PR to SRM- Shipment Address & INCM error

Dear SRM Experts
In Classic Scenario, i am trying to move ECC-MM Purchase Requsition to SRM.
After doing necessary configuration related to it, SLG1 in SRM is showing following two errors
Error Line1
No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address
Message no. BBP_PD051
and
Error Line 2
System status INCM is active (Shopping Cart 1000000501)
Message no. BS013
Diagnosis
Object Shopping Cart 10000XXXX has system status INCM (Incomplete). According to this status, transaction 'Order Shopping Cart' is not allowed.
Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.
I have checked the Shipment Address attribute in PPOMA_BBP, but there is no address list when i click F4 to assign address attribute to user.
Why SRM show error of Address and INCM
What should i perform steps to remove errors to get ECC PR to SRM so that i can perform Sourcing there.
Regards
Ahmed

Hi Experts,
In Plan Driven Procurement I am getting the Same Errors.
No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address
System status INCM is active (Shopping Cart 1000001996)
I created one Dummy Delivery Address in Web GUI and assigned the same to RFC User Which was assigned to Local POrg & Pgrp.
Any Idea on how this issue need to be resolved, your inputs are highly helpful. Thanks in Advance.
We are at SAPKH60403 for ECC
We are at SAPKIBK013 for SRM 5.0
Thanks for help,

  • "Server either does not have a virtual switch configured or none of the configured virtual switches have an IP address assigned" error driving me nuts!

    OK; have been trying to setup a test VM based RDS deployment for a few days now with no luck.
    this error mentioned above:
    "Server <server name> either does not have a virtual switch configured or none of the configured virtual switches have an IP address assigned" error is driving me nuts!
    I have removed and re-added the RD Virtualization Host role numerous times, each time having the "create a virtual switch" checkbox selected, but it did NOT create any virtual switch.
    I created the external virtual switch manually and tried to create the desktop collection again, no luck with the same error.
    a few questions:
    1. you don't assign IP to a switch! you assign IP to Network Interfaces. why does the error puts it like this?! it is technically wrong.(yeah yeah I know all about how you'd assign IP to managed switches in real world to telnet into them and manage them.
    you know better than me that it is not the case here!)
    2.the RDS Virtualization hosts are using their wifi card as the card for the virtual switch. could that be the reason? I even disabled their unplugged wired NIC just to make sure that the wifi is the only available option for the RDS wizard to use for the
    virtual switch creation; but it didn't use it and it didn't create any virtual switch automatically.
    3.if WIFI nic is indeed the reason, is it your suspension or an official documents is there somewhere stating so (that the WIFI NICS on a Virtualization hosts are not supported as the hub for a virtual switch).
    4.what are the properties of the virtual switch the RDS requires? does it have to be external? why can't it work even with my manually created external switch?
    5.how would I fix it?
    P.S: the environment is made up of 2 laptops, having windows 2012 R2 trial installed on them, using their wifi to connect to the out world. no cable is plugged into their wired NIC card.

    Hi,
    Thank you for posting in Windows Server Forum.
    The simplest short term solution was to connect each computer to a small switch that had no other connectivity. This brought up the link light on the external NIC and allowed the creation of the collection to complete. You need to use an external switch. You
    can create one external switch which might fix the problem.
    Please check below article for information.
    VDI Deployment Error About Virtual Switch
    In addition please referthis article for information regarding virtual switch.
    Hope it helps!
    Thanks.

  • How to disable manual change in shipment address in delivery

    Hi Gurus,
    My client's current configuration allows changing the shipment address  (partner tab in header of delivery) on the address tab  - without changing the ship-to party itself
    They now want to implement a change where all partner details will not only be picked from customer master - but also nobody should be able to change the address ( by double clicking on partner number and changing address on the address tab)
    Any ideas / suggestions ?
    Thanks,

    Dear SM,
    As per the standard functionality you can change the ship to party address at sales order and at delivery level.
    Try with this option.
    Take help of BASIS people to give the authorisation for change transactions VA02 and VL02N to the responsible User not for all users so that you can avoid this.
    Other than this you need to go for enhancement with the help of ABAPer.
    I hope this will help you,
    Regards,
    Murali.

    =========================================================================Do we have to make any changes on other config files except the imta.cnf and mappings file for inbound and outbound..
    thanks for any help
    Edited by: prasad0_0 on Jul 8, 2008 4:58 AM

    i have already setup the messaging server 6 months back.. followed the same procedure to route mails to a gateway..
    made changes to the imta.cnf for outbound mail flow to the tcp_local and mappings file to accept inbound mail flow from the gateway. Its working perfectly on the older setup, but this now, have issues with new setup.
    here is the imta.cnf file..

