PPOME organization structure missing. (please help)

Please help me. First time i am using tcode PPOME  (organization structure). I got this error message when i transport to QAS. Last time there is no issue in QAS.

Hi,
I tried already. I input in object type with O and correction number *. But there is nothing tasks not yet active. Is the issue because probably some one delete the organization structure in PPOME ?
Plz help.
