Power button not working in iphone 5 and its been not replaced under warranty and also the replacement programme because lc got triggered

Even if there was a liquid contact with the phone, the phone is elligible bor the programme and the phone is under working condition except the power button which i assume is definitely because of the faulty mechanism of the phone.

Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

Sounds like you need a new battery. Take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you.

My one year warranty expired recently, a month ago my charger was replaced under warranty and it has only lasted a month and has broken again, does the replacement charger come with a new warranty or will i have to buy a new one?

Bought the phone on contract last January (late in january), had my charger replaced just after christmas and now it has stopped working again, its been about a month and a half and the replacement charger is broken, does the replacement charger come with a new warranty or will I have to buy a new charger? The Activation Lock is an anti-theft protection used in iOS 7 and cannot be bypassed. No one, including Apple, can get around that. You need to get the Apple ID and password from the previous owner to unlock that iPhone.

There is no one from Apple here. We are users like you.
The only legitimate iphone sellers in the Phil are the carriers. You probably bought a gray market phone that was imported from another country. Thus the warranty is not valid in the Phil. The store is probably trying to replace the phone by sending it back to the country they bought it from.
There is nothing Apple or anyone can do here. You will have to wait until the store solves your problem. If they do not, demand a refund. Good luck.

Well This Is Bad.
So today i used my iphone 3gs.. and then it had a problem so i restored it. then during the restore it gave me error 20. i tried looking at apple support but it didnt help.
so heres what it has:
1. broken power button
2. cant be seen on itunes.. not even the mac!
3. stuck in recovery mode.
4. dosent sence a computer.
now i hear theres a "freezer trick" to get it out of this mode. but i tried it and no luck.
i also looked on youtube, google,and apple support and stores. but theres nobody who had this problem.
im trying to wait till the battery runs out but that will take long.
what should i do?!?

You are right there as a weard issue try with the battery comes out and then try to connect to the itunes should be working properly, if not fix the power on/off button because are escential to do it.

Try restoring the iPod to rule out a software problem. First restore from backup and then to factory defaults/new iPod.
Then an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My guess is with dents, they are going to tell you the damage voided the warranty
