Form is not working of multiple form check boxs, source posted. HELP.
I'm trying to have golive form be able to check one, two or all of the options in Graphics field.
As is it will only post results from the last checked box.
    Here's the page
    http://www.perfection-press.com/Pages/ContactForm.html
Here's where source in golive has scanning, design, filesupplied.
[code removed to fix forum topic display]

Since the checkboxes all have the same name, the values are over-writing each other when being passed to the PHP script. The best way to fix that is to add a pair of empty square [] brackets after the checkbox names, so make the names "graphics[]" instead of "graphics". That tells PHP that the values are being passed as a list (an array) instead of a single value. As long as your processing script knows what to do from there (and it does), should solve the problem.
By the way, I noticed that two of the checkboxes were named "graphics" and the other was "graphic" (singular). You'll want to fix that too so they're all the same.

  • When posting for Help on Network Magic Please Include

    Hi All,
When posting for help on these forums include:
Your Network Magic Version installed: 4.6.7324.0
The type of connection to the Internet, like DSL, Cable, or Verizon FIOS Internet Connection.
The Brand of Modem and its Model Number the router is connected to.
The Brand, Model, Hardware Revision of your Router and include the Firmware Version: D-Link DI-624 Rev. C Firmware 2.70
The Method of connection your problem computer has to the Router: Wired or Wireless.
The Connection in use on the problem computer: Ethernet Port is a PCI Adapter Card, A D-Link DWL-G520 Rev. B
Operating system and version and Service Pack Level, if any. Ex. Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Service Pack 1
Software Firewall in use: McAfee Personal Firewall 9.0.136 Build
Also if any Anti-Virus Program or Spyware Program is actively protecting your computer. (Some Programs like Spybot does cause problems, not being able to go to specific sites.)
Include your location in the post or fill out your Profile for this forum and include the location. (Reason: Not all Routers from a given manufacturer are available everywhere.)
Post the link to your Router Model, if an off-brand Router or not found in the USA on the Manufacturer's USA's Website. (Why? Posters helping each other, aren't working for Pure Networks or Network Magic, so make it easier on the posters helping on.)
And any other information you think is important if answering your own post, and the nature of the problem, itself.
By posting all this information, you can hopefully get help from someone that has the same equipment that you have and theirs is working. Not everyone has the same equipment.
thecreator - Running Network Magic version -5.5..9195.0-Pure0 on Windows XP Home Edition SP 3

    mhchiang,
If you have multiple systems that all show the same symptoms,
then it is probably not a problem in the computers.
You may need to investigate the rest of your network hardware
    and your campus network software.
Your campus network administrators may have made some recent changes.
Ethernet switches may have power supply problems, or they're getting old.
Firewall software may heve had recent changes to its configuration.
If the cabling goes over long distances, from building to building,
there may be damage to wiring.

  • Invoices posted without good receipt initial posting - please help

    Hi Gurus,
I would like to ask you if you have and answer / solution for this situation.
I have a release order with 6 invoices + goods receipt. The problem here is that all the invoices were posted, but not the initial goods receipt. a Financial account had already been posted as well, so i dont know how i will solve this situation !!
Can u please help me ?
If u need more information please ask me.
    Thanks in advance,
    Mário.

    Hi
If you see these invoices in the vendor line items, all would have got payment block in it. Unless GR is done for these PO's, it will not get released automatically. If GR is not required for these invoices, then you will be able to make payment. But if GR based IV is ticked in PO, unless you do GR, you will not be able to make payment to the vendor.
You can still post GR through MIGO for the same PO. System will allow you to post GR for these invoices.
    Award points if found useful.

Here is the issue I did the minum connections before putting the computer in the case to make sure it would POST, but it doesn't. The motherboard speaker doesn't make a sound but the 8 led lights on top of the MOBO are all lit. I cant get any response from my monitor when its hooked up to my video card. the fan from the PSU and video cards are spinning but again no POST can anyone help Me with this thank you., also I used a second power supply and still no POST or response from the monitor but again all the fans are working and all 8 of the led lights are lit at the top of the MOBO. once again thanks for your help.

