PPM 5.0: dashboard & target into nonSAP-development

Dear Experts,
does anyone know how to specify a target in the Dashboard?
Via customizing column-linkage can be activated so as to jump from a dashboard element into a proprietary development.  In the dashboard settings the linkage to EXTERNAL_ID has been activated, however, how to specify the actual target remains unclear.
I'd appreciate your input very much.
Many thanks.
Angelika

Hi Angelika,
you would have to do this through the launchpads (RIH, DRILLDOWN). Have not tested, if different links (and targets) for different columns would really work.
Cheers
Thorsten

    Did you purchased the Full Perpetual License from Adobe for $149.00?, if so then what has happened is that you probably downloaded the Creative Cloud trial version which has now expired.
    The license key for the perpetual version will not be accepted to activate the CC version.
    Uninstall the existing Lightroom and then download the one available from the link below. The uninstall process will not affect your Catalog, Preferences or personal files but will just remove the application. Install the new download and you license key will be accepted.

    If this is not the situation you face then provide some more details.

Please renew your membership to reactivate. I'm still a member so why won't it let me go into Develop Module? or any of the other modules?

    The Photoshop LR CC is active but you have not yet activated it. The activation server shows it. Please log out & log back in of the CC desktop CC.
    The Complete CC purchased last year is active till 11th of July. In case after logging out & logging back in does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer support Contact Customer Care

  • Integrate Adobe LIfeCycle Designer 8.0 into NetWeaver Development Studio 7

    Hi everyone,
    I need to integrate Adobe LIfeCycle Designer 8.0 into NetWeaver Development Studio, the issue is that I have installed Adobe LifeCycle but I wanted to know how in integrated into Netweaver Development Studio 7.0
    Thanks very much in advance,
    Armando

    Hello Armando,
    If u have installed NWDS, during the NWDS there is a checkbox to include Adobe LiveCycle Designer.However , NWDS 7 setup includes designer 6.0.
    Case 1 : If u have not checked the above checkbox during NWDS installation.You can directly install any Designer version.
    Case 2 : If u have checked the checkbox during NWDS installation , when u install designer 7 or 8 it will give a message saying A version of designer already exists,In the above scenario, you will have to either uninstall desginer 6(if possible) or reinstall NWDS without checking the Desinger Checkbox.After that you can install any designer version u want.
    Hope it helps,
    Regards,

  • Import an excel file into SQL Developer and create a table

    Hello everyone!
    I have an Excel file I want to Import into SQL Developer. Do I need to Create a table first than import the file into the table?
    Or is there a way to import an Excel file and it automatically generate or turn into a table?
    I would really appreciate any directions or explanations.
    Thanks everyone!

    SQLDeveloper TeamThanks for the reply but the problem was I needed to convert the file to a csv format. To do this open the file in Excel and re-save as CSV Comma Delimiter. Don't worry about data-types because when the file is uploaded to SQL Developer, you will have the chance to set all the parameters, data-types and so on.
    Once I did this and try opening the file, the setup window opened and I was able to do all the additional tweaking and convert the data to a table.
    Because of this I am speculating that SQL Developer does not work with Excel XLSX extension.
    Thanks again!

    ? I downloaded the upgrade this morning -- 6/6/12 -- and noew I cannot get into the Develop module. I get an error message.

    The problem seems to have been corrected. When I checked to make sure that all other modules were accessible, Lightroom 4 quit, restarted and then checked something - "power point curves", went through some kind of internal procedure, after whiuch the problem no longer existed. The error message had been : "An error occurred when attempting to change modules." I decided to respond in this way in case someone else stumbles into this.
    Thank You for responding.

  • Problems logging into Macintosh Developer Center with iPhone 3G?

    I know it sounds as if I'm doing something stupid (and I may be), but despite using currently valid id and password (I checked on my computer browser just now) I can't log into the Mac Developer Center via my iPhone. I'm an iPhone newbie -- so maybe I'm just missing something -- but feel I'm doing everything the same as in my Mac's browser. Is there a technical or other issue that's preventing me from logging in?
    Thanks

    PS. I know this sounds kind of stupid, as if I were just sort of clueless -- but I just can't log in despite currently valid user name and password.
    Is there a technical/security reason I can't log in via iPhone?

    OAViewObject vo = (OAViewObject) am.findViewObject("XXXXInvDistributionsVO1");
    vo.first();
    Number grossamount = 0;
    for (int i=0;i< vo.getRowCount();i++) {
    // BigDecimal grossamount1 = new BigDecimal((vo.getRowAtRangeIndex(i).getAttribute("Amount")));
    grossamount = ((oracle.jbo.domain.Number)vo.getRowAtRangeIndex(i).getAttribute("Amount")).intValue();
    System.out.println("grossamount "+grossamount); // it ignores and prints decimal points
    BigDecimal grossamount1 = new BigDecimal(grossamount.intValue());
    System.out.println("grossamount1 "+grossamount1); // it ignores and prints decimal points

  • Printing multiple dashboard pages into one pdf

    Hey guys,
    I know this is not offered as standard but I was wondering if there was any way to do this.
    Two methods i'm wondering about are:
    - Create another page with a javascript "print" button which grabs information from each page and prints to one pdf.
    - Create another page that holds a static copy of all analysis' in the other pages.
    The reasons I need to do this is that we originally had 30 analysis' running on 1 page which was destroying performance and killing our servers.
    To rectify this, i have split the report out over numerous pages but the users still want to only print once.
    Thanks in advance for any suggestions,
    Adam

    Hi,
    Ok your condition is very tricky.
    Just Try this if this works.
    Create many sections in the dashbaord like say 4. Divide you reports into 4 sections and place it in each section.
    Use condition in each Section. Have an extra filter in your main dashboard. having pages 1,2,3,4 as selections.
    conditions should be used as : if user seletcs 'page 1' in promt then only 1 section should be visible. after Section 1 is exucuted and printed ,  if user selcts 'Page 2' then 2 secions wll be visible.
    here user can select one by one to reduce the load on the server.
    fibally if you select 'Page 4' all the reports will be visible togther. now you can print to PDF.
    Mark if helps.

