Powerpoint Sildes to Go. Notes cannot be edited

Tried to use this app for a business meeting and noticed a few glaring ommissions
1) When views the notes you only see 3 lines
2) You cannot edit the notes
3) when I Tilt the PB I expect the format to change so I can see more notes.

Editing needs to be done on the pc unfortunately. I wish they had Quick office .

I am trying to get all web parts from our sharepoint site by calling web service method GetWebPartProperties of WebPartsPages service. The method works fine for the root page (Home Page) but for pages in sub site i get this in the xml
node, Outer XML - <WebParts xmlns="http://microsoft.com/sharepoint/webpartpages"></WebParts>. I am struck here.
Please help me understand why i am getting this?

We can do as follows:
1. Mark sure the page URL is correct.
2. Check whether current user has permission to access the page.
3. Use SPServices to get web part properties.

ITunes music files cannot be edited, and new music files imported. The messages says I do not have enough access privileges even though I am the administrator of the system.

Since installing the latest version of iTunes all my music files cannot be edited, and I cannot import new music files into iTunes. The messages says I do not have enough access privileges even though I am the administrator of the system. If anyone can help me sort this out I would be really grateful. I have checked the read and write privileges for all the iTunes folders and it all seems in order so I can't understand it.
In general, I am getting really frustrated with Apple. They seem to be getting ever more controlling in their approach to their consumers. I need to edit music file information as I am a dj. And why can't I import music, unless I buy it from iTunes? Most of all, why can't I use the devices I paid a lot of money for in the way I want to use them, and not be forced to coerced to use apple's fee paying services (iCloud, iTunes).
I have used apple computers since the early 1990's, but in the last year I have gotten rid of my iPhone and my iPad and replaced them with Android devices. Much better and much less control. Perhaps it is time to switch from Apple altogether.

Yes. You can't update or restore any GSM iPhone without a valid sim card installed in the phone. The sim card need not be activated, but it must be valid & present. If you want to update, you need to get a sim card.

Logic will not let me edit Apple Loops in the Audio Window. Any ideas?

When I select a blue apple loop and put it in an audio track it works perfectly but when I go to the audio window it will not let me edit the Apple Loop. A window pops up and says "The requested action can not be performed because the edited file is an Apple Loop." In the manual it says that both green and blue Apple loops can be edited but every time I try to edit an Apple Loop that window pops up. It only does this for apple loops. What can I do.

Hi there, this is because you cannot edit apple loops, other than cutting blue loops witht he scissors. If you want to edit/alter loops bounce them down to audio files, then you can do pretty much anything..

I have an old mpg video file, taken with a very early model "smart phone", that opens and plays fine in my newly "rebuilt" iPhoto library. I cannot open, edit it or share it with any other software. How can I fix it, to be able to do anything with it?

I've recently purchaced a 4TB Thunderbolt drive to store my "vast" music and photo libraries. iPhoto had an issue reading the moved library, so I bought and used iPhoto Library Manager to "rebuild" it. Apart from much of the original data such as date taken & camera used etc, it appears to be working well. The aforementioned mpg video was taken some 9 years ago, using an early model "iMate" smart phone, and opens and plays fine on iPhoto, but I cannot open it with anything else, (I've tried iMovie, VLC players, Wondershare and Handbrake) nor can I share it. I just want to edit it, and share it with family.
Any help would be appreciated...

No - not iMovie, VLC, Wondershare or Handbrake... Quick time starts with a "CONVERTING", then I get
I've looked at the "tell me more" links, tried downloading some of the movie players there. I'm begining to think the file is corrupt.

PDF documents that cannot be edited in Reader for IOS

Hello,
I've been trying to edit (highlight and add comments) a PDF document on my iPad, but the app is not cooperating with me.
I was able to edit it with Adobe Reader on my PC, but the same file cannot be edited with the ios app. I tried some other pdfs with the app, and in some, the editing options would work, but in others, they would not.
Is there any way that I can modify a pdf when it behaves this way, so that it will let me edit it on my iPad?

Thank you for sharing the PDF document.
I took a look at the PDF document and found out that this problem occurs with certain types of PDF documents (but not all PDF documents). Only text markup annotations (Highlight, Strikeout, and Underline) are affected by the defect in Adobe Reader for iOS.
The good news is that we already have a fix for it. The fix will be verified by our Quality Engineering team and included in a future release of Adobe Reader for iOS. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide the release date for Adobe Reader for iOS.

Is it possible you mistakenly clicked on a [Clear Layout] button?
But a great hint is- Always click on the [Create a Saved Book] button, early in your new book design.
Then you have a permanent link to the book in the Collections panel. (In addition to the standard collection of your selected images)
Note: a Book Collection shows an icon that looks like a book.
Every time you come back to edit the book, open the Book Module by clicking on the white arrow that appears on the end of your Book Collection title. (The title as saved)
Re-opening a book without using the "Saved Book" option can have unpredictable results.
A "Book" Collection is like a "Smart Collection" because anything you do to the book design, change pages, change images, etc, is automatically updated in the Saved Book collection.

