PProHeadless.exe has stopped working for Premiere Pro CS6

I have had no problems with it until today.
The video I was trying to produce was about 31 minutes long.
I have had this PC less than a year and have never had PProHeadless.exe stop working for Premiere Pro CS6.
what causes this to happen, has the last batch of updates caused this?
PC specs:
Windows 7 64bit fully updated
MoBo Asus P6X58E-WS
i7 quad core 950
24 gigs of Ram
10,000 rpm's Hard Drives
very few things installed on this PC to avoid application conflicts, and I had no other applications running.

Hi, I recently upgraded to Adobe Cloud CS6 and am having problems with the Adobe Media Encoder CS 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).
When I try to add Adobe Premiere projects in AME, it sometimes gives me the following error:
PProHeadless.exe has stopped working
I tried rebooting, and it still gives me the same error. Sometimes the project will load, sometimes it won't.
The Premiere projects contain a H.264 .mov file coming from my Canon T2i. I also added an overlay logo to the bottom right of the video that I created in Adobe After Effects, which only contains text, no effects, no motion, etc. Sometimes I also have a .wav file recorded from a Zoom H4n, but not always. I usually edit those in Adobe Audition with the remove noise feature.
I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I'm using an i7 with 16GB ram and an ATI 6870 video card.
I have the LUT buddy plugin installed.
It will give me the error the first time I try to load the project, and the connection to Dynamic Link Server will fail. Afterwards, if I try to load the project again, even if I restart AME, it stays stuck in the Connecting to Dynamic Link server...
Any help anyone could provide would be appreciated.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Dragging the sequence from PPro to AME made AME lock up. But your second suggestion of exporting the video directly from PPro seems to be working. I still have 6 minutes to go, but at least it got up to 25% so far, so everything seems good.

Lift and Extract have stopped working in Premiere Pro CS6.0.1

Lift and extract have stopped working in a sequence in Premiere Pro 6.0.1. If a create a new sequence it works ok. It seems the sequence has got locked up it some way. Does anyone have any ideas.

Thanks this worked but I found how to make it fail. I created a sequence with 3 stereo tracks and a 5.1 master. I then added a 5.1 audio track and deleted the stereo tracks. From then on the lift and extract fails.
I couldn't find a way to submit a bug to adobe. Please can someone tell mehow to do this.

CS4 - "PProheadless.exe has stopped working"

Hi guys, I'm getting the above error when I export a wedding video I've finished working on, I need a solution ASAP!
I've searched online and tried suggestions everyone's made.
I've done the following:
re-encoded original files and replaced them in the project (audio too), using different codecs and resolutions
set affinity to 1 CPU core
set premiere edit-preferences-general render from performance to memory
closed everything else in processes list that wasn't essential
save to a different HDD
save to different codecs, resolutions, bitrates etc
I can encode other, shorter videos fine (not tried longer). It always stops between 6 & 7 minutes every time.
I have noticed that people who have the problem have the same CPU and OS as me!
I have 3Gb DDR3 RAM, Core i7 920 CPU, ATI HD 3400 gfx and Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64 bit.
The PC has been restarted numerous times over the last 3 days while trying to sort this, I've updated all drivers from the manufacturers web site (gfx, chipset etc)
I'm stuck for ideas now and am really desperate

I'm having the exact same error currently and have just run-through you list of suggestions and am now re-exporting to see if it worked.
I'm curious to know if the "vssadmin" command has to be done every time or is it permanently set each time?
I must admit - even if your solution does fix this problem (..fingers crossed!!!) - that I'm more than a bit frustrated and annoyed that a program
costing this much money (AUD$1400.00) should be this "buggy". I've used much cheaper programs in the past and had nowhere near the problems
I've had since using Premiere.
Please tell me that there's light at the end of the tunnel because right now I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and feel as though I've been duped!

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working...

almost every time I open a project that has dynamically-linked PPro sequences in Encore CS5. Sometimes it happens twice while the project is trying to open. I don't know if this is related, but when and if the project eventually opens (takes 3-4 minutes, more sometimes), I get no sound when playing back a timeline with an imported PPro sequence.

