Posting from a non-BT address on the new client

I've this week been migrated to the new BT email client.
I'm having a problem about posting from a non-BT address. In the past using BT, I had no problems.
I have an email address/domain (managed by FreeParking) that I've used for very many years as my public persona. In the past with BT, I haven't had any problem about sending from that address, but now I can't.
I can still receive messages from the address because they are redirected by FreeParking.
I have tried to set up an account for this address. This works in the sense that the account appears in the left-side menu under my main account. However, if I click on it I get a 'Selected Account [xxxxx] is unavailable'. If I use the server 'mail.btinternet.com' under a POP setting, I get that message and a 'Loading Data, please wait' followed by a 'your session has expired. Please log in again to continue'.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a similar problem as Chris.
I've just spent half an hour attaching some images of the problem only to be told that my post cannot be more than 20,000 characters. It wasn't. I've started again.
I have a GoDaddy account which I've set up in BT Mail. The connection is working as it shows how many messages I have in that mail box but the messages just won't open. The page eventually times out.
The hotmail account won't work at all, it gives me the same message as Chris

I downloaded latest free version of Flash, then received emails from a non adobe address telling me to click on their link to activate the software. Anyone else getting this? I am concerned that somehow a third-party is tracking the Flash downloads and asking people to click on links that do anything BUT activate the software. The emails are from: Flash Player Activation <[email protected]> but no where in the body of the email does it reference Adobe or display an Adobe logo. I came up with an alternative solution.
Instead of actually trying to move the JInternalFrame from one JDesktopPane to another, I added a single, maximized JInternalFrame to the left side. When one of the right side frames is to be docked, I merely copy its ContentPane to the single JInternalFrame on the left, set the original to be non-visible, and adjust the properties of the JSplitPane to make the "docked" frame appear.
When the "close" button on the docked frame is pressed, I simply undo this procedure to "undock" the frame and redisplay it on the right-hand side (with its content intact from the docked frame, but in its original position).

As long as they are already ticked in your iTunes then yes. Just to check do a sync and as long as everything stays the same you are good to go.

I had the same problem with my iPad, i couldn't get the newer version of itunes because the computer was too old and my iPad couldnt sync with the old itunes. I got a PC from school a few months later so that solved the problem for me. Unfortunately i don't think there would be a program to put your music on your iPod, iTunes should be the only way to transfer files to Apple devices. Copy the entire iTunes folder from \Users\<User>\Music on the old drive into your music folder on the new computer.

You cannot. The music must be in the iTunes library first. See these User Tips:

If your iPod touch music is in your iTunes library, you just need to sync the new iPod nano with iTunes, the songs will be transfer to your new iPod. Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

Be aware that photos should always be synced to a computer for archiving and that relying on a restore from an icloud backup may not return all (or any) of your photos. Once on the computer, you can sync the photos to the new device...

Ya know what I'm on a brand new MBP just about 24 hours old and you know whats been working amazingly for me. I have a 27inch iMac as well and i've just connected it to my network and been dragging files and apps across the network onto my new MBP. Its really working fast and its flawless. You could always do that option, Just go into sharing options and turn them on for both Macs. Then just click and drag. Of course they have to both be on the same network for this to be possible.

Shared is what your looking at. I click on there see all my computers files and then drag the ones i want form its folder to my MBP folders. Hope that helps if your looking for a very simple way on a wireless network.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