Can't Find Solution for Could not find Digital Editions folder

I have checked many posts but I cannot get my ADE to work. I get the message "Could not find Digital Editions folder." I am running Windows 7 Enterprise. I have tried several solutions but the things they are talking about do not exist on my computer (D drive for instance). Can someone please, please, please help me or either direct me to the proper answer....

I don't know much about your efforts from your email - such as what you did
to install ADE and when, and whom you're talking to about your problem (ADE
or Microsoft). So, I'll have to wing an answer - and I hope it helps!
When ADE installs, it sets up an Adobe Digital Editions folder, which
contains the software and, by default, is installed on Drive C. If you
elected to install the software, but did not complete the installation, Win
7 will show you an icon but won't have the software to back it up. On your
desktop, right-click on the ADE icon, and click on Properties at the bottom
of the drop-down window. A small window should appear with the location of
the software. If it's empty, ADE was not installed properly. It should show
you a drive and folder.
So, if it's there, then what's next, you say. Something is wrong with the
registry if Win 7 won't open ADE and it shows up in the icon properties.

What version of iPhoto?
Are you running a Managed or a Referenced Library?
A Managed Library, is the default setting, and iPhoto copies files into the iPhoto Library when Importing. The files are then stored in the Library package
A Referenced Library is when iPhoto is NOT copying the files into the iPhoto Library when importing because you made a change at iPhoto -> Preferences -> Advanced. (You unchecked the option to copy files into the Library on import) The files are then stored where ever you put them and not in the Library package. In this scenario you are responsible for the File Management.

I want to add a Saved Mailbox, but I do not have an Edit button for Mailboxes? Is there a setting that causes the Edit button to display?

The user manual says to go Mailboxes and click the Edit button to add a Mailbox, but I do not have an Edit button displayed in Mailboxes. Is there a setting for displaying the Edit Button? I have the latest version of iPad (Model MD328LL). Thanks.

If you go to your email account in the Mail app and look at the window where your inbox, trash folder and sent folder are - if there is an Edit button at the top of the window - tap that and then tap Add Mailbox at the bottom.
If the Edit button is not there - you cannot create folders on the iPad. Your email account is not IMAP. Only IMAP email accounts can create folders on the iPad. Any folders that you would already have in an IMAP account would sync to the device as well.

Transaction F110 - Message 'The payment proposal cannot be edited'

I am having some problems on transaction F110, I hope someone can help me with this: when I create for example new payment proposition under ID SH01 and I add Vendor A, B and C on that proposition, and after that if I make new payment proposition with ID SHO2 and add vendor B again but with different amount it's not possible to finish this proposition because it's not possible to add same vendor on more than one proposition.
This is error I receive:
"Company codes 0001/0001 do not appear in proposal 20.05.2011 A#04; correct
Message no. FZ003
Diagnosis
No data exists for the specified paying company code 0001 and the specified sending company code 0001 in payment proposal 20.11.2009 A#04.
System Response
The payment proposal cannot be edited.

Check the flow trace and payment proposal list in order to determine why the specified company codes are not contained in the proposal."
Is it perhaps possible to disable this option so for example vendor B could be present in SH01, SH02 and SH03.

Reason I use adding same vendors for one day on three different proposals is because of partial paymant for certain vendors and that's why I need to add vendor B on three different proposals.
Here's the example:
SH01 contains this vendors:
VendorA
VendorB
VendorC
and SHO2 these ones:
VendorB
VendorD
VendorE
This part is main problem for me "after that if I make new payment proposition with ID SHO2 and add vendor B again..." so it would be great if I could add vendor B again if I want to without limitation. Can this option be set under transaction FBZP?

Acrobat XI is not distributed with Designer. Designer is now a separate product. You can create forms in Acrobat as an AcroForm or using Forms Central (an online forms program). You can print the form to a new PDF and then recreate the fields in Acrobat using the recognize form fields. You will likely have to fix the form fields, but that would be the process. Generally, once a form is taken to Designer, you can't bring it back without such steps.
Designer is available with AA8 - AAX, but since is a separate product as I indicated.

Pages table cannot be edited any more

I have quite a large Pages document which is essentially a journal for each day of the week. Each day has 2 tables in it. One of them cannot be edited any longer going back to much earlier in the document. The other table is OK. Both tables are only 5 or 6 rows and never larger than 1 page. This has suddenly happened.
Just preceding this the Pages document could not be opened from either the current or backup file from a few minutes ago. The message just said 'unable to open pages document', not very useful really.
I retrieved a version from yesterday using time machine, but as I said above one of the series of tables cannot be edited any more.
I am Using Lion - recently upgraded I am sorry to say as this is one of many issues.
I am using Pages version 4.1 (923)
The pages document is 132 pages long.

The advisor should not have told you this for legal reasons. There is no way of tracking the iPhones just of finding out which SIM cards were used to activate them and if they were activated at all. Court can authorize Apple to release this information to the count. There is no legal way without involving a judge.