  • SRM MDM Catalog (Subscreen Error)

    Hi,
    I am facing an issue with the SRM MDM catalog.
    We are currently implementing SRM-MDM catalog 1.0 SP1 Patch01 HF1.
    Our MDM server version is MDM 5.5 SP5 Patch02 HF1.
    The steps while creating a Shopping Cart are as follows:
    -     Log into SRM Shopping Screen.
    -     Select the SRM MDM Catalog
    -     Inside the SRM MDM catalog select an item and click on the shopping basket to add the item to the shopping cart.
    -     Once I click on the shopping basket we are getting the below error
    <b>Error when processing your request</b>
    What has happened?
    The URL http://mb1es1001.idcsap.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc01/ was not called due to an error.
    Note
    The following error text was processed in the system <b>SR6 : Subscreen not found</b>
    The error occurred on the application server MB1ES1001_SR6_00 and in the work process 1 .
    The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE
    The ABAP call stack was:
    SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
    What can I do?
    If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SR6 in transaction ST22.
    If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server MB1ES1001_SR6_00 in transaction SM21.
    If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server MB1ES1001_SR6_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
    If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.
    <b>Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 001 -u: RAJ -l: E -s: SR6 -i: MB1ES1001_SR6_00 -w: 1 -d: 20070912 -t: 143649 -v: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE -e: Subscreen not found</b>
    If any have any idea about this error, please help me resolve it. Full points will be awarded.

    Hi
    <b>Check the SAP Note 967088 and download the configuration guide from SAP official website (SAP Marketplace - OSS Login required). Did you raised any message with SAP as well on this yet. If not, please do the same for faster processing of your query.</b>
    <u>Please check what all error logs appear in SLG1 and RZ10 and RZ20 transactions in this case.</u>
    Which SRM/CCM/MDM versions, support packs are you using ?
    FYI, Catalog names are case sensitive.
    OCI parameter should be like this.
    0 http://<J2EEhost.domain>:<J2EEport>/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM
    10 username User1
    20 password <blank>
    30 server <MDM Server>
    40 port <Repositiry port>
    50 catalog <Repository name>
    60 uilanguage SY-LANGU
    70 datalanguage SY-LANGU
    80 mask <blank>
    90 named search <blank>
    User name and password mainatined in MDM console is case sensitive.I would suggest you to follow this step
    1.In MDM Console for User1 enter password as user1(note that password is all small case)
    2.Ensure that you enter the password in similar manner in defining OCI.

    Hi,
    I was doing a bit of multitasking, and the kernel ran out of SWAP and crashed. After reboot everything is borked. Every program I had open prior to crash wont start or crashes soon after opening. (Chromium, Clementine, Terminal, Smuxi, VMware...). The error is either segmentation fault or some weird error.

    Try downgrading libxcursor back to 1.1.14-1
    There are several posts here about segfaults being caused by the upgrade libxcursor (1.1.14-1 -> 1.1.14-2)
    The first few results of a search for libxcursor will give more details.

  • UTL.MAIL error ORA-29279: SMTP permanent error: 501 Address Syntax Error in

    Hi,
    I am new to the forum so please excuse if I post incorrectly without conforming to the standards.
    We need to send mails using the UTL.MAIL package and have installed them on the database.
    Whenever I am trying to send an email I am getting the following error:
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-29279: SMTP permanent error: 501 Address Syntax Error in
    [email protected]
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_MAIL", line 654
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_MAIL", line 671
    ORA-06512: at line 2
    The test code which I am running is as follows:
    BEGIN
    UTL_MAIL.send(sender => 'test <[email protected]>',
    recipients => '[email protected]',
    subject => 'UTL_MAIL test subject',
    message => 'UTL_MAIL test body');
    END;
    I have tried different combinations:
    BEGIN
    UTL_MAIL.send(sender => 'test "<[email protected]>"',
    recipients => '[email protected]',
    subject => 'UTL_MAIL test subject',
    message => 'UTL_MAIL test body');
    END;
    even tried
    BEGIN
    UTL_MAIL.send(sender => '[email protected]',
    recipients => '[email protected]',
    subject => 'UTL_MAIL test subject',
    message => 'UTL_MAIL test body');
    END;
    Everytime I am getting the same error.
    This seems to be working with an exchange mail server but never on the SMTP server.
    In the SMTP server logs the sender address is not having the angular brackets <> unlike the other mails which are being sent over.
    It seems that the SMTP server is pretty strict and the SMTP admin will not change any settings on the server.
    The oracle version is as follows
    Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
    Could you please help me out with a solution.
    Some how the angular brackets are geting stripped off (which UTL MAIL package generally does), Is there any way in which I can include the angular brackets.

