I have an Airport Express, which flashes amber, but when I go to manual set up, it says there's an error and tells me to close configuration? Once I complete that, the same thing occurs, and there's another error message?
Is this a new AirPort Express, or one that you have had for some time that has now developed problems?
What function do you want the Express to perform on your network? -
Where can I find "NI-845x Close Reference.vi"
I've downloaded drivers for the NI-845x and IT-E132 and cannot find several VIs, such as "NI-845x Close Reference.vi", "NI-845x I2C Write.vi", and "NI-845x I2C Close Configuration Reference.vi". These VIs are discussed in the user guide so I know they exist. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
Solved!
Go to Solution.They're right on the main functions palette.
Never heard of "NI-845x I2C Close Configuration Reference.vi". Don't see it in the Help either.

SCCM 2012 not creating root folder in SSRS
I have been trying to resolve and issue where reports are not showing up in the SCCM console. When I install the SCCM Reporting Point roll (SRPR) it does not create a root folder or data source in the in the SSRS virtual directory. From the SCCM console
I am able to select the reporting instance and after the install I can connect to the Reports and ReportsManager sites using IE. Nothing is populated, no root folder not data source. Does anyone know how to trigger the Virtual Directory configuration, or manually
configure it to point to the installed reports?

ADF BC:Displaying Image On JSP page
Hai All
I'm using ADF BC and JDev 10.1.3.
I want to show an image on my jsp page from database.
For this I have written an servlet with the following code
response.setContentType("image/gif");
OutputStream os = response.getOutputStream();
String amDef = "package.AppModuleName";
String config = "Configuration Name";
ApplicationModule am = Configuration.createRootApplicationModule(amDef, config);
ViewObjectImpl vo =
(ViewObjectImpl)am.findViewObject("ViewObject"); // get view object (the same as used in the table)
System.out.println("vo:" + vo);
vo.executeQuery();
Row row = vo.first();
BlobDomain image = (BlobDomain)row.getAttribute("field");
//System.out.println("image:" + image);
InputStream is = image.getInputStream();
// copy blob to output
byte[] buffer = new byte[10 * 1024];
int nread;
while ((nread = is.read(buffer)) != -1)
os.write(buffer, 0, nread);
os.close();
Configuration.releaseRootApplicationModule(am, false);
This servlet working perfectly.The image is displayed on the page while running
the servlet alone.
My problem is the image is not got displyed on the jsp page
I tried following code to call the servlet
<af:objectImage source="ImageServlet"/>
<img src="ImageServlet" width="140px" height="50px" align="right">
Where ImageServlet is the url-pattern in the web.xml for the servlet
Both method are not working
Any body please help me.......
what I'm missing..............
Is there any other way to display an image on JSP page using backing bean
method.
Thanks

Carousel component, need help!?
Hi! I created master/detail form in JDeveloper! Where Carousel is detail form.
I added bean to Carousel component:
public class Carousel {
public Carousel() {
* Gets new carusel item and set current row of iterator.
* @param event
public void caruselSpin(CarouselSpinEvent event) {
List l =(List)event.getNewItemKey();
Key k = (Key)l.get(0);
DCIteratorBinding iter =
getDCBindingContainer().findIteratorBinding("AAtteli1Iterator");
iter.setCurrentRowWithKey(k.toStringFormat(true));
public DCBindingContainer getDCBindingContainer() {
return (DCBindingContainer)resolveExpression("#{bindings}");
public Object resolveExpression(String expression) {
FacesContext facesContext = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
Application app = facesContext.getApplication();
ExpressionFactory elFactory = app.getExpressionFactory();
ELContext elContext = facesContext.getELContext();
ValueExpression valueExp =
elFactory.createValueExpression(elContext, expression,
Object.class);
return valueExp.getValue(elContext);
}So when I run my page I can see something like this: http://my.jetscreenshot.com/2677/20101005-yas0-26kb
When I navigate witth Carousel to last (3 image) then I can see something like this: http://my.jetscreenshot.com/2677/20101005-kwtm-22kb
WHY when I am on first image, I can't see last image in foggy way? And what to do?
To View Images I use: /ImageServletCarousel?Id=#{bindings.ADokumentiPk.inputValue} and imegeServlet.
Hope my question and information is clear and someone can help me. If not clear or need mor information then please let me know.
Best regards, Debuger!Maybe the problem is in servlet?

