Posting changes from EWM to ECC

Hello dear experts
When I create a posting change in EWM, for example to change stock type from F1 to F2, a message is sent to ERP using goods movement interface. Usually in ERP a 311 movement is created to move the stock from one storage location to another.
Anyway, the HU data in ERP does not get updated. In HUMO you still see it in old storage location.
Is it possible to generate a delivery in ECC from EWM posting change?
I would like not to go through direct deliveries as they are creating STO in ERP and require a unique customer for each storage location, which is difficult because it would require changes to intecompany model .
Does anyone have a solution?

To my understanding, when a posting change delivery itself is created in ERP and distributed (for example a DTR delivery type) the system finds a predecessor and uses delivery interface
And also, when you are creating a posting change for an HU linked to a delivery, and the HU was not moved yet to a final storage type, /SPE/GOODSMVT_CREATE fm is called with reference to the delivery. This if you did the customizing for inbound deliveries under "Interfaces/ERPIntegration/Set Control Parameters for ERP Version Control
In ERP you will see the posting change in document flow for delivery

Error while posting GR from EWM in ECC. "Problem with receiver finding"

I have completed putaway of inbound delivery in EWM. This has triggered PPF to ECC for GR posting. This is stuck in ECC SMQ2 with error "Problem with receiver finding".
I have checked ECC>EWM interface configuration. Handling unit management setup in ECC and EWM. Do not see any issues there. Also tested GR account postings with IM storage location for Po in ECC. This is also working fine...so no issue with account determination.
Unable to figure out what is causing issue. Please help. Thank you.

Thanks for your responses. Issue was with distrubution model fiter parameters. for message type InboundDelivery.Deliverychange there was additional filter parameter for logical system. Removed values for logical system and only retained warehouse number.
With this issue is resolved. GR is posted succesfully in ECC.

Posting change from Unrestricted to Quality inspection

Hi Experts,
Help please.
I am trying to do posting chnage using MB1B transaction (322 Mvt type). But I'am having an error : "Change the inspection stock of material XXXX in QM only".
I do not know what this error means, Please someone help me.
Initially, the material was received in "Quality inspection", but it was already been moved to Unrestricted. But now, we are having problem in doing posting change from Unrestricted to Quality inspection.

as the collegues already said. when QM is active you cannot do manual QM transfer postings.
But you can do a MIGO with 102, to cancel the receipt. (you have to change the proposed quality status in item detail from Quality to unrestricted before you can do this)
Then you can receive it again the standard way. It will again go to Qualtity inspection and create an inspection lot .

Goods receipt and post goods issue are not updated back from EWM to ECC

Hi Experts,
Would anybody able to tell me the setting to be modified / defined to backward flow of information from EWM to ERP i.e. the goods receipt, goods issue are not being updated back in ECC once the goods receipt and post goods issue are posted in EWM?
It would be great help if i get the response as early as possible.

You might want to try checking the customization on the SCM part following this path:
SPRO - Extended Warehouse Management - Interfaces - ERP Integration - General Settings
Pay special attention on the Check of ERP-EWM Configuration transaction.
After you have checked these you should probably check the outbound queue monitor (tx SMQ1) from EWM to ERP. You can use the SMQ1 - Outbound queue and SMQ2 - Inbound Queue both in ERP and SCM to check the communication betweene these two systems.
Also you may want to checkt the SLG1 - Analyse application Log in SCM in order to see if any internal bugs exist.

Transferring Product Master Data Changes From APO to ECC/R/3

Is it possible to transfer product master data changes in APO to ECC via the CIF? If so, does it require custom coding?

In all the different clients where APO is being used with ECC systems. ECC system is always the main system (system of record) which contains all the master data and data present in ECC supposed to be the reference for APO system for planning purpose.
Generally it is not recommended to transfer master data from APO to ECC but as mentioned earlier by some experts you may have ways to do that.
I would be interested in the business scenario where one needs to transfer master data from APO to ECC.

IDoc error M8(183) in posting invoice from SRM to ECC

Hi everybody,
I am posting invoice in SRM against GR done in ECC. But the corresponding IDoc is in error when it reaches ECC. I am using MM-SUS scenario with SRM7.0, PI7.0, ECC6.0. Message types used are InvoiceRequest_Out and INVOIC.INVOIC01.
1) Error message: "M8(183) : Delivery note/service entry sheet & & does not exist".
2) First I applied note 1063742, but it did not resolve the problem. When I went into further detail, I found that the XML payload generated for the invoice in SRM does not contain GR number of ECC, but the corresponding GR number generated in SRM is passed onto ECC.
3) This SRM GR number is available in field BELNR of IDoc segment E1EDP02 (segment 12).
My question is, how to enable the invoice generated in SRM to carry the ECC GR document number, so that the corresponding IDoc in ECC recognises the GR number against which it was made. Please let me know if any alternative exists, also.

I am trying to create posting change in EWM from unrestricted to block in put away using transaction code /n/scwm/post. Posting change document gets created but with status red. When I tried to analyse the error, I am getting below error. Please guide how to resolve the issue? Following error does not provide direction about resolution of error.