    I dislike UTL_MAIL - clunky and poor abstraction interface, and not well written.
    Had a look at the code. It does this:
    WHILE (ALL_RCPTS IS NOT NULL) LOOP
          UTL_SMTP.RCPT(MAIL_CONN,'&lt;' || GET_ADDRESS(ALL_RCPTS) || '&gt;');
    END LOOP;The GET_ADDRESS() function process the ALL_RCPTS parameter, returns the 1st address from it, and updates the (in/out) parameter with the remaining string.
    SQL> var address varchar2(200);
    SQL> exec :address := '<[email protected]>,[email protected]';
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> exec dbms_output.put_line( 'get_address='||UTL_MAIL.GET_ADDRESS(:address)||' address='||:address );
    get_address=[email protected] address=[email protected]
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> exec dbms_output.put_line( 'get_address='||UTL_MAIL.GET_ADDRESS(:address)||' address='||:address );
    get_address=[email protected] address=
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> The address is explicitly surrounded by brackets as per the RFC. So that is what your SMTP server should see.
    If not - perhaps then our UTL_MAIL versions do not match. Cannot recall from what version I pulled and unwrapped the UTL_MAIL package code I have.
    Personally though, I've ceased using UTL_MAIL a while back. It lacks in may respects. I have written my own mail package that supports multiple attachment, complex Mime formatting, attachments of 20+ MB in size, and so on - running on the UTL_SMTP interface (that provides the transport layer for sending mail). And for issues like you are facing, I suggest considering using UTL_SMTP directly.

  • No address record error during installation

    Definitely new to linux
    I'm following the beginners' guide.  I've got to the point in which I Select Packages and get the error:
    Packman preparation failed!
    Check /dev/tty7 for errors
    When I check /dev/tty7 I see:
    Using mirror: ftp://mirrors2.kernel.org/archlinux/$repo/os/x86_64
    [LOG] 2011-05-12 13:19:08 *** Executing worker runtime_packages
    [LOG] 2011-05-12 13:19:08 *** Executing worker package_list

    error: failed retrieving file 'core.db.tar.gz' from mirrors2.kernel.org : No address record
    error : failed to update core (No address record)
    error : failed synchronizing any databases
    So I've been searching the forum for the last couple of hours.  I've pinged google and the mirror successfully several times so I think my network settings are all gravy.  What I see is that the mirror address has been changed from what I typed in.  I typed: "http://mirrors2.kernel.org/archlinux/core/os/x86_64" and when it runs "core" is changed to "$repo"
    This is the only thing I can find, and I have no idea how to keep this from happening.  Any help would be very much appreciated!

    Perhaps there is a missing element in the mirror selection.
    Thus:  from /etc/pacman.d:
    Server = ftp://locke.suu.edu/linux/dist/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch
    #Server = ftp://lug.mtu.edu/archlinux/ftpfull/$repo/os/$arch
    The install procedure for dual .iso provides a long list of mirrors and locke is near the bottom.
    I installed recently using the above FTP install with no difficulty.
    The mirror you used worked just great for me! It's also convenient because suu isn't very far from me at all.
    I'm now not really sure what was wrong earlier. It looks like it's just the mirror I chose, though I restarted the installation since posting and may have done something differently when setting up the network.
    Thanks though! I can't wait to see what arch is all about!

  • Resman error: VXI A24 address allocation error on bus 0

    When we execute resman.exe on our test system the following error occurs:
    VXI A24 address allocation error on bus 0
    We have the MXI Controller configured the same as other systems and our configuration is a pc and two VXI chassis. Anyone have any ideas on what could cause this error?

    Hi Jim,
    I do not immediately know the solution to the problem you are seeing, but have a few troubleshooting suggestions:
    1. Check the pins on all of your MXI-2 connectors.  If the cable
    has damaged pins which cannot be bent back to place, you will want to
    replace the cable.
    2. Try a single VXI chassis, and then the other.  If the problem
    occurs with each chassis individually, then it is likely an issue with
    the PC or cabling.
    3. If the problem only occurs with one of the chassis in step 2, remove
    all instruments from the chassis and try running resman again.  If
    this solves the problem, add your instruments back one at a time to
    isolate which instrument could be causing problems.
    4. If the problem occurs with both chassis in step 2, do you have another PCI-MXI-2 that you could try?
    Let us know the results of your troubleshooting, and we'll be happy to help you out further.

