we are genrating the invoices manually it is not blocking those invoices.Also i there is nowhere mentioned in Incomming invoice to set tolerence for incomming invoice.Are you talking about Vendor tolerences?

Back to school card is not working

Last week, I went to the apple store, Because my back to school card is not working.
And the clerk helped me to solve that the problem.
He said i will receive the mail from apple customer service.
From last week until today. I did not receive any mail from apple customer.
Can any one help me ??

I'm afraid you're asking in the wrong place. Apart from the fact that this is the forum for people who make podcasts, the entire discussions are user-to-user forums: you're not talking to Apple here, and no-one on here can help you. You will have to take this up with Apple directly.
If you go to the Apple Store page for your country you should see a phone number in the bottom right-hand corner: they may be able to help or at least tell you how to contact the people who can.

how service entry sheet related to invoice and will affect financial entries, can any body clear cycle of service entry sheet to invoice and payment.
i try to invoice(f-43) with services i am unable to invoicing services is it possible to entry invoice of services.

Hi,
A service entry sheet accounting postings are similar to GR for account assigned PO.when you do the service entry sheet the account assigned object account and GR/IR account are updated.
When Invoice is verified then vendor account and GR/IR account are uipdated.

How to post a cross-company invoice using the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT?

I would like to post an inter-company invoice using the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
There is a comp_code in the header strusture. The BAPI's documentation says that this is possible and in the ACCOUNTGL table there is a field COMP_CODE.
The only problem is that the field is not there
Does anybody know whet to do?

BAPI BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT is not used for a specific application, but needs to be called always after any BAPI is called to post the data that were changed in the BAPI to the database.
You need to find the BAPI that is used to post the invoice and then call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
Always do:
call function 'BAPI_application_specific'
if sy-subrc eq 0.
call function 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'.
endif.
Check the documentation you have to see if you can find the application specific BAPI.
