Depending on whether or not you are using an older Powerbook you may only be able to do WPA1 and WEP. Both are very weak in terms of password encryption. It is strongly recommended you use WPA2. For those with older Powerbooks, I recommend using an ethernet WiFi bridge, or attaching their Powerbooks to the LAN port of an Airport Extreme base station. That way you'll be able to at least do 802.11g with WPA2 securely. To find out if you don't have 802.11g (Airport Extreme), and are limited to 802.11b, see this article:

I got this iphone 4S 4days ago. That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. When using mail I keep getting a box opening telling me to enter the password for my mail account. It says that the pop server has rejected the password for my user name and I am to enter the password again. I have done this numerous times but the window keeps re appearing . I have also ticked the box where it asks if I want the pass word remembered in my key chain but this makes no difference.

Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them. You will have to delete the apps from the phone and re-purchase them using your Apple ID.

I had the same problem today and was able to resolve it without having to do a restore or reset. The problem had something to do with my mail accounts. The upgrade reset my mail settings, switching both my gmail and my .mac mail to "archive all mail". I went into the General Settings, disabled that setting, and resynced the phone. The "other" storage allottment dropped back down to less than a gig.
Before you restore or reset, I would try that first.

Then restore via iTunes. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

As I already said, you have to create an iCloud account on an iOS device or Mac. If you don't have one, you can't create and iCloud account. Apple states this on the page you downloaded the iCloud control panel from (iCloud Control Panel 3.1 for Windows), where it says:
"Note: To create an iCloud account you need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later, or a Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later."

Unfortunately there is no current Keychain Access for iPhone.