  • ADC Microport address write error

    Hi everyone,
    I am trying to learn how to use the IF RIO PCI 5640 for a project in my class. I have been able to run the first tutorial (single tone output) and it works just fin. Problems arose when I ran the second project, based on the available 'analog input and output' template. At first the FPGA interface pallete was missing from the functions menu. A reinstallation of the drivers and the FPGA module solved this.
    I followed all the instructions given in this tutorial: http://digital.ni.com/manuals.nsf/websearch/1F9D087D7EA6E58F862572C80078C0A2, but now I get this error when I try to run the host vi: "ADC Microport address write error". I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Vasile

    Hello Vasile,
    As you may have noticed already, that version of the getting started manual has been removed from the web and replaced with this one. There were obviously issue with the previous version, which you found out. Hopefully this new version provides no problems but please post back if you find anything wrong and we can investigate and make any necessary revisions/workarounds if needed. Thanks for posting on the IF-RIO forums!

  • Email Address Change -- error message rec'd

    I just changed my email address and now I'm having difficulty accessing iTunes.  The error message says to be sure my computer allows cookies from iTunes.  Sounds basic, but I don't know how to do this.  Can anyone shed some light for me?  Thanks.

    Have you set up your email as a BIS account (you log onto a website to set up the BB accounts)?
    or do you need to leave your PC and outlook and Desktop Redirector running all the time?
    it sounds like an Outlook issue running in conjunction with a Antivirus/antispam program.....

  • After upgrading to Yosemite, Thunderbird does not recognize email addresses: "syntax error" in recipient address. Fix?

    After upgrading to IOS Yosemite, Thunderbird will no longer send emails to the contacts in my history file that drops down when I "write" a new message. I continue to get a return response that there is a syntax error in the address field of the message although I have tried both my stored emails and manually typed email addresses. What has been changed and how do I recover the use of Thunderbird's great program?
    By the way, how do I eliminate out of date email addresses from popping up and populating email responses rather than the most current ones that are in my contacts? I now have to type each one in separately as the default options that come up are many out of date.
    Thanks much for your great work. Mozilla and Firefox are the best.

    Did you find a solution to this issue?  My mail server is doing the same thing.  I've tried six migrations now, and have a couple of tickets open, but they all have issues.  I have worked around all of them except the mail server problem.
    I did some more digging; the problem appears to be that on a migrated server, it leaves all of your mail store in the old location, doesn't move it, and then doesn't appear to upgrade spam-assassin properly.  The net effect is that the mail server gets the SMTP communication, tries to pass the message into spam assassin, and then it goes south.
    I see errors like this littered in the logs:
    Jul 31 13:53:10 mail org.amavis.amavisd[5927]: bayes: cannot open bayes databases /var/amavis/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/O: tie failed:
    Jul 31 13:53:10 mail org.amavis.amavisd[5927]: bayes: cannot open bayes databases /var/amavis/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/O: tie failed: No such file or directory
    Do you see anything similar?

  • SRM HR Org Structure - error in EBP User

    We are on SRM 4.0 (EBP 5.) and have replicated our R/3 org structure.  We run a nightly batch job that updates the org structure in SRM with any changes made in R/3.  Some users are unable to use SRM due to not being replicated properly into SRM. When you view the org structure via PPOMA_BBP - Change Attributes  Check there are two STOP signs - with the following error messages
    STOP   BBP Error in EBP User xxxxx
    STOP   HR/ALE Verteilung ist aktiv. Verteilen Sie die Benutzerdaten neu.
    When I translated the German error message, it translated to
    HR/ALE Distribution is active.
    Redistribute the user data.
    How do I redistribute the user data to correct the problem so the users can use SRM again?
    Also, where can I change the german transaction into English.
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Jan Stover

    Hi Jan,
         Follow these steps in R/3
    1. Go To PA20. Check the Personal ID for the user for whom it shoots an error
    2. Go To PFAL. You might have to use a variant for this transaction. Feed the User's Personal # and the target system.
    This will push an IDOC from R/3 to SRM with the org data
         Follow these steps in SRM:
    1. Go to SE38 and execute this report RBDAPP01
    This report will process the incoming IDOC to the Org Structure in SRM