    Good evening!
    All parts are new?
Use a single stick of memory.
Recheck all power connections are well in place, and don't forget the one near and for the processor.
Don't think that is the problem, but for good measure you should also reseat the graphics card.
I'm not sure whether this mobo has a speaker.

  • Can we get a new category for posts besides "Helpful" and "Solved"?

Because there should be a button for "Opposite of Helpful" to label those posts that pretend to be answers, but are really just a waste of pixels or a means for someone to get their message count up.
Most of the time the users are fantastic and helpful and at least try to help you solve a problem, even if they don't have the answer.
But then there are The Others.
And rather than indulge in a slanging match, it would be nice to just click on an "Unhelpful" button to stop some (hypothetical) poster from advising you to (hypothetically) "Get a Dell!" to solve your Mac problems.

    Hello fogharty,
As Nick posted above that system of applying helpful/unhelpful to posts was tried a few years back and was found to not work as many users abused it and it did not function the way it was intended.
Once you have achieved level two status through acquiring points in the current system you will be able to report posts to the moderators to have them edited or deleted if they don't follow the Terms of Use of the forums. You also can always post your concerns about a topic/post here in this forum for the moderators to attend to. Just include a link to the offending post or topic.
One never knows though, the system might changes again but that is up to the powers that be

  • Http: get post. HELP!!!

I'm trying to write a program to transfer files over "https" using "GET" & "POST", but I do not know where to start from, like which java packages to use, sample programs etc.
Any pointers would be most helpful.
    Thanks a lot in advance.

You're wanting to write a servlet. The package for servlets is javax.servlet and javax.servlet.http. There is no difference in accessing a servlet with https.
You can find a good reference implementation of the servlet code on Apache's Tomcat.

  • Corrected FSB, now K7N2 won't POST - Need help!!

AMD XP 2600+ TBred B Core
1024 (2x512) MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (Corsair XMS Series)
1 is C2 latency, 1 is normal PC3200.  I had them both in channel A, right now I'm just running my brand new normal 3200 stick.
    MSI GeForce6600GT (NX6600GT-VTD128SP)
    MSI K7N2 Delta2 Platinum (MS-6570E)
    Enermax 365P-VE PSU (350W, 3.3V & 5V rails have 32A each, 12V rail has 26A)
The system ran fine at the default settings, I installed Windows XP with no problems. No hardware difficulties, no overheating of any component, no lack of voltage.  Everything was peachy keen, except that my XP 2600+ was being misdetected as an 2000+ because the FSB was being set at 133.  So, I went into the BIOS and used the settings I know are correct for my processor, meaning the FSB was bumped to 166.  Saved the settings to the CMOS and exited.  Now, when my PC starts up, I am greeted with a black screen.  No POST beep, no video, no nothing. CD-ROM spins up, hard drive spins up, all fans spin up, all lights light up, but...Nothing!  First move -- Reset CMOS w/ jumper.  Nothing!  Next move -- Hard CMOS reset (1hr). Nothing.  Next-move -- Barebones boot. More nothing. I even tried swapping out the video card just to be on the safe side.  (it did nothing, of course) If I didn't know better, I'd swear it was a DOA board, except it was working fine for around 18 hours, and I heard the POST beep every time it started up, and the DRAM error 'continuous long beeps' when I first set it up & had the 3200C2 stick in the Channel B slot  (which I can still hear if I try booting with the RAM removed).  I found the "Insert" key trick, but it looks like my keyboard isn't even getting power.  I've been completely unsuccesful in trying to undo my move to the 166FSB, and it seems this total failure to POST w/ this motherboard isn't a unique problem. Any help at all is GREATLY appreciated, as well as any explanation as to what in the HELL happened. This has left me utterly flummoxed. To reiterate -- my computer is in barebone state right now.  (Motherboard, gfx card, processor, RAM, all power and case connected to mobo and gfx card, nothing else) Thanks.  -David