  • Varbinary error in DBUM connector reconcile from Oracle target into MSSql

    I am getting the following exception thrown when I try to run a lookup reconcile from (target) Oracle 10g DB into Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (which is the OIM DB).
    -> * Nested Exception (Underlying Cause) - com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Operand type clash: varbinary is incompatible with text
    The connector type is DBUM 9.1.0.3 and I am trying to reconcile the database roles lookup.
    The OIM version is 9.1.0.2 with BP08 applied (upgrade path with 9.1.0.1 -> 9.1.0.2 + BP08)
    The OIM database is Microsoft SQL server 2005 with SP2
    sqljdbc version 1.2
    Communication between OIM and Oracle has not been configured as 'secure'
    The Database connection seems to be ok (I tested the connectivity/create/delete with the Utility provided to test the connector)
    In the same environment I have a Active Directory against which I can run both trusted and untrusted reconciles, so it may suggest that any error is specific to the Oracle resource.
    Thanks for any advice/tips

  • Connection problem when importing SAP NW BW models into HANA developer ed

    I have successfully installed "AS ABAP 7.4 SP5 incl. BW on SAP HANA SP7 [Developer Edition]" and connected with the SAP GUI and added the system into HANA Studio and Eclipse.
    Being connected as SYSTEM in the modeleler (Eclipse & HS) I choose: File->Import->SAP HANA Content->SAP NetWeaver BW Model
    After selecting 'Next' I enter the following:
    Server name: A4H
    Host name: abapci
    Instance number: 00
    Client number: 001
    SAProuter string: <nil>
    User name: <BW user-id>
    Password: <BW pwd>
    When testing the connection or pressing 'Next' in order to connect the following happens:
    HS: nothing
    In Eclipse I get the followin message:
    Initialization of destination generatedJcoDestinationKey_6b3184ab-fb19-4073-9346-c8581df8c15f failed: Connect to SAP gateway failed

    COMPONENT   NI (network interface)
    VERSION     40
    RC          -2
    MODULE      nixxhl.cpp
    LINE        193
    DETAIL      NiHLGetNodeAddr: hostname cached as unknown
    COUNTER     8
    It seems to me as if the message is indicating that the 'hostname' is not abapci' which surprises me since on page 13 in the guide (
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/601fec98-f975-3110-a397-a322039ecc1a?QuickLink=index&… ) it explicitly is stated that the hostname is "abapci" (which also can be seen in the SAP GUI).
    Anybody got any ideas what is going on???

    Instead of 'abaci' you enter the IP-address.

  • Cannot log into Apple Developer (iOS section)

    Hi, there!
    I am a iOS developer which cannot access my developer profile, on the website developer.apple.com/ios but I am capable of logging into iTunes Connect, hence no problem with the login and password. Is anyone now having similar problems? I know that I have to pay shortly the member fee (I think the 27th of November, but not exactly sure), maybe it has something to do with that? I sent my question as well to Apple, just was as well curious if one amongst you have the same problem.
    Thanks for the help

    Problem solved!
    I think this issue is a mixture of conflicted apple IDs giving problems on the apple server but also conflicted and / or damaged permissions on my MacBookPro. Here is what I did:
    First of all I followed the instructions in this link:
    How to find out if you have multiple Apple IDs
    It seems like a strange set of instructions because it is asking you to find out if you have an apple ID when you know you have one! Part of this process will also involve re setting your password which also seems strange because loosing your password was not the problem. However if you follow the instructions you end up with a page which in my case showed that I had two apple IDs using the same e mail address. It was this conflict that was causing the problems. The solution is therefore to change e mail addresses so there is no overlap of e mail addresses between accounts.
    For some people this has been enough to solve the problems. However for me one of my accounts would still not work.
    On another thread I had been advised to repair permissions which  I had done from disc utility but it had not helped. However on OSX daily  I read..."In mac OSX Lion repairing permissions from the Disk Utility app doesn’t repair the users file permissions"! Hmm nice one Apple- reparing permissions does not repair permissions! It seems that you have to use disc utility from recovery mode.
    I then followed these instructions on OSX daily (dot com)
    Repairing a Mac Boot Disk with Disk Utility & OS X Lion
    Reboot the Mac and hold down Command+R  (To boot into recovery)
    Select “Recovery HD” at the boot menu
    At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select “Disk Utility”
    Select the boot volume or partition from the left menu and click on the “Repair” tab
    Repair Disk is now possible, click on “Repair Disk” to repair the boot volume
    Now verify disk permissions and repair them
    And bingo both accounts work!

  • ESS code into NetWeaver Developer Studio

    Hi ,
    Were it the ESS/MSS code to import to the NetWeaver Developer Studio ? And how do we import it ?
    Any feelback is welcome
    Regard's.

    @C. Schutz
      Achim is putting you on the right track for WebDynpro based ESS/MSS services....and even Java(JSP) versions. Your post was a bit vague though. What is the backend you are using and exactly what are you trying to pull into NWDS?
      In general, for ECC5.0 and higher webdynpros and such, Achim put you on the right path. Setting up NWDI will be the biggest hurdle there...do not take it lightly!
      For several other services however, any customization/coding you need to do can be done on the backend system in SE80.
      Again....it really all depends...can you post more info?
