Posting into intercompany accounts...

I want to post the inter company balances into a different account by rules.
coule anyone had idea on this please let me know.

Supposing that both the source and the destination accounts have been setup to use the same top members of all Custom dimensions:
1. If the destination account is also ICP:
HS.Exp "A#destination_account = A#source_account"
This will copy all analysis (including ICP) of the account to the destination.
2. If the destination account is not ICP:
HS.Exp "A#destination_account.I#[ICP None] = A#source_account.I#[ICP Top]"
This will copy the sum of the ICP balances of the source account to the [ICP None] of the destination account.

Display Intercompany Account Payable Posting document

Hi Friends,
We have a query related to Intercompany account payable posting document. In Intercompany process, we are posting the intercompany account posting in receiving company by using standard SAP EDI functionality. It mean once the AR is realized, we post the AP using Outbound & Inbound IDOC. Now when we like to display the account payable document, there are two ways -
1. Go to Account Receivable document, Environment->Document Environment->Relationship Browser-> IDOC->AP Document
2. Change view of billing document, Services for Objests->Display Relationshis->IDOC Number->AP document
Here we have a requirement to display the AP document directly without going to all the above ways, could you please whether any transaction/approach to display the AP document from AR document.

Please take the Invoice Number put "0" in Prefix go to FB03>Document List> remove all the values given in the screen if there is any, enter the Invoice Number with ZERO Prefix in reference Number Field.
This will give you two documents one will by IC-AR and Other will be IC-AP.

Accounting document not posted into FI

Hi all,
I am facing one issue, After Invoice creation accounting document generated and posted into FI, The same Invoice when cancelling accounting document generated but not posted into FI ,
I check IN billing docuement types All dont' have Posting block.
What could be the cause ?

Go to VOFA, select billing type S1 and execute. There maintain S1 against the field Document Type and save. Now redo the process.

SD Staticall Condition Not Posting Into Accounting

Dear All,
Need your help. Urgent...
My business requirement is to post Staticall condition value in G/L count. For that I did the following config.
1. V/06: Configured new condition type ZCRL,with Cond. class :Discount or surcharge ,Calculat.type :Percentage and activated for 'Accruals'
2. Assigned this ZCRL to Pricing procedure with account key and accruls.
3. Maintian G/L accounts for both account keys and accruls in VK0A.
However in billing document I can see ZCRL condition type at Item level with account keys , but not posting in accounting.
Pricing condition PR00 is posting into account.
Could some body please help on this.

Many thanks for your prompt responce.
In my further invistigation I found this is b'c of IS-Oil. My client recently upgraded to IS-Oil and SD and IS-Oil table got corrupted.
In sales order item condition 'New filed get updated i.e Invoice
Cycle’ , which is coming from IS-oIL table.
Pls check the below attachment.
To reslove this issue, need to activate Split invoice cycle at Is-Oil billing document type.

Items to list in invoice but not wanted to post into accounting

Hi - We have a BOM, both header and components are price related. We want header material to have net value as a sum of all component's net value, and we wanted to bring all the components into invoice (Del Related) but only header material will be posted into accounting but not the components. We want components to show in invoice but not into accounting. Any ideas to complete this need??

Please refer to note 77414, situation 1 for this.
If you want the VPRS also cumulated on the main item, you would also need to implement the solution
from note 352441.
The note explains the solution by taking item category TAN & ZTAN as an example.
Please implement accordingly based on your own item categore.

Cancellation Internal Credit memo is not posted into Accounting

Hello All,
We have a requirement where the cancellation internal credit memo is not posted into accounting. It is a inter company sales return process. After return delivery, client created the internal credit memo. But due to some problem they cancelled the internal credit memo. But now system is not posted the cancellation internal credit memo into accounting. I did my analysis and found that client is using same number range for internal credit memo and accounting document. When internal credit memo is created system is assign the same number range to accounting document because of external number range field is ticked in Fbn1 .But due to wrong number assignment in internal credit memo. So when they cancel the internal credit memo, this internal credit memo number range is coming within the accounting document number range.But client is insisting that anyhow the cancel inter credit memo should be posted to accounting.
I have tried a lot. but i could not reach out to any solution. Kindly help me on proving me a solution on this.

