F110 - Posting details

Hello,
In the transaction OBVCS, there is a section related to the POSTING DETAILS.
There are the following fields:
- Document type for payment
- Clearing document type
I'd like to understand when the posting happen with the CLEARING DOCUMENT TYPE.
If I register a payment always the document created has a document type like in the field Document type for payment.
I need to register a compensation with the F110, so my aim is to understand the functionality of the filed CLEARING DOCUMENT TYPE.
In the help SAP there is the following explanation: Specifies the document type which the payment program uses to post the clearing document which is created with cross-company code payments. The clearing document contains the clearing entries.
For me it is not so clear.
Please let me know.

It is not clear for me. there is one way to execute F110 transaction and always it posts document with the document type in the field related to Document type for payment.
I don't understand when a documetn is posted with the document type in the filed Clearing document type.

U can get the posting results employee wise details and posted wage types using a standard Program....
Go To Transaction Code " SA38"
Give the program as : -
" RPCIP_DOCUMENT_ANALYSE "
Give the Posted Document.
Check Select details with Pers. NO
For giving Payroll Area has selection.
Select tab " Selection of Run attributes"
u can give payroll area here. and In period here
and also since the posting date would be fixed ....u can use that field also....
GL Account u can get.........
The fields are the same that you are getting in the layout.....u can select all the fields for display....
Using tab " Selection for Account assignment "
u can again filter the data....

Template breaks when viewing Blog Post Details Layout

I've made a new ECommerce site with my own template (HTML en CSS). On the Blog Post List is my new template. But when I click on the title or permalink, Then my template breaks and all I see is the text from my template and the blog post detail. What can I do?

Yes, just as I suspected. A lot of your CSS, JS and IMAGE assets are referenced incorrectly in your page template or page.
Right now, in your page template you are referecing IMG elements with a "relative URL":
<img src="images/myimage.jpg"/>
That will work fine on the homepage and first-level pages like "/" and "/blog" because the browser will attempt to load:
http://yoursite.com/images.myimage.jpg
But, if like on your blog detail pages which are located deeper in the websites folder structure "/blog/nog-maar-eentje" since this URL places you on the "nag-maareetje" page inside the "blog" folder, your relative URL will lead the browser to try and load
http://yoursite.com/blog/myimage.jpg
That is not the correct location for our images folder which is directory in the site's root folder. To avoid this issue, you need to update your references to all images that's SRC attribute start with "images/" and change it to a "site relative URL" simply by prepending a "/" at the beginnging of the SRC attribute:
<img src="/images/myimage.jpg"/>
You'lll need to replicate this process for your CSS and Javascript references too. CSS references will look like:
<link href="css/style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
Becomes:
<link href="/css/style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

Anywhere that a reference to a javascript, stylesheet or image starts without a slash, "/" and just begins with the folder or asset ("images/...", "myimage.jpg") are relative URLs. You'll also see URLs that are absolute and those are URLs in your code that start with "http://yoursite.com" or "http://yoursite.businesscatalyst.com". Those you don't have to worry about since they are absolute and won't get mucked up when you are trying to load those from page within your site.
After you edit your page templates you might need to fix the same problem in your pages that are in a subfolder of your site.

Hi friends,
Some one has posted sale order stock for a material. How can I know the details of that, like User ID who has posted, Date and Time when the stock was posted, etc.
Can anyone help me in this please.

In MB51, you can see this as to which user has posted the stock.
Go to <b>MB51</b>, enter the material code, movement type, Posting Date and execute the report.
A screen will appear. Press "<b>Cntrl + Shift + F12</b>". You can find the user name and date of posting.

RFBITB01 - posting detailed with single invoices

Hi all,
I tried to run the program RFBITB01 in order to perform the Posting of the failed payment transaction,
The only problem is that when the program performs the posting "customer @ Bank" i need the details about the invoices related the original Bill of Exchange and not just the total amount.
Is there anyway to have this info? Am i missing some flags/details during the postings?

Returnable packaging a/c posting details

Hi All experts,
could any one of you let me know the correct table to find out the followings:
1. RP(returnable packaging) account header details.
2. RP account item level or transaction details like opening balance, closing balance, bill of lading, posting type, reference document number and etc.
3. Summary list of status of each RP material involved in RP account with RP partner.
4. Full listing of all movements per RP material account during the statement period.

