PPC program problem with MacPro

Hello all.
Suddenly all my PPC programs stopped working on the MacPro.
I have tried standard diskcheck and repair permissions on my boot harddrive.
I have 4 different PPC program: Windows Media Player, Photoshop, MS Office and cannon scangear. All stopped working.
It seems to be a problem with the PPC emulation.
Any idea what I should do? Do I really need to reinstall my mac? It feels like Windows all over...

I did download the full 10.48 update an installed. It still does not work.
I am not shure what cused the problem. Had issus with that my root filesystem was full. It was /var/spool/qmaster that was filled with junk data.
I could not delete the useless data in that directory. it took 50% of my harddriva space.
I logged in as root and pwd to /var/spool/qmaster and the directory name of my qmaster que. Lets call it buhu.
cd /var/spool/qmaster/buhu.
To delete the data. The wonderful command:
rm -rf *
My computer works great, but no rosetta programs anymore. It worked since I got my Macpro in Aug.

The 1049 update should have som rosetta updates. My problems could be solved with it?
I am desperate and thinking about installing a beta build of 10.49.

Programming problems with INT / FLOAT

I got a problem with datatypes float and int.
I'm just developing a c-program on HP-UX with the gcc-compiler. 'cause i have not ever been done an ORACLE-access before, i has started with the "cdemo2.c" - example from the oracle-demo-dircetory in version 8.0.4.
in the DB there's a column with NUMBER-TYPE, but when i call the oci-function (or what ever it is) "odescr()", the variable "scale" (which is supposed to differentiate between FLOAT_TYPE and INT_TYPE) always is set to "0". this variable should be set to anything else but "0" if a FLOAT_TYPE is detected, but it isn't.
what I do wrong ???
How can I know the exact datatype, when a NUMBER_TYPE in the DB appears ???
if there is a better way to realize an oracle-access in C, please don't wait to tell it to me

You basically got it. Another approach is to always work on the rightmost digit; that way you'll always be dividing, mod'ing, or multiplying by 10.
You don't need to know the length of anything to use a for loop. Remember that a for loop has 4 parts: the initialization, the conditional, the "update", and the body. (There are probably more correct names for these that I can't recall right now.) The conditional and the update tend to be length checks and increments only because for loops are commonly used over arrays or strings, but they don't have to be.
Another hint: how do you know when you're done pulling the digits out of the source number? What is the value of the source number when you're done?

Internet connection problem with MacPro, only. PC fine

I have a Netgear 600n. My notebooks, Vista PC and MacPro, are connected to it. There is no connection problem with the PC, but there is with the MacPro. Weekly, I have to delete the "system configuration file," or it keeps dropping the connection. I heard it had to do with Windows configuring the netgear router. is this true and is there a solution. I use the PC and the Mac at the same desk, so there is no location issue.

Some operators block the option to use your phone as a modem, as this will use up a lot of data. It might be worth checking your contract to see if it mentions anything about data use, or give your operator a call to see if they have any limitations.
Please try to use the phone with a different SIM card to see if this is related to your operator after all, or if it's something else. If it doesn't work with a different SIM card either, try the following to see if the issue lies in Nokia Suite or in the phone itself:
Install Nokia Suite on a different computer or laptop and check if you can use your phone as a modem on that computer. If this works, try reinstalling Nokia Suite on your current computer and see if this makes a difference.
If this doesn't work, try connecting a different Nokia device to Nokia Suite and try to use it as a modem. If you can connect a different phone with your SIM card to the modem but connecting with yout 6700 Classic fails, then please visit a local care centre where your phone can be checked on any errors.
You can find a care centre by going to your local Nokia web page and clicking on Support.

HR Programming : Problem with IDOC HRMD_A

We use Idoc HRMD_A for transferring PA records from
one R3 system (ECC5) to another R3 system (46d).
We have a problem - The Idoc doesn't check the data
inserted against the database check tables and
inserts wrong values into the target system database.
(At least that what has happened when we transferred
wrong value of MASSN in 0000 records).
Is there something we can do ?
Maybe - Some flag we can sign in order a check against check tables will be done ?
Is it a problem with this IDOC ?

The IDOCs were intended for R3->R3 data replication, and not for data loads/interfacing. Since you're having problems, I'm guessing in addition they require the same SAP version as well.

Automatic Payment Program-problems with check printing/viewing

Hello:
I am new to the SAP field. I have been trying to make the automatic payment program work for me. I have been having trouble trying to view the print preview of checks by going to system->own spool requests.
Steps followed ---Automatic Payment Program:
I checked the open invoices -
FBL1N
I ran F110 and finally print out with the start immediately option checked
I checked the open invoices FBL1N again and all the open invoices have cleared
However I am unable to view the checks that should have printed for this payment run. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong here.

Go to F110, Enter the run date and then click enter - After that click on edit and then proposal and proposal list and you can see all the details - which actually runs the program RFZALI20.

Ppc glibc: problem with kernel-headers dependency

I wasn't sure where to post this... After attempting to follow the tutorial Wii Tutorial here: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Wii_Tutorial I discovered that the kernel-headers dependency of glibc is set to the wrong version. The dependency is kernel-headers version 2.6.29.4. However, in the repository, the current version is 2.6.29.1-1. I'm not sure what's going on here.

