Please explain me how to go about this scenario.
This is sugar manufacturing industry.
Strategy:Make to stock
Our finished goods is: Branded sugar--measured in bales.
Semi finished goods are:
1. Packed sugar measured in Each
2. Manufactured sugar measured in Kgs.
One bale of branded sugar contains 20 numbers of packed sugar.
Each number of packed sugar contains 1/2 kg of manufactured sugar. So 20 packets(per bale) will weigh 10 kgs of manufactured sugar.
(We deliver the finished goods to stores in terms bales.Then stotes will deliver the same goods to marketing in the same "bales" units)
I will do my final confirmation (Production order status:CNF)
We will deliver the finished goods to stores through t.code MB31(movement type:101).
So i will get my production order status as "DLV(Deliverd).
Here is my problem:
After transfering my goods to stores , they will transfer the goods to marketing through goods train.
During transportation some of the packets in the bales will get damaged.
So they will send back the entire bale (in that bale some packets are damaged)to stores for reprocessing.
Is it possible to take back(revert back the production order) the bales into production since my production order has the status "DLV(Delivered)?
Otherwise guide me how to handle the scenario?

Error in new purchase requisitions, for already deliverd materials

Dear all,
I have a problem with newly created purchase requisitions, although material was partially delivered and no delivery is expected anymore.
For example I have ordered 1767kg of oil and a total sum of 1766.2kg was deliverd. This means only a minor amount of material was not deliverd and only 80gramm are missing. The purchase value key allows a 5% over and under delivery.
Usually I would expect, that because of the purchasing value key of 5 % over and under deliverance allowence this situation should not occur anymore. Additionally at the time of goods receipt the key of final delivery was set and the purchase order is updated correctly.
But when I run the MRP again I will have another purchase requisition. The dependend requiement of the material above still existis as production is not finished yet or this is still a planned order.
What keys do I need to set in total for allowing a "partial delivery"?
- Purchaseing value key in the material master
- Delivery completed at the time of goods receipt
Maybe this question is to basic as I cannot find any questions / answers related to this issue here in the forum.
In some points, I found that I need to set up the vendor accordingly to set up partial deliveries. But I cannot find the right setting to allow the vendor to do so. I use MK02 for the change of the vendor settings.

yes after thinking about this issue again, I think this might not be an appropriate solution. Now I am thinking about other possibilities.
1) Automatically change the value in the production order at the time of saving MIGO - will not create any more missing material messages and no new purchase requisitions .
2) Errror message, that for this positions no more postings are possible as the purchase order still remains "open"
3) I need to find the customizing of the indicator "delivery completed". At the moment I just dont see, the influence of this indicator.
Sorry for my "stupid" questions, but I am quiete new to these MM topics. Up to now I was always doing only PP and QM but our collegue for MM has left the team and there are some open issues which now belong to me. Lucky me.

How to find deliverd qty and status ?

Hi,
I adviced to make use of follwoing tables VLPMA,VBUK and LIPS, to find deliverd qty and delivery status, i already got set of material number in an internal table, i have to join the above tables to get the values based on internal table.
I gone thro the tables, but i could't get proper link, experts plz provide same sample code to proceed.

Hi,
For any SO check if any Delivery is created. If no, the SO Qty is open Qty.
If yes, check the diff in Delivery and SO qty. The diff is open Qty.
The joining condition is:
LIPS-VGBEL = VBAP-VBELN and
LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR.
or
For each Sales Order Item (VBAP-POSNR) take the ORDER Qty field (VBAP-KWMENG) and substract the Del QTY field(LIPS-LFIMG).
that gives the Open order Qty.
or sum up at the order level.
Sum up all Order Qty's and Del qty's .
difference gives the open order qty.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. As you said in ME2M / ME2L in delivery schedule we can see the delivery date, but the delivery date is the one which we are maintaining in the purchase order, i would like to know the (Delivered date ) exact date on which the qty has been deliverred to us .

VL02N , How to correct the deliverd quantity in vl02n for the batch items .

How to save the order if the correct picking value if the item is batch managed.
When we are in Delivery -> Item->batch split screen, we have an option Adj Del Qty. When this is clicked, than delivery qty is updated correctly. When this is not done, delivery is saved with mismatch between cumulative batch quantity and delivery quantity.
Could any one has an idea how to save the order with the correct delivery quantity when the batch split -> Adj Del Qty is not clicked.

I am thinking you want to show the rejected quantity on the Parent Item in the Inventory Tab.
Use the following SQL for showing the Net Available Qty after subtracting the rejection.

If any one of the condition is satisfied then the PO is completed delivered.