I used /n/SCWM/POST and select product. My stock is unrestricted F2- unrestricted use for put away and I want to put it in stock type F5- block in put-away. I select posting change qty. and post the stock.Posting change document gets created but with status red. When I tried to analyse the error, I am getting an error

Middleware debug problem for BP's from CRM to ECC

I tried few steps to debug BP changes from CRM to ECC but nothing is working ...
I deregistered the Queue thru SMQS, made changes to BP.. went SMQ1 select the Queue name Double Click 2 times.. then select the Tool bar (Debug LUW).. I'm getting "Nothing was selected"
When is see SMW01, BDOC is processed green and data is transferred to ECC.
I want to do debug the BP queue and go to ECC system as some of my custom EEWB fields are not passing to ECC correctly.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi,
Put a break point in FM SMW3_MFLOW_UPDATETASKBDOC.
Create a BP and before save type /h to activate debug, mark update debugging option.
When stops in FM SMW3_MFLOW_UPDATETASKBDOC you must be sure to set header-dbgmode = 'X' this will make the bdoc stay stopped in SMW01.
Go to SMW01 and type /h and process the bdoc.
Put a break in FM CRM_UPLOAD_AFTER_MAP_HANDLER and be sure to change LV_SYNCHRON = 'X' this will allow you to connect in ECC.
Put a break-point in the "CALL TRANSACTION" command. Change the mode of call transaction and you be able to debug XD* update.

Question on posting change

For a movement type 3XX (posting change), can someone explain procedure :
If I make a posting change from "Q" status to "Un-restricted" I want material to go to storage Type XXX
If I make a posting change from "Q" status to "blocked" I want the material to go to storage Type YYY (different from storage type for put away for "un-restricted" stock) using the same movement type 3XX
Can someone please help me with this scenario as soon as possible

Please check all relevant settings which you do when new storage type you create & want to do putaway in that storage type. It starts from storage type creation to creating bins,search,storage type indicator etc.
I already done this kind of prototype.

Want to change ACCOUNT GROUP to BP from CRM to ECC

We would like to change the Account group of our (Inside/Outside sales persons) when they are replicating from CRM to ECC. We did change the PIDE setting according to our requirement but surprisingly 10-12 BPs are not getting changed. We opened an OSS and they suggested to write a Z function module and
registering it in the table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for the CRM OUTBOUND which HARDCODES the CLASSIFICATION DATA to the BP in accordance with the PIDE settings so as to get the ACCOUNT GROUP for these BPs.
I checkede the tcode CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for the CRM OUTBOUND where we need to place our own FM. I know to write a FM, but not quite sure how to start. Can anyone out there please help me with this.

I was able to change the account status from EXPIRE(GRACE) to OPEN. The trick as you hint at is to create a temporary profile, assign that profile to the account in question, saving the password from dba_users first, changing the password, logging in with the new password, then alter the user assigning back the original password with the identified by values clause in the later user statement and lastly assigning the original profile, either DEFAULT or custom.
Here is the temp profile I used which used values less than 1 for the critical limits involved here. Cannot have limit values less than 1 in 9i according to Oracle but you can in 10g.

Problem in delta changes from ECC to CRM for Customers created in CRM systm

Dear all,
I am replicating customers between CRM and ECC and vice versa. The Delta changes are replicating from CRM to ECC system, but not happening from ECC to CRM system.
I have created some customers in CRM system and changed some address data, those changes are perfectly updating in back end ECC system.
But when I make some changes for the same customer from ECC system, those changes are not updating back in the CRM system.
I could not get the problem where exactly is coming. I request your expertise to help me in resolving this issue. I believe all middleware and pide settings are correct.

Thank you very much for your prompt response, I have checked Customer_main adapter object in R3AC1, no filter has been found there.
and in R3 table TBE31, I could not find entry for CRS_CUSTOMER_COLLECT_DATA for APPLK = BC-MID.
As well in CRMRFCPAR table I could see X assigned to field named with 'In Queue Flag', but I could not find DISCARDDAT for CRM (User) settings.
Kinldy help me to resolve the issue.

"An IdocException occurred" while posting Idocs from SAP ECC to SAP PI AEX

Hi all,
While sending Idocs from SAP ECC to SAP PI 7.4 AEX, we are experiencing this issue at SAP ECC-SM58
Only a particular Idoc type is having this issue.
Below are the checks done before posting this query:
1. Pushed other Idocs from the SAP ECC to PI and all were getting exchanged successfully.
2. Reloaded the meta data in PI for the particular Idoc type in issue.
3. Checked the RFC destinations in SAP ECC, RFC connection test is also working fine.
4. Unicode option enabled in the SAP ECC RFC destination pointing to PI-AEX
5. Restarted the inboundRA service in PI AEX.
Is there anything still missing. What could be root cause of this issue.
If anyone has encountered it before, pleases share the resolution.

The error desc says

Changing documents downloaded from CRM into ECC, in ECC

Our requirement is to change documents downloaded from CRM into ECC, in ECC. I was refering to note 541113, but it is not of much use as we are using CRM 5.0. Also parameter that it says should be set I have set but ...obviously it didin't work. Please tell me what setting needs to be done for CRM 5.0 & ECC 6.0 so that our requirement is satisfied. I have searched SAP notes, without much success.

This is very simple.
SAP has provided us with a new Scenario. this is called Scenario A.
This scenario can be made Transaction Type specific.
You need to maintain table SMOFPARSFA in CRM and CRMPAROLTP in R3.
SMOFPARSFA:
Key = R3A_SALES
ParamName = INT_CHANGE_ORDER
ParamName2 = <Transaction Type>
ParamValue = A
CRMPAROLTP:
ParameterName: CRM_SCENARIO
ParameterName 2: INT_CHANGE_ORDER
ParameterName 3: <sales document type>, for example TR
ParameterValue 1: A

We are planning a upgrade from 4.7 to ECC6. Is there any readily available list of:
1) Transaction Codes that have undergone a change from 4.7 to ECC 6?
2) transactions that have become obsolete?

Thanks Gautham for the prompt response.
That means that I can only come to know of the changed TCodes after I upgrade and not before that? Or can I look at this table in any other company's ECC 6 system and get the data?
Will company specific cutomisation have any bearing on the changes done by SAP to the std TCodes?
Also does this table give the complete list of changed TCodes? Also is there any table, FM etc which also gives what has been changed in these TCodes?