Hi ..
I want to show Image and insert record to table that have Blob Field on JSF page
Create table ImgTable (
Id Number primarykey,
Img Blob )
i am using ADF BC
best regardsThis is my solusion for adf faces table with blob as image (maybe wrong, but working):
- create a view object with BlobDomain
- create an ADF Table from the view object
- add a new column with outputText, set its Escape property to false, set Value property to: <img src=imgservlet?imgid=#{row.Id} />
where imgservlet is a servlet returning image data and row.Id is a primary key
- imgservlet doGet looks like:
response.setContentType("image/jpeg");
String imgid = request.getParameter("imgid"); // imgid is parameter sent to servlet
OutputStream os=response.getOutputStream();
String ams="temp.model.ImgsModule"; // get application module
String cfs="ImgsModuleLocal";
ApplicationModule am=Configuration.createRootApplicationModule(ams,cfs);
ViewObject vo=am.findViewObject("Imgs"); // get view object (the same as used in the table)
Row rw=vo.getRow(new Key(new Object[]{imgid})); // get row with imgid PK (current)
BlobDomain blob = (BlobDomain)rw.getAttribute("Imgb"); // get blob
InputStream is=blob.getInputStream();
// copy blob to output
byte[] buf=new byte[BUFFER_SIZE];
int cnt;
while((cnt=is.read(buf))!=-1)
os.write(buf,0,cnt);
os.close();
Configuration.releaseRootApplicationModule(am,false);
You will see blob image instead of outputText.

What to expect when ASA AIP SSM reaches maximum throughput?
Hi,
I'm just curious what happens to traffic when you have an IPS module in an ASA and it reaches the maximum throughput?
Does it allow the traffic & only inspects what it can handle? Or does it "fail" and then either allows all the traffic or block based on "fail-open" or "fail-close" configuration?
Thanks,
BradWhen the sensor (SSM or any other sensor) is oversubscribed and the sensor is monitoring Inline, then a portion of the traffic will be Dropped.
The traffic will not be allowed through if it has not been inspected.
The "fail-open", "fail-close", and "bypass" are not relevant when talking about over subscription.
The only time the "fail-open", "fail-close", or "bypass" configurations comes into play is if the sensor can not do ANY analysis (either a failure, or an upgrade in progress). -
What RAID Setup do you use for your Macbook Pro Scratch Drive?
Is there any benefit to using an Express-ESata Raid Enclosure vs a single esata drive as the scratch drive?
If so, is there any benefit to using a 4 drive Raid 0 vs a 2 drive raid 0?
What Raid setups are any of you all using with your MacBook Pro's? Is there a significant performance difference between using a E-Sata drive and a FW800 drive. Is RAID the right way to go?
Sorry I'm not making a lot of sense right now, but I've searched through 20 or so pages of the forum and didn't see that anyone had addressed this question yet.OK, just to give you a frame of reference, I just performed the following tests -
I hooked up my Sony AVCHD camera to my Mac Book Pro 2.4 ghz with 4 GB ram - (pretty close configuration to yours) - and imported a 26 second clip into FCP 7 with the following drive configurations:
Capture to internal Mac Drive, no externals: 26 Second clip takes 44 seconds
Capture to external WD USB2 drive: 26 Second clip takes 44 Seconds
Capture to external CalDigit 2 Sata Drive Array, Raid 0, via Firewire 800: 26 Second clip takes 42 seconds
OK, so now I move the camera over to my Mac Pro 8-Core, 2 x 3.2 Ghz Quad Core Xeon with 14 gigs of ram, and capture *to the same external CalDigit 2 Sata Drive Array,* Raid 0, via Firewire 800: 26 Second clip takes 11 seconds
My conclusion would be the drives and drive throughput is not as consequential as the CPU horsepower in doing the conversion from AVCHD to Pro Res. However, there are many very knowledgeable people who look at these threads, and I would be interested to hear what they have to say.
Hope this helps.