... I have just experienced the very same problem as HorizonX!  I'm using a AMD Athalon 2600+ processor in an MSI K7N2 Delta 2 - LSR mainboard with 2x512MB PC3200 DDR RAM chips and I decided (don't ask me why) to switch my front side bus frequency from 166Mhz to 200Mhz.  Immediately after making the change my system, which had been working fine for about a month prior to this, failed to post - no beeps only the whirr and click of the hard drives starting up.
I attempted to clear the CMOS by moving the clear CMOS jumper to the "clear" position for a minute or two with no results.  I then removed the battery and again set the clear CMOS jumper to "clear", this time for about five minutes, but once I returned the battery and the jumper to its original position the system still failed to post.  I figured I must have fried my CPU and was ready to start shopping for a new one.  Luckily I came across this discussion forum.  After reading the previous comments about how long mainboard capacitors can hold charge I decided to try clearing the CMOS again using some of the forum suggestions.  I unplugged my system, removed the battery, and moved the CMOS jumper to the clear position.  I then toggled the power supply on and off a few times along with the front power button and then left the system to sit for a half an hour.  After the half hour I toggled the power switches a couple of more times before I reconnected the power, reinstalled the battery, and restored the CMOS jumper to its original position.  This time IT WORKED!!  My CMOS was cleared and my system posted with default settings.  Incidentally I did look for the FSB safe mode jumper on my mainboard but it doesn't appear to have one.
Unfortunately this my not be much help to HorizonX but I just wanted to let the other contributors know their advice helped solve my problem.

  • Found Solution to 2 months of reboots and non-POST may help others

This may be a bit of a read but here's my story.
I've had this Neo Platinum with a a64 2800+ for close to a year now, and 2 months ago was the first of what i thought was "buy a new system" signs. Specs are in sig.
i've had this machine overclocked 267 HTx3 x9 multiplier 166 mem 3-3-3-8 1T = 2.4GHz All stock voltages since the first week i owned this rig (self built) and only two months ago did these problems start.  I notice the first weird thing about 4 months ago but everythign was running stable so i just pawned it off to nothing, i was cleaning my tower out one day and noticed that the uv reactive blue ATX header in my motherboard was BROWN!.. so i pulled out the header and took a closer look.  The 3.3V (Orange) lines on the top (orientation installed in board) had gotten soo hot they had burned the plastic to a dark brown.. now i thought first off wow that got pretty hot heheh but checked my voltages in core cell and everything seemed fine.
Ok jump to two months ago.. started having reboots maybe once a week.. gaming usually, that went on for a couple weeks.. then it started every day, then every half day, then every hour etc... it got to the point where it would power on from cold.. and power off a second later.. no bios, no beeps nothin.  So of course i ripped the board, cpu, ram, and psu out of the case and tried it barebones. After a week of fiddling with it.. (tried different ram (known to be memtest stable), psu (enermax 430W) and vid card) to no avail.. so i let it sit for a few days off.. came back and tried it again.. oh looky.. it posted... went into  bios checked some stuff and F10 reboot... no post.. i thought ?! trying to determine if you've got bad ram, psu mobo or cpu without good alternatives to test sucks... heh so i'm thinkin it must be ram.. after a couple hours i thought hey i should see if i get post error beeps with no ram in it.. tried that.. huh... no post.. no beep nothing... reset.. BEEP.. BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE (apparently it hung there   so i'm like will it's not a ram problem hahah.. so then i'm thinkin ok it's PSU or CPU or MOBO then. stuck what i had taken out back together (still outside case)
i cleared CMOS.. oh looky it posted ( i could do this over andover all day.. it would only post after clear cmos) so i'm thinkin.. ok after you clear cmos this board runs at a really slow cpu ram speed just to get goin... so i get into health monitoring.. and looky here... 3.3V reads 2.89V..... that's not right. So i stick in my other original PSU (from sig) and it was a little better 2.98 sometimes touching over 3V.. still not right.
I eventually got it to work at 200 HTx3 RAM@166 x9 mulitplier.. hey it got me in to play NFSU2 (i refuse to use my celeron 3.6G for that.. chop chop chop)
this ran for a while.. then same problems came back.. no post no nothin but on off on off.. messed around with it for a bit and suddenly.. bang! everything went like a dream.. so i started slowly taking my settings back to normal.. worked like a dream... went back to my overclocked settings.. worked like a charm.. i'm sittin there not knowing wether to throw the damned thing out the window or cry in happiness it's workin hahah.. all this time my 3.3V was still under 3V in corecell.
ok time for what i found that really fixed er up.. i went to my buds today (network admin, oh btw i've been a pc tech for 14 years.. and i will NEVER forget this little trick, i'm amazed how much i still learn everyday.. even after 14 years of crap (mostly micro$oft
So out of the blue he says... hey.. i wonder if that ATX connector got that hot, that maybe the metal has degraded somewhat on those pins in the header... i slapped my forehead and kicked myself in the ass hehe never even crossed my mind.  So we get out the precision screwdrivers and gently give all 4 sides of the 3 pins a good scrape down.  Plug in.. goto system monitor.. BAM!!! 3.2v i was still shaking my head at this point that after 2 months of pissin with this thing that's all it was..
Figured i'd better make sure.. plug another psu in.. 3.2V i'm like geezus.. SOOOO NOW i'm stuck with wondering.. what the hell made my mobo draw THAT much current that it almost melted the ATX header.. and on the 3.3V rail too.  i wouldn't think that just overclocking would do that.. especially when i'm using default voltages across the board.. for those who are wondering my temps are 35 idle (remember speedfan STOPS my cpu fan) and 52 full prime95 load (fan 100%) CnQ is enabled
I'd love to see someone from MSI explain all the power issues with this board (keyboard issues, USB issues, Burnt ATX header issues ETC. heh)
I guess now that my system is runnin like a dream.. i'll have to test my original PSu (aerocool) on my celery and see if the 3.3 rail is pooched or not.
Thought i might be able to help someone sidestep the grief ... oh the 2 months of grief that i went through
Any questions on other issues i'm happy to answer as well
Sig Addition:  I refuse to RMA ANYTHING.. unless it's got blown caps

