PR release date report

Hi,
I want to get the report in which i can get exact release date of PR. In ME5A / ME5j release date is not exact date at which the PR was released.

CDHDR is a table for change documents - Here you shoujld be abkle to find the change document number that is referencing your PR
CDPOS - is the same for line item data.
You will need to get the Change document number of CDHDR to use in CDPOS
Even though you are probably releasing the PR in its entirity, there really isn't much of a header record - each line item is released together. You may find the data you are looking for in CDPOS

You can get the list of PR's from ME5A or from table EBAN etc...
BUt its not possible to get the exact release date...
It a biggest drawback..

Hi
U can get Po release date per release code, use CDHDR and CDPOS tables in SE16
Enter transaction as ME28/ ME29N, Enter the range date,enter the object value as PO number (PO number should be 10 digit if the PO is not 10 digit, then add zero value for the prefix).
Then you can find the release date
Rest details u can find from ME2N report i.e Po details and Release indicator using dyanamic selection

Oracle Reports 9i release date???

Dear All,
Has there been a release date set for Oracle Reports 9i? We are having some serious installation issues with Oracle Reports 6i clashing with Oracle 8.0.6 database, 9i Application Server, and trying to get the demos installed so that we can really learn how to use this tool that seems like it will definitely fit our web app reporting needs.

Almost a week later, and still no change to the Express Edition download page. There must be some last minute bugs to fix.
At least 11gR2 XE fixes the problem (that exists with 10gR2 XE) on Windows where starting the Oracle XE service does not open the database.
Edit: that Oracle newsletter has been edited. It now says: "Oracle Database, Express Edition 11g is now available for download as a beta release, +and the production release is imminent+."

How to find out the Release date & Release code of PO's ?

Is there any standard reports available to find out the Release date & Release codes of PO's which are already released & the PO's which are pending for release ?

In ME2N,ME2M etc..I have to select each single PO line item & then have to go to Header Changes to find out this info.
So, Is it possible to find out the release codes/release date of all the PO's in a single shot?

In which table I can find the date on which the PO was released.
I could not find the release date of PO in EKKO.
I need to develop a report in which PO are to be included as per the release date not the document date(PO creation date).

Hi,
Release Date is not available directly in any Table.
But, you can get this using following tables;
- CDHDR - Change document header
- CDPOS - Change document items
Go to table CDHDR, here pass PO No in field "CDHDR-OBJECTID" and Transaction as ME29N in field "CDHDR-TCODE" and get the Document Number from field "CDHDR-CHANGENR" and date of changes happened "CDHDR-UDATE" (Take this as Release Date)
Then go to table CDPOS and pass the Field value "CHANGENR" and get the change details. And here get the New Value (CDPOS-VALUE_NEW) for Release

Run the Diagnostic OM order Information report against the order. In the report you can the find the picked date.
Can I know you are using the transact move order ?

10.1.2.0.2 App Server Release Date?

Folks,
Does anyone know what the expected release date is for the Oracle 10g Application Server Release 2 Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Aka, the one with Forms and Reports services) and the accompanying 10.1.2.0.2 Developer Suite? I would like to get a feel so I can decide which one to load. 1 week? 1 month? 1 year?, etc. Thanks.

RegardsWe waited for 9.0.4 to be released for way too long (about a year on the Windows platform). It is almost as stable as 9iAS R1 and it requires more resources (cpu and ram) to run but overall, it isn't too bad. We waited for 9.0.4 because it contained bug fixes we required to migrate from 1.0.2.2.2a. What does 10.1.2 have that 9.0.4.1 doesn't? I thought it was virtually the same thing as 9.0.4.1.

Oracle UCM Release Date - Workflow

In Oracle UCM the release date is shown at the date and time the content enters workflow. Is there an easy way to update the release date field with the date that the content is approved?. I am trying to report on the date that the content item was approved in the workflow, not when it entered the workflow.
Does anyone know of an easy way to do this. Is there any way in workflow to write out to a custom metadata field the date and time the content was approved?

What you're probably seeing is actually "dInDate" rather than "dReleaseDate".
On the content info page the revisions table at the bottom has an (intentionally) mislabled column called "release date" that actually displays dInDate
dInDate is when the content item was submitted.
dReleaseDate is when the content item is released from all the workflow processing and indexing into the general collection.
It is possible to have dReleaseDate set during workflow but only if you set wfReleaseDocument=1 in the workflow script(s).
So report on dReleaseDate and ignore what's in the revisions table.
Out of the box, UCM keeps dInDate as the date that you checked in the file. However, we have a product, "Workflow Solution Set" that updates the dInDate to the date that the item is released from workflow and thereby shows up in the revisions table and any other reports as the time the doc was actually approved for consumption. FYI: you can see what is getting loaded in that table by appending "&IsJava=1" to the URL and taking a look at the REVISION_HISTORY result set.

Need Table/T-code to find purchase req release date

Hi Experts,
I work on different kind of req's like
1) MRP req's
2) Work Order req's
3) Project req's
4) Manually approved req's
As per my observation every req gets released in a different way(Iam an SAP MM enduser iam not an expert in SAP)
I need your help to find out the way to know the release date for all type of req's instead of manually tracking.

By using CDHDR & CDPOS iam getting the required result howevere the problem iam facing is identifying the req line items.
The way iam following in CDPOS is first iam filtering the Filed name EKGRP then iam checking the table key & then identifying the particular req line item.But the problem is when iam downloading the report to excel the line item value is becoming Zero.Please advise.
For Example req# 25613998 Line item 10
Table key value in the system report is 510002561399800010 & the field name is EKGRP
when I download the report in to excel the table key value in the excel is 510002561399800000 in excel iam unable to identify the particular req line item #.
Please help.

Release date of PR

I want to know the table name where I can find PR release date. I can use CDHDR table for this for a report generation. But it is causing performance issues. Is there any other table for the same?

You can find the Purchase requistion Release Date in the Table: EBAN (Purchase Requistion)
and the
Field Name: FRGDT (Purchase Requisition Release Date)
and
you can use this table and filed name for your report.
Suggestion: you can check the table and field you are loooking for through t.code: SE12 and Enter the above table name.

ME5A T code Capturing wrong PR Release Date

Dear All
I am an enduser, we have a KPI for our Procurement team to capture the Avg PR to PO process time.
To do so we mainly require PR final Release date & correponding PO Release date.
we are using Tcode Me5a to get this details, But it capture wrong PR final release date.
we need to made a vlook with PR dates obtained from table AJ_log_rel.
Do we have any other standard report in SAP which capture PR Rel date & corresponding PO creation or release date.

ME5A it wont show the pr release date.
If you want to see the exact pr release date ME53N item changes you can get the exact release dtae.
or else ask your abaper to develop a report. To get this pr release date ask him to pass the pr no in those table CDHDR & CDPOS.

As u know ME28 and ME29N used to release PO's
U can check release date from CDHDR table in SE16/SE11
follow the path
T code SE16 -Table CDHDR -->enter PO number in <b>Document Number</b> -->enter Trnx ( click yellow arrow in front of it enter both trnx code i.e me28/me29n execute)
Now execute the report u will able to see release date for ur PO
Also u can check Release date/user ID in ME23N
Go to Environment-->Header changes
here ur able to see release date