I had received this warning when the invoice was cleared. If you revert this process is possible to post the cancellation into accounting.
Please check the status of the invoice.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

I am getting iTunes "error 5002" when trying to sign in on my computer, and cannot sign into my account on my iPod. What's wrong?

When I try to sign in to my iTunes account on both my computer, an error pops up saying,
"We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occured (5002)
There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."
When I trying signing into my account on my iPod, I get a message saying,
"Cannot connect to iTunes store"
I have seen across the internet that this has happened while trying to purchase things, but I can not even sign in!
I have also seen a case just like this, but many, many people were having that problem at the same time.
It seems like right now, only I am having this issue.
I can sign into my mother's iTunes account perfectly fine. ( I was using her account for a while, until I decided to switch to my own)
I have had an apple ID for a while now, but never have used it for iTunes.
I can sign into the "my apple id" website perfectly fine, just not iTunes on my iPod or computer!
I can not even sign into the appstore! (When trying to sign into the app store, it just says an unknown error occured, it doesn't say 5002)
What shall I do?

Verify Your Payment message when i log into my account....

Hi, I found out my iTunes account was hacked last year as a hacker using a trojan horse backdoor program remotely controlled my computer. Long story short...i got a better anti-virus program scanned my computer and quarantined it. However, up until this day, everytime i log into my account, the person keeps playing around with it. They have tried to download music and succeeded. They are trying to buy music on my account but can't and now everytime i log into my account i get the message (Verify your payment). I clikc okay and it sends me to my account information pop up that says right next to my name and address (You must verify your payment before you can make purchases). This doesn't happen all the time and that i how i know someone is fooling around with it. Apple support told me how it will ak you that from time to time just so you keep your information up to date (that will only pop up if you are planning on buying something). Are any of you going through the same problem? And the songs on my album that i bought at the store are all in the wrong order. Is that happening to you to? It was never like that until the last iTunes update.

You can access, usually under the Apple (icon) menu in the main desktop
window, note item with name "About this Mac" & click on that, to see more
information about your computer, its OS X version, and other. The system
version and build model are there. Do not post a serial number.
If you are setting up Mail in a Mavericks OS X 10.9.x system, there often
is access to information in the Help viewer from the main menu bar, or
in an open mail application. If you have a Gmail or other account, that
info is often on their home page where setup and help are located.
The settings of each email account may vary according to their provider;
so you would have to change your computer to accept them. An older

While that may not answer your question, you could use the info in
your Mac OS X system Help viewer and use its search; or maybe

Profit center is posted to asset account??

Hello experts,
I wonder it is correct that profit center is posted to asset account.
Now our B1 2005B does that.
For example,
In AR credit memo (or Sales return) , we input profit center XX into the documents.
Then B1 create Journal Entry as below;
Dr
Sales Revenue 100 , profit center XX
Inventory 50, profit center XX
Cr
AR 100,
Cost of Goods Sold 50, profit center XX
Inventory account is asset account, so I'd like to know this is correct and SAP's spec ? or SAP's bug?

Hi Kaori,
The functionality is slightly different in the B version so I can tell you how it working in the A version and maybe you can verify this.
The Profit Center should only be allocated to accounts that has been defined as Account type 'Sales' or 'Expenditure'. If the Inventory account is given this definition it will allocate the profit center to the inventory as well.
Normally by default P&L account are set as 'Sales' or 'Expenditure' and Balance Sheet accounts set as Account type 'Other'.

Batch input - FB05 - How to fill LIFNR if I post on GL account.

Hi, our company normaly use IDOCs (FIDCCP02) for posting FI documents (accrual intercompany FI documents) and there we can fill LIFNR and it is saved in BSEG-LIFNR. But now I created batch input for transactin FB05 and I cannot fill LIFNR anywhere on screen by FI document posting on GL account. Is there any option how to fill LIFNR in batch input when i post on GL account?

I would check field status group assigned to your account and check which fields are enabled in this group (in SPRO under Financial Accounting -> Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Document -> Line Item -> Controls -> Maintain Field Status Variants)
