Powerbook MAC OS X 10.4.11 update Safari 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 quit unexpectedly

it's my first time, here is my problem:
Since the update from Safari 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 Safari, Mail, Onyx, .. quit unexpectedly.

So it seems to be problems with the webkit!
Can somebody help me? I do not want to make a new installation!

like the report says...
Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/WebKit
that file is damaged/corrupted & must be replaced.
It's part of the safari install, no doubt - so if Installer still works, reapplying the 4.1.3 update may get you sorted. If not - get Pacifist from http://charlessoft.com/ & use that to apply the Safari 4.1.3 package. ( you could very likely extract/replace just that one file, but it'd take longer )
In any event, check your HD out using Disk Utility while booted from the dvd, to eliminate directory structure damage.