Wow nice fix... I dont think I would have ended up finding out what happened, good job

  • Hp pavilion hpe h8-1070uk - cant boot past post screen - help!!!!!!

    Hello,
    Please help me HP!
I have a hp pavilion hpe h8-1070uk and recently upgraded the boot disk to a SSD and also installed Windows 8 64 pro. The system ran very well indeed.
After a few months of problem free usage, windows update said that Windows 8.1 was ready to install and all I need do is reboot to install it.
I selected to postpone the install for 4 hours and continued worrking away - I then went to bed and when I came back to the computer 6 or 7 hours later - the Win 8.1 install process was 52% completed but had hung...
On power cycling the system, the PC halts at the post delay screen and if I press Escape as the system boots, the screen shows 'start up menu' on the lower right of the screen (the post delay text remains unchanged) and the systems just hangs...
The lights and fan are on
The keyboard num lock key is on
No disk activity is shown (HD led, etc)
There are no errors displayed on screen or beeping sounds made
I have removed all usb devices and the HD (SSD) to see if this would at least allow the machine to boot and show a missing disk\OS message - this had no effect although the post screen does show a keyboard error - on replugging the keyboard (but not the SSD HD) the system still halts at the post screen with no error shown.
If you can please advise what I can do to resolve this problem - I really need to use the computer and can not see how it could have become damaged - Please, please help!!!