"To be deliverd" problem

I implement scenario from file to RFC in ECC system.
In development environment the scenario work ok.
I transfer the scenario to test environment and here I have a strange problem.
The message not delivered to ECC system.
In SXMB_MONI is look ok and I have black-white flags.
In RWB I found 2 lines per message:

Hi
S as said b4r unless u delete all old message in "to be delivered" state u cannot process further.
U can see in Runtime Work bench against the message status a radio button select the message with the above status of "to be deleivered" and in header u can find the option with botton "Cancel" message
then refresh / update the list --> status would change once all are cleared then post fresh message it will get processed
If u r not deleting it will proceed further.

IPad Deliverd on time in Canada

For any other Canadians out there who have seen their delivery info changed to May 31st, mine showed that too and then it just got delivered today (28th) as per the original schedule - so there is still hope! Now I have to leave early to play with it! Are we able to get any iBooks in Canada yet? Or do we have to wait for those.

That value is not stored in tables, instead it is calculated during runtime by using:
the perform get_status_header in program saplmepo
Please refer to that.

Preventing Messages from beeing deliverd from XI to receiver system

Hi Experts,
for testing purposes I need to send one and the same message to XI every day. I want the message to be processed by XI. But I have to prevent that the message is delivered to the receiver system.
As I am not allowed to touch reciver agreement or communications channels I cannot do any changes there.
The idea I do have in mind is to capture the message either before or after the outbound adapter with any free tool.
Do you have any suggestions how I could achive this?
One of the things I see is: Having a tool in place that is listing to Messaging the URL: xxx/System/receive/AFW/XI would help, but as this port/URL is already "occupied" by the adapter Engine it might be difficult to get the tool in place - any suggestions would be great.

Hi Volker,
thanks again. I can see all your points. And stopping the communication channels seems to be a valid option as this can be done autmatically by defining timeframes when these are active. The only problem is then how to delete the messages in scope (and only these) automatically before activating the communication channels again.
Any suggestions on this?

Try a hard reset. Simultaneously press the sleep/wake and the home buttons for 10-15 seconds until the device reboots (ignore the shutdown screen).

New motherboard (FM2-A75MA-E35) deliverd with Bios of other Mobo (FM-2A75IA-E53)

I bought the FM2-A75MA-E35, i got a box with this model on and it's indeed a micro atx Mobo
Well, i builded my New HTPC but got since i started building it i got multiple resets of the pc (just power off-on, in windows kernel power 41 error).
After 2 days of troubleshooting, changing PSU, memory, SSD, ... I wanted to update the Bios from v2.0 to v2.1, I however got the error that my board was not supported, after looking in tools like CPU-Z i found out that my Mobo reported itself as FM-2A75IA-E53, an ITX Mobo, this also explains why I've an option in the bios for wireless and Bluetooth, which the FM-2A75IA-E53 has, but the FM2-A75MA-E35 hasn't.
So it seems like MSI flashed the bios of another Mobo on mine in the factory? And could this explain my random reboots?
Any suggestion other then getting it back to the shop?

This thread can be closed. MSI USA send me a special BIOS to force flash.

Report with open Purchase orders and open Goods Receipt (without invoices)

Dear All,
We require a report in purchasing which will show:
1. open purchase orders
2. open goods receipts
We do not want POs and GRs that have been created into invoices to be included in the report.
At the moment we tried ME2N with RECHNUNG in selection parameters but it includes invoices. We have tried other selection parameters and reports but the results are not helpful.
I have also checked SDN but there is no correct answer. Most of them specify the ME2N with RECHNUNG as a solution but this does not work for us.
Any help would be appreciated.

go to next screen....Go to change layout
Select to be deliverd(Qty) and Value, also to be invoice(Qty) & Value.

Report open sales orders

developed a report(alv list) to search application database for open sales orders. the inputs are sales organization, sold to party, material number,customer purchase order number,sales order craetion date.

to get the open sales order, that is the DElivery for sales order is not created.
u can check the status of sales order in the tables VBUK /VBUP.
In VBUK , check one filed(iam not sure at this movement) , if the field value is C, then that particular order is closed, if not C(i.e A (no delivery)or B(some part of items are deliverd) ) . From this u can display Open Sales Orders.
Revert Back if any issues,

Actually, everyone missed one point, when a device is priced, the cost of icloud storage space for that device is also included in it that is why they are able to give you 5gb each for each user ID, in nutshell there is nothing free coming with apple device purchase, it is paid for. What they are trying by giving only 5gb per user ID irrespective of the number of devices used is pure broadlight looting, they take money from you when you buy each device and give you nothing, This is a case of goods and services bought but not fully deliverd ie apple can be suied for discreminatory treatment towards it's users. I wonder why no one tried this yet in America where everyone sue everyone for petty things..... there is no one to take up this issue? . if tim got any love for the guys who shell out money for the devices his company makes, he should be implimenting this as priority before someone wake up from sleep and sue him.