Returnable packaging is vendor's material and is not valuated in our valuation area so it will not have any accounting impact in our book.
Returnable packaging is maintained only on Qty based.

I found a few interesting things last night. 1st, I was having a problem with my CPU and Northbridge fans throttling down to about 1/3 speed after a few minutes of use. I disabled the Northbridge and CPU target fan settings in BIOS. You can find these options in the System Health menu of your BIOS. Also, if you have enabled the "Optimized" option in your BIOS, please disable it and set to "manual". The only option I've found to help is to select "Aggessive" timings for your memory. It doesn't change your speed in the BIOS for some reason, but it does do something else because my memory bandwidth is about 60 more with this setting enabled instead of disabled (3430 Int / 3430 Float in Sandra 04 versus 3493 / 3496 with the setting enabled. OF ALL THINGS MAKE SURE TO DISABLE THE "OPTIMIZED" function and leave it set at manual. Also, shoot me your current memory timings one more time. Are you using BIOS rev. 1.4? Let me know. Sorry it takes so long between posts, but I check from both work and home and it's usually several hours between getting chances to check for updated posts. I didn't have to reduce the HT setting on my overclock (I'm still running 4X), but I've read several posts where a setting of 3X will help if you're having problems o/cing. Also, on your memory timings make sure and set your DRAM to FSB ratio at Auto. This allows the memory to sync with your FSB speed. And, I don't remember if I mentioned it before, but be sure to set your AGP speed to 67 (66 is the default). At a setting at 67 it will positively lock your PCI and AGP clocks to 67 and 33 respectively, making sure that you aren't overstressing any of your PCI devices or you video card.

Error while posting MM invoice.

We are trying to post and Rack purchase Invoice using "BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE" but the BAPI fails and the error message that we are getting is "Field Material is a required field for G/L account 3862 21201000". We checked the GLACCOUNT data that is getting passed into the BAPI but there is no material field available in the structure. Even posting online using MIRO returns the same error.
Just to give you a quick background on the issue with MATNR. The automatic posting is generating an entry to account 21201000, which is set to require MATNR on the GLACCOUNT posting details. Online in core MIRO the MATNR field does not show up, but you can set the screen variant to allow it to show and therefore enter a value, however, even if you do this if you attempt to cancel the invoice with standard TCode MR8M it again fails because the MATNR is not carried through to posting. There are a couple of OSS notes that relate to this issue, but we are not sure if it will solve our problem. We need to be able to pass a value in MATNR for GLACCOUNTDATA (not MATERIALDATA) so the posting can be effected.
Please let me know if anybody has come across this issue and a way to resolve. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Please look at the field status of the GL Account. I am guessing in the field status group for that GL Account, it might have material as a required field.
Every company code must be assigned to a field status variant which can be checked at
Financial Accounting --> Fin accounting global settings --> document --> line item --> controls -->assign company code to field status variants.
Get that variant and go to
Financial Accounting --> Fin accounting global settings --> document --> line item --> controls --> maintain field status variants.
Here look for the field status group that you have assigned to the GL Account number (FS00) and see if the material is required entry or not.

Error while updating the Assignment details using 'hr_assignment_api'

An exception message is thrown while updating the assignment details through 'hr_assignment_api.update_emp_asg'.
The message is 'ORA-20001: HR_FLEX_VALUE_MISSING: N, COLUMN, ASS_ATTRIBUTE6, N, PROMPT'.
Even though a valid value is being passed to the segement,the error is thrown.
I have tested the API in one instance and it is working fine. Recently I have migrated the codes to nother instance and encountered this error. The only difference is that in the newer instance, the segment is mandatory.
One interesting thing is that, When I update the Assignment through application it is successfully saving the record. Then if I use the API to correct the Assignment, it is working fine. The API is not able to update only when the mandatory segment is null.

Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions, along with HR RUP level. It may be a bug, as outlined in MOS Doc 429169.1 (When Calling the Assignment API To Update Position, It Errors in Required Segment)