Multiple users, closed connections
Hi,
I have been building this web application for some time now, and it's going through testing right now. This project has pretty much been a foray into the world of Java/JSP/JDBC/JNDI/etc, considering I've been learning as I go. But - the second the test group actually started using the application, they got random errors. According to the logs, connection closed errors.
The scenario looks something like this (according to the logs):
Client A opens a page
Client B opens a page
Client B finishes faster and connection closes
Client A gets SQLException: Connection is closed.
It's as if there is only one connection (..is there? Truth be told, I'm not exactly sure). I was thinking that it may be a race condition, something to do with threads (although I don't use threads myself, I was just guessing Tomcat might have something to do with this) or something to do with Tomcat's cache, but it's hard to start poking around without knowing what I should poke. I'm betting my money on the all-time favourite - PEBKAC.
Anyway, the application has a "base" JSP, which in turn loads other classes if necessary.
The JSP contains:
/* 8< 8< 8< 8< 8< 8< */
db=new DBconnection("jdbc/mydb");
/* 8< 8< 8< 8< 8< 8< */
db.Close();Configuration file:
<Resource name="jdbc/mydb" auth="Container" type="javax.sql.DataSource"/>
<ResourceParams name="jdbc/mydb">
</ResourceParams>
/* 8< 8< 8< 8< 8< 8< */
<parameter>
<name>driverClassName</name>
<value>com.mysql.jdbc.Driver</value>
</parameter>
<parameter>
<name>url</name>
<value>jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mydb?autoReconnect=true</value >
</parameter>The DBconnection class outline:
public final class DBconnection {
private Connection con;
public DBconnection(String resource) {
this.con=null;
try {
Context initContext = new InitialContext();
Context envContext = (Context)initContext.lookup("java:/comp/env");
DataSource ds = (DataSource)envContext.lookup(resource);
this.con = ds.getConnection();
catch(SQLException ex) { /* blahblah */ }
catch(Exception ex) { /* blahblah */ }
if (this.con==null) { /* blahblah */ }
/* Update, Query and other methods */
public void Close() {
if (this.con!=null) {
try { this.con.close(); }
catch(Exception ex) { /* blahblah */ }
}I tried searching Google and this forum, but I couldn't find anything close to this. I greatly appreciate any advice.Hi, thanks for the reply.
I don't know what the MVC model is, since I am new to JSP and servlets. I do not use servlets as such,
although I believe that the 'snippets' of java code used within the JSP pages are known as Java servlets?
Due to the fact that i only use JSP, this would mean that I can't extend servlets from a controller
servlet. I would be able to implement your idea in Java, but I'm not sure about JSP. Sorry if I am
missing your point, perhaps I misunderstood. Could I have a controller JSP file which accesses the
database using abstract methods, and then passes the results back to the other JSP files??
If you require I can give you more details on my implementation.
Thanks again for the prompt reply,
Craig. -
Personalization of Dtailed Navigation Panel
Hello Community
We are currently using NW Portal 7.02 and we have the following cutsomer requirement: Is it possible to let the user personalize the detailed navigation? The personalization should only include the state of the detailed navigation, therefore opened or retracted. Is there a way to achieve that behaviour (provide the function to personalize, so thet the user user finds the detailed navigation in the same state as he left it on hos next logon to the portal) or is it just possible to determine the state by setting the initital status behaviour (automatic, closed, always closed)?
Thanks in Advance!Hi Alexander,
> automatic, closed, always closed
--> 7.0: Automatic, Open, Close, Always Close
See http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/db/a14c12b21d412a96ea09da3ba45f1a/frameset.htm for details.
The "close" configuration is the "most personalized" one, other features are not offered.
In 7.3, the possibilities are even more restricted:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/db/a14c12b21d412a96ea09da3ba45f1a/frameset.htm
So, in short words, no, your request is not supported.
Hope it helps