I get similar issues. I'm using Windows 7 and when I import files into Encore (whether they are Dynamic Links or transcoded Mpeg2 or H.264 files) Encore will freeze up for a few seconds to more than a minute and will say "(Not Responding)". If I try to click on anything in Encore, the screen will go to the faded white (like programs that aren't responding do in Windows 7) as if it's completely frozen. But, if I just let it sit there for the minute or so, it will come out of it and load the clips. And I'm using a pretty beefy computer (i7 920 quad-core with 12GB RAM).
I'm not sure why Encore does this, but generally if you just let it go it'll work. As far as the sound not work, that could have to do with the speed of your computer. I know on some slower computers I've had that issue. Does the sound work once you burn a disc? Does it work if you do a disc preview?

1. Sign out of iCloud in Control Panel
2. Navigate to Programs and Features in Control Panel and uninstall all programs that are published by Apple.
3. Delete all Apple folders that were not removed at the time of uninstallation.

     C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apple
     C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Apple Computer

     C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer
     (REMEMBER to keep 'Bookmarks.plist') You will want to copy it back after re-installing Safari
4. Reboot
5. Install iTunes, then reboot
6. Install Safari,
    copy Bookmarks.plist in to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Safari, then reboot
7. Install iCloud don't sign in, then reboot
8. Sign in to iCloud then reboot
I cannot promise this will fix your problem but it is something to think about.
* Make sure the AppleID is matched on your iOS device and in the Windows iCloud Control Panel.
* Some of share applications might be conflicting.

Hard disk 1 quick 303 means the Hard Drive has failed the short test. This means that the Hard Drive is failing and will need to be replaced. The first thing you should do now is backup all your personal files etc.
The new hard disk should be of equal size or greater to what you have now. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, have a repair shop do it for you.
Did you create recovery disks when you got the computer, you will need them for when you change the hard disk. You will be able to install Office 2010 then, I hope you have your key. If you did not create recovery disks you may order them from the WorldWide site: http://welcome.hp.com/country/w1/en/support.html

Error message: "application.exe has stopped working" under BEX event name on Windows 7 64-bit.

I am trying to run a third party program on my Windows 7 64-bit. It has an executable file.
1. When I double click on this file (appname.exe), I will see a GUI window.
2. In this GUI window, I will have to select a dynamic link library file (appDLL.dll) to load into the appname.exe that will run the application. This DLL file is compiled in Visual C++ 2010 Express based on a C source code under the Release Win32
mode.
3. It is supposed to run after step 2. Instead it give the BEX error message saying "appkernel.exe has stop working." There is no online solution at this time when I select that option to search for an online solution.
I can run this program on my Windows 7 32-bit computer. What does this error message mean? Why is there an issue like this on Windows 7 64-bit? How can I fix this issue? The detailed description of the problem is below.

The third party software provider wrote the source code in C. When I compiled this source code, the DLL file will be created in store in the Release folder in the same project directory of the source code.

Photo Stream PC-error message "applephotostreams.exe has stopped working" and now additional photos that I want to upload is not uploading.

I sync my devices with a PC running windows. I have turned on Photo Stream on my PC, iPhone4S & iPad2.
On my PC it creates two default folders in Pictures called "My Photo Stream" and "Upload".
Instructions says that you can add photos to the "Upload" folder and it will automatically upload to your "My Photo Stream" folder and when your devices are connected to wi-fi they will upload to each device and show up in the "Photo Stream" section of Photos.
I was able to upload 50 photos but then I got an error message that applephotostreams.exe has stopped working.
How do I fix?

I was having the same problem. Earlier in the week, I was able to drag a few photos to the upload folder and they synced correctly. Yesteday, I dragged different photos, and I got the "applephotostream.exe has stopped working" error.
The solution - for me, at least! - was to reduce the size of the pictures being uploaded to the photostream. While all of the pictures were jpegs, the first set were ca. 800K (3800 x 2500), and the second set were ca. 2.5 MB (4000 x 2000). When I reduced the resolution of the last set by a factor of 4 (ca. 600 K, 2000 x 1500), they uploaded without a hitch.
Based on this admittedly sketchy experiment, it looks like Apple has a max picture size limit, apparently based on file size rather than picture resolution). Perhaps < 1 MB? To be rigorous, I should complete the experiment - leave the resolution of the second set of pictures alone and reduce file size by reducing jpeg quality.
Has anyone heard about a picture file size limit?

How do I get rid of "Apple Photo Streams.exe has stopped working" on Windows 7

The error message "Apple Photo Stream.exe has stopped working" keeps popping up when I start my PC which has a 64 bit Windows 7 OS. How do I get rid of this?

I saw that uninstalling and then reinstalling the iCloud control panel on your computer corrects it. I did this and it worked for a while but I'm getting it again. Any ideas?? Thanks!