SUCCESS - at least for me (after already shopping on Amazon and Ebay for replacement motherboard).
After reading MANY posts about this in various forums, a common theme was removing hardware.  I tried that, and as OP had done, at one point I removed everything including cables from MB to front panel USB ports.
What worked was plugging in the old HDD I had cloned from a couple days ago.  Yes, this fixed a booting problem at the POST phase.  And I was able duplicate the works/doesn't work circumstances repeatedly after that.
If you haven't solved your problem (it's been a month), I would try a different HDD or putting a bootable DVD or attaching a bootable USB drive (of anything).  SOMETHING bootable for a confused boot loader to find (I suspect the boot loader on your HDD got corrupted when Win8.1 didn't install completely).
My setup was a Compaq Vision CQ2723w with Win7 and an EFI boot system.  Part of the boot loader resides in NVRAM (presumably on the MB).  Things worked fine until I got done setting everything up (including booting from F9 boot menu very often) and removed the thumb drive with a bootable Win7 Install on it and rebooted.  Based on what I saw later (bcdedit /enum firmware), there are many duplicate boot manager and USB HARD DISK entries.  There is even an entry from the Acronis loader used during disk cloning ... and neither disk was plugged in at the time.  Hence my belief that boot loader stuff is stored on the MB.  (Microsoft Tech blog talked about the firmware version, but didn't mention physical location).
    Long story getting longer ...
    I suspect
    (1) BIOS searches for bootable devices.  How else can it present a newly installed boot source (and it lists HDDs by model number) in the boot menu.
    (2) the thumb drive was causing "it's" boot manager settings to be first choice in the MB firmware.  When I could get into BIOS, I would put the EFI entry for USB HARD DISK after other EFI entries in the boot order.  Whenever I booted Win7 Install from the thumb drive, it would be back on top.
    (3) when I booted without the thumb drive installed, the overall boot process was "confused" or partially corrupt somewhere (like on the 250 GB Seagate HDD).  I would see 6 entries for "Windows Boot Manager" in the F9 boot menu.
    (4) When I put in the old 500 GB Seagate HDD, F9 Boot Menu and F10 Setup worked again.  Boot Manager would come back with "no system found" and I had to manually select the 500 GB Seagate from the F9 boot menu.  Once that happened, the default choice of Boot Manager in the startup menu worked again.  Did the HDD load "it's" boot manager settings at the top of the MB firmware????
At the end, with a "working" system, I replaced the HDD with a cloned SSD (the goal at the beginning of this journey), kept the bootable thumb drive in my pocket, booted from the SDD (listed in the F9 boot menu), and repeatedly booted.  A quick peek at the boot menu showed one of the Boot Manager(s) to be the default choice.
I still have multiple Boot Managers listed in the F9 Boot Menu.  "bcdedit /enum firmware" still shows a display order with four duplicates for <bootmgr> and six of the GUID associated with USB HARD DRIVE.  BUT THE SYSTEM BOOTS!!!!
Now, I just have make sure bootable USB drives do not come within 10 feet (and I'm hanging on to the original 500 MB Seagate that "fixes" the problem when its connected.
Hope this helps you or someone/somewhere/sometime to solve their problem or get one step closer to understanding how all this booting crap really works (or doesn't).

  • K9A2 Platinum - ATI4890 - Ocasionaly no Signal on startup, no post bios HELP plz

Hi. I'm having some weird issues, it has only happened tree times in 2 months, no signal is displayed, monitor remains in standby mode. Then I hard reset it, and then every thing works fine. I have a MSI K9A2 Platinum motherboard with an AMD Phenom II 940 BE, all powered by a CoolerMaster Silent Pro 600w PSU. I haven't updated my motherboard bios yet, nor the vga bios.
Driver is Catalyst 9.5 for Vista x64, it shows my 4890 like "HD 4800 Series". The card is conected via DVI to a DELL s2409W 24'' lcd.
When it happens it does not show any video signal in my monitor, not even bios info, the monitor remains in STANDBY mode, i don't think drivers can cause that.
The card power supply is connected through two PCI-E 6+2 Pins conectors directly to the PSU.
I haven't updated my motherboard bios, this i could do, i know there are new updates for my motherboard. I have no floppy though, is there any way to update the bios via flash or making a booting CD?
Also, i have 2x OCZ 2gb memory stick running at 1066 in slots 3 and 4, this could be a issue??
Its a weid issue really, i can use the system normaly without problems right now, but this is still making me wonder whats was wrong those 3 times since i couldnt see any errors, cause there was no video.
I hope you can help out here, thank you.

Just came from work, and happened again, no signal, I couldnt hear the windows logon sound, so the bios is not posting.
I'd updated my signature with my system specs.
Also i cheked out my bios version with CPU-Z: V1.5
    Also heres my PSU specs
It should be working fine with the card, it has 40A on the +12v line.
I'm using the 3 and 4 memory slot from the board in dual channel, I'm gonna change it to the 1 and 2, to see what happens...
Lastly, would you guys recomend me to upgrade the bios?