A Programming problem with PXI 8461

I use PXI-8461 CAN Card.
The subvi READ_AI's function is to aquire data,and save datas to database.
And Process.vi dynamicly calls READ_AI twice,and a Main.vi calls Process.vi for every step.
Every step lasts 10 seconds,and has 10 seconds interval.
step1: from 0s->10s, aquire data;
delay 10s;
step2: from 20s->30s,aquire data;
I find that ,step2's data is from 10s->30s!
What is the problem ? Is there any error in CAN's use ?

I had a totalt computer crash wich resulted in a new installation of my OS. I had my backup-HD were i copied my Adobe program from into my reinstalled computer, but now I cant use them because "they are copies" (I have payed for them) I can't even reinstall them. How can I solve this problem?

Magic mouse problems with MacPro 2013

Installed my new Mac Pro version late 2013 and all was working well. Yesterday I added two USB3 hubs and now I am having issues with my Magic Mouse. It looses its conection and is erradic in operation. Would be surprised if it was the hubs but I suppose I should disconect them and find out. Thought the new MacPro would have a better antena on the Bluetooth. Mouse has 60% power. What items will interfere with bluetooth. I am also using Parallels with Windows 7 running.

I suspect it is the hubs. Bluetooth on a Mac uses USB ports.
If you look at "about this Mac>system reports>USB" you will see what I mean.

No, erasure means that generics information like that isn't available at run time. it's quite common for generic classes to take the actual class as a parameter for that reason (see, for example, the EnumMap constructor.)

go to se51 screen layou and select the four radio button and right click there is a option called assigned group name..
enter the group name..
from now onwards it allows you to select only one radio button at a time..

I do not recommend reformatting your harddrive and reloading your software. This is a Windows thing. On an older mac it may be difficult to find all your software again.
Best to have greater than 2gig of free space. Many posters to these forums state that you need much more free space: 5 gig to 10 gig or 10 percent of you hd size.

Be careful when deleting files. A lot of people have trashed their system when deleting things. Place things in trash. Reboot & run your applications. Empty trash.
Go after large files that you have created & know what they are. Do not delete small files that are in a folder you do not know what the folder is for. Anything that is less than a megabyte is a small file these days.

Two display problems with my new MacPro! :/

I recently bought a new MacPro to replace my PowerPC, and am having some odd video problems I did not have with the old computer (yes, using same display). Here's some quick stats I think are important.
1. 30 inch Apple HD display (used on both computers.)
2. Old video card = Radeon X1900 - NEW video card = Geforce 8800 GT (came factory installed)
3. Old OS = 10.4.11 Tiger New OS = Leopard (with all current updates. Also factory installed)
4. Quicktime Pro on both systems fully updated
5. Both Machines had all updates installed at the time of this problem (which is since i got the new machine)
Here's the two problems...(btw NEITHER of these happen when the display is hooked up to the old computer. only the new MacPro with a different video card and OS)
1.) When I play back video (sometimes in FCP (all types of files), sometimes in QT (.mov), and sometimes even on youtube and vimeo (so those are .flv files!) only SOMETIMES do I get these odd vertical refresh-looking lines. It makes the video somewhat flicker and you can see them crawl upwards kind of. The odd thing tho, is if I play that art of the video over and over, at times it will happen, and at other times it will not. same file, same part. I also noticed it does NOT stay on the file when exported from FCP and burned to DVD, so I'm thinking it is purely playback.
2.) Some files when played back in quicktime will get extremely choppy. (Locally played files). I will then click the desktop to make finder the front most selected program...and the files will then play smooth. if I select the QT window again, it will get choppy and flicker again.
I feel like I have a refresh rate problem, or maybe even a driver problem. The thing is, of course the drivers are not updated outside of auto updates, and I have installed everything available there.
When I open up my display settings, the refresh rate box is grayed out...so changing the rate isn't possible. Also, with my old computer/video card, I had an ATI control panel...the geforce does not have one...only the build in OSX display control panel.
Has anyone heard of this? I have posted in a few different places, and have received absolutely no replies. It's really frustrating, and sitting on the phone for hours with apple support to have them say "never heard of that problem" or have me lug the **** thing into a apple store and be without my computer and unable to work doesn't sound fun either.
it's not stopping me from doing anything..it's just annoying and frustrating cause I can't make it stop. I'm thinking it might be a problem with the leopard drivers that hasn't been addressed yet? I dunno.
Any suggestions?

UPDATE ::
In reading an old solution on how to get rid of the dancing pixels I get every once in a long while on this display, I downloaded SwitchResX and am using the demo to test and see if switching the refresh rate to 58khz will help in the line problem...and lo and behold...it kinda does. it is now only noticeable on fast moving action when put into full screen mode.
The QT flicker problem has NOT gone away...but I'm expecting that the horizontal lines running vertical are a refresh rate problem as I had thought.
My question, anyone know if apple is aware/working on this?
Also, why is the refresh rate not changeable with the 20 inch HD display settings in the display control panel??
I'd much rather use OSX to control my display than a 3rd party application! :/

I tried to register program with a command:
rfcexec -aIFCZPKCP -gssapprod -xsapgw21
but with no success - the program didn't appear on the list of logged clients on the system in gateway monitor. Frankly speaking we do not know now what else we can do - please help!
We have ECC 6.0 (SAP_BASIS 700 SP18) on Windows Server 2003 R2 x64.

The syntax you're providing refers to UNIX systems, but I did similar thing on our Windows system - I tried all of the following methods (unfortunatelly without success):
rfcexec -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod -xsapgw21
full_path_to_rfcexec.exe -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod -xsapgw21
rfcexec -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod.domain -xsapgw21