I'm attempting to use LDAP in the configuration manager but its rejecting me outright.
These are my settings:
Built in database radio button selected
LDAP Server URL - ldap://mycompany.local:389
Base Node for User Search: dc=mycompany,dc=local
Base Node for Group Search: dc=mycompany,dc=local
User ID attribute Name: cn
Group ID attribute name: cn
Group Member Attribute: member
Default Admin Account for Web Administrator
Username - myadminaccountname
Password - grayedout
I have verified all of the attributes as being correct but I'm still getting a javax.naming.authetication error - 49
Can anyone helpMy system has Java jre-6u31-windows-x64 and Tomcat 7.0 installed. Java has to be installed prior to Tomcat. Once both are installed, I set the properties for Tomcat to start automatically.
First and foremost, you have to know where your admin ID is in your AD structure. I could not get the Configuration Manager to work correctly so I had to edit the robohelp_server.properties file manually. You can open the robohelp_server.properties (or your new context_server.properties) file in Notepad.
Once the file is open, verify that the DefAdminPwd is deleted. Verify that your DefAdminUid adminName is correct. Theres a good tool called Softerra LDAP administrator to query your LDAP server if you do not know where your adminID is.
This is the exact procedure that I have my Project Administrators use to create a new context:
Log into the Robohelp server CMCROBO01 with your administrator name and password.
Click on Start>All Programs>Adobe RoboHelp Server 9>Configuration Manager
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\conf
Select server.xml and Open.
Specify Tomcat 7 from the drop-down menu
At this point the RoboHelp Server Configuration Manager will open.
Select File>New Context
Select a context name for your project. In this case my context name is (mycontextname) - I have been using lower case letters for context naming to stay consistent with folder structure. Click OK.
(MY Context Name is the name of a project created in RoboHelp 9 HTML that I plan to push to the RoboHelp Server).
To stay consistent, please do not use special characters when creating a context !@#$%^&*()_+= etc (My rule)
Click the Use LDAP Authentication check box and fill in the white areas of the RoboHelp Server Configuration Manager.
LDAP Server URL - ldap://domainController01.myCompany.local:389
Base Node for User Search - ou=users,ou=is-admins,ou=anotherOU,dc=myCompany,dc=local
Base Node for Group Search - dc=myCompany,dc=local
User ID Attribute Name - cn
Group ID Attribute Name - cn
Group Member Attribute - member
Default Admin Account for Web Administrator
Username - adminrobohelp
Password - (grayed out)
Click Save. Close Configuration Manger. This should restart the Tomcat service.
Tomcat may be slow to restart. Just to be safe, start/restart Tomcat manually.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Robohelp Server 9\WEB-INF and find a file called mycontextname_server.properties. (mycontextname_server), and open the file with Notepad. Delete the the DefAdminPwd "admin" and save. Verify that the DefAdminUid is adminrobohelp. (or whatever your adminName is)
Restart the Tomcat service. -
Tip: Where is VMware License of my BE6000 ?
Due to any reason (accidental factory reset or ungraceful shutdown), you may run into the issue of VMware eval License warning. No need worry, VMware license is shipped with all BE6000 boxes, provided it was orderd as BE6k bundle such as "BE6k-ST-BDL-K9'.
Locate the envelope marked as “Cisco Vmware vSphere Hypervisor 5.0” in the shipping box. Locate the card titled as “Right to Use Notification” in the envelope. Note down the Master serial number, which is the license activation key.
In the vSphere client, Navigate to Configuration > Software > Licensed Features , and click Edit Select Assign a new license key to this host. Click the button Enter Key... and type in the Master serial number noted in previous step. Click OK to close configuration dialogs and apply the licenseThanks Joe for quick response. I guess somebody just used 3.0.1 eval to install before. I searched the system and found there is one directory: Ciscoworks 3.0\eval and there are cm.lic, dfm.lic, ipm.lic, rme.lic. When I open these files, I see there is "Evalution" word in every file. Also I find there is another lic file in the current program files directory called "LMS20090903071445912.lic". 20090903 is the last time when they installed the Ciscoworks. Should I use this LMS20090903071445912.lic file? There is no evaluation word in this file and this file includes all components licenses we bought.
Thanks.
