PPD for HP OfficeJet J3600 not being found/generated

I've installed hplip and run hp-setup, but it always fails to find the PPD for my HP OfficeJet J3640 All-in-One. D-Bus and CUPS are running. What am I forgetting to install or execute?

I understand that you're unable to get the HP Solution Center installed on your new HP Notebook running Windows 8.
If you have any of the Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless Printer software installed on the computer, uninstall it. Click here for assistance.
Restart the computer once the software has been uninstalled.
Download and run the HP Printer Install Wizard.

Images and .properties(bunldes) files are not being found from my JSPs

Hi,
I have created .ear file by using ANT Application. And deployed into Oracle9iAS(OC4J). Here problem is that images and .properties(internationalization bundles)files are not found from JSPs.
Here is my directory structure.
public_html--->locale -->BusinessEntity -->businessentity_en_US.properties
--->enterprise -->images -->knowldege.jpg
--->BusinessEntity-->BEAdd.jsp
in my jsp bundle(.properties)file is accessed like this:-
<i18n:bundle baseName="/locale/-->BusinessEntity/businessentity" id="businessentity" locale="<%= locale %>" />
in my jsp images accessed like this:-
src="/enterprise/images/knowldege.jpg".
In my working environment, without creating .ear file, images and .properties files are being found my JSPs. But if i create .ear file and after deploy, images and .properties files are not being found my JSPs.
please let me know where i might did wrong

Sim Card not being found on Passport

I have a new Passport which I like.
It is locked to Vodafone and I have a Vodafone Sim
First 10 days it was fine then the sim card was not being "found"
I tried two new sims and no luck.
It seems the device may be faulty.
I bought it from a private user on Ebay for which it was an unwanted upgrade.
How do I get it repared?

When I am trying to retire an asset by scrapping using TCODE ABAVN I am getting the following error.Ho do I resolve this.

Diagnosis
When creating the accounting document, the system could not find account 'Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation' for company code INST.
Procedure
Enter this account in the account determination for Asset Accounting.

Hi Manju,
First set your COD with OAPL.
Then go to transaction AO90 and select your COA and double click on account determination and select your account determination key, which is assigned to your retiring asset's asset class, and double click on depreciation
In the next screen, enter an B/S recon GL account in the field called Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation, which will be used to capture the accum ord dep for your assets.
This will fix your issue.

I am carrying out asset configuration for a company code ( Chart of depreciation ABJP - Japan )
For dep area 01 - GL posting set as 1 Area Posts in Realtime
other dep area GL posint indicator set as 3 - Area Posts Depreciation Only
in Tcode : AO90 , i configured GL mapping only to dep area 01. Not to other dep area.
When i run depreciation AFAB , system gives me error as " Account 'Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation' could not be found for area 10 "
I am sure that this error because of missing account determination at Tcode AO90 , but i wonder because just i copied parent company code chart of depreciation ( ABUS- US ) settings to this ABCD - Japan , where in no GL mapping done for chart of depreciation level of ABUS .
No error depreication run at AFAB to company code of US. System posting Dep entries only to 01 dep area in case of ABUS
But in my com code system tells GL could not be found at dep area 10
I dont know what is missing at my company code / chart of depreciation

change the Posting Indicator to 0 for the other Dep. area and also check all the configurations of your company code and your parent company code.

AU133 - Expense Account for Ord Depreciation could not be found for Area 58

I am working on ECC 6.0 Version. While running Depreciation AFAB in one our company codes, I am facing the Error No. AU133, Expense Account for Ord Depreciation could not be found for Area 58.
Whereas there is no this error for our Book Depreciation Area 01.
I have checked all the Accounting Assignments settings in AO90 and AO93. They are correctly maintained. I have no clues how to go about it.
I have also checked whether the Depreciation and Acc. Dep GLs are maintained as recon account. But they are correct only.
Please suggest any solution as we have to close the period.

Same problem after upgrade from 4.6c.
The solution was to create the depreciation accounts in the company code - kind of strange, since all depreciation postings must be made as cross-company postings to a cc that (obviously) has the account and since it worked in the old "RABUCH"- version. It seems to be ok to just create the accounts and then block them for posting (to avoid posting to them by mistake).

Today, after importing some other CD's in the regular way, all of a sudden, iTunes won't recognize the Eagles - "Hotel California" CD, the Eagles "**** Freezes Over" CD, "The Best of Roy Orbison" or "Milestones" by Miles Davis.
What happened? Anybody know?

If these are unusual, independently-released or rare CDs, they just may not be in Gracenote yet. In the case of a custom CD where it's a compilation, Gracenote probably won't be able to identify them (it goes by complete albums, comparing the number and length of the tracks to try and figure out what album it is).

Just received a new (mid-2012) macbook air (13"). Started it up from time machine from my old macbook pro.
The new screen seemed a bit blue so I thought I'd calibrate the display. But I don't seem to be able to. I don't get the Display Calibrator Assistant. I just get 'The factory profile for this display could not be found'. Please help if you can?

With Pacifist, a search should show everything in a separate search results window. That feature might only be available in the paid mode. If you're reinstalling once a month, you might reconsider how you're using the machine. If you made frequent bootable backups/clones to an ext FireWire HD and also did a Time Machine backup to another disk/volume/partition, you'd probably minimize doing that. I haven't done an A&I installation but once the past six years. That doesn't include purposeful ones done while beta-testing Panther, Tiger, and Leopard.

I have installed 11gR2 grid with ASM and restored/recoverd a 11gR1 database. The 1st node is up using asm but when I check with svrctl I get errors :
[oracle@avgrac01 admin]$ /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl status database -d dwhpd1
PRCD-1120 : The resource for database dwhpd1 could not be found.
PRCR-1001 : Resource ora.dwhpd1.db does not exist
I have read that it's something to do with SCAN and the remote listeners.
Please can someone point me in a direction/document/help, please

This error means database is not registered in OCR
If the database was not registered in the OCR, after restoring the database you must manually add the database in the OCR (add database and instances)

I keep trying to install Firefox 3.6.10, and it seems to work, but then when it comes time to accept the user agreement, that option is grayed out and I can only go back. In the Software License Agreement box is the following message: "The license file for this version could not be found. Please visit Firefox homepage for more information."

WD Mybook not being found

Anybody have any ideas why the WD mybook using firewire or usb is not being found by the iMac?? It had been working fine until a week ago and it will work in a windows enviroment. Any ideas woud be great Thanks.

The format maybe in NTFS (windows), as far as I know macs cant read that, see if Mac OS X can find it by going Macintosh HD > Utilities > Disk Utility or (Spotlight > Disk Utility) and see if you can see it there with your iMac hard disk, if it is unplug it and backup everything on your PC and wipe the external drive, then plug back in your iMac and then go to Macintosh HD > Utilities > Disk Utility or (Spotlight > Disk Utility) and format the external HD in FAT or FAT32 when done unplug and take back to windows pc and copy data back to drive. Try that and post your results
