PR00 Condition is missing in web ui

we have the scenario in crm like opportunity management , quotation analysis where in pr00 condition we have to input .
pr00 condition is mandatory in all the transactions in crm . for this reason pr00 we maintained as mandatory in the pricing procedure and we replicated all the pricing procedures in to crm . and when we tested a transaction in SAP GUI system is giving message as "PR00 is mandatory " and we are going in to item conditions tab and we are entering the pr00 manually .
But the same when we are trying to configure on webui , we added all the fields of gui in to webui by searching the components . and when we run the transaction in webui , system is giving the message "pr00 is mandatory"and when we go into pricing details tab , there is no pr00 in the price type drill down . i cannot input manually the proo in webui , i have to select it form drop down list only . but which is not appearing .
please suggest

CRM WebUI is another UI which is used for creating master and transactional data from CRM2007 and CRM7.0. If you have maintained the 'PR00' condition in SAPGUI, then it should reflect in WebUI.
In WebUI, pricing condition 'PR00' will not be available as 'PR00'. It will display the corresponding description for 'PR00' like 'Price' or 'Basic Price'. Check it out.

Inquiry - PR00 condition record missing

I looked for a solution for my problem in this forum and elsewhere and hence my post.
I am in process of creating a creating a Inquiry but there is an error indicating "Pricing error: Mandatory condition PR00 is missing".
There is a PR00 condition record for this material. I checked pricing analysis and notice system is not reading this condition record. Access sequence is indicating condition record is missing.
What could be the problem?

Your problem is system is not determining pricing date.
In sales tab button of inquiry, enter pricing date.
Now go to Item conditions tab and click update button and select carry out new pricing.
Your problem should be solved now.
For inquiries, system takes 'pricing date' from 'valid from date' field.
I presume, you did not also give 'valid from date' in your Inquiry.
The reason why it is happening is because in IN order type, transaction VOV8, proposal for pricing date comes from proposal based on valid from date.
In future, assign dates in Valid to and from fields and you would not see this problem again.

Double PR00 condition at item level in the IC

Hello SAP Gurus,
I need your help with this issue.
Scenario: I enter the Interaction Center UI and start creating a sales order with "MXN" as the currency at header level, I enter a product in "USD" and price is not calculated automatically and has to be enter manually.
When going into the item details two identical price conditions appear:
PR00 - ....... - USD (blank)
PR00 - 1.34 - USD (the price I entered at header level)
I tried to get rid-off one but ít wont let me,a messages is generated: "Cannot erase condition, it´s mandatory".
I´ve also tried matching the header and item level currency but the same thing happens; the price is enter manually and two PR00 conditions are created.
This cannot be left like this since it generates errors at the invoicing stage.

Found the reason and solution for this error in my situation, which has to do with how the prices are assigned to the material.
The prices for the materials are maintain in a List of Prices per volume uploaded in ECC. This list has serveral volumen scales, and each scale has a different price (Logic: as the volume increases, the price decreases). The issue here is that the initial scale for some materials was to set to high and sales orders were being created with quantities under that scale, as a consequence the price was not calculated automatically because it didnt fell under any scale and the by manually entering the PR00 condition, somehow it would create an extra could not be erase.
Example:
- Material: ABCD
- List of Prices per volume for ABCD: Scale 1) 1000KG - 1499KG -> 2.50 USD / Scale 2)1500KG - 1999KG -> 2.44 USD / Scale 3) 2000KG - 2499KG -> 2.38USD
- Sales Order: Material ABCD / Qty order: 550KG = MISSING PR00 MANDATORY CONDITION
- Reason: QTY 550 KG is out of scale
The solution proposed, was to review the scales and if sales orders are being created in lower quantities, they need to set a low volumen for the initial scale.

Taxes condition table - missing.

We have one situation where in our client is facing an error while creating a sales order(trading)- the error : condition table missing access JST1(pricing- taxes)missing. what can be the causes and solution?

check the access seq JST1 from the following route
SPRO > Financial Accounting >Financial Accounting Global Settings > Tax on Sales/Purchases > Basic Settings > Check Calculation Procedure > Access sequece
There might b the condition table missing, either enter valid conditon table or remove the ACNO(acess no) from the JST1 access sequene.

Check on duplicate PR00 condition in sales order

In our sales order the pr00 condition is manual , Many a times the user give more than once the pr00 condition , the system accepts the same .
How to supress this . I am using the user exit FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK OR FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP , but I am not getting , from which table the pricing condition is to be checked.

Hi Vamsee,
Looks like SD config made some changes to pricing conditions for sales order. If you are getting the error in development system, they would have deleted some pricing table which was there before and it is referred in some user exit. If you are getting the error in QA system/Prod, config changes are completely transported.
Please check condition table exists in the system, If not please inform the SD config contact.

Check the schema group vendor for that vendor in vendor master
using that track the Pricing procedure to which it is assigned
then check the condition table for that access sequence z002

Some Condition types missing during extraction from 2LIS_11_VAKON

Hi,
I am extracting conditions data to BI from ECC through 2LIS_11_VAKON. This datasource uses the fields from table KOMV. The Field KSCHL (Condition type) is also being taken from KOMV structure.
My problem is some condition types are missing during extraction. Say, for example, for a Document condition i have 22 Condition types in KONV table but when i extract the data to BI, nearly 7 conditions are missing, i am getting only 15 condition types for the same document condition in BI.
Why is this happening? I dont have any filters set. Moreover, this is happening in the Datasource level itself.
Please advice. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

VPRS Condition is missing in invoice for bacth determine line item

Hi Gurus,
I have an Concern, My user has created Sales order with three line items.
He did delivery and Invoice individually for each line item.
For 2 line items he entered batch manually and did invoice there we didn't find any issue.
For third line item he did auto batch determination there for that item VPRS condition is missing in invoice.
I have checked the note ( 70038 ) and I have applied the note also, But still I am facing same problem.
Please provide me solution if any modification need to be done,

As VPRS condition type is coming for the first 2 line items and not for 3rd line item , so kindly check the Material Master Record->Accounting tab.What is the difference between the 3rd material and another 1st and 2nd materials.Also check in the Analysis what it is showing for the third line item billing document

Row text Visible in Excel layout but missing in Web layout

Hi,
My row text is visible in Excel layout but it is missing in web layout. Only the first row is missing text while the other rows are showing
The planning layout that I am using is also used in another web layout but I don't have same issue.
I have tried to the following.
- Retransport the layout
- delete the row and recreate it
but the issue is still the same.

Condition type missing

Hi all,
2 customized condition type ZR00, ZM00 on which the main pricing is executed in PP, can create condition records the pricing and everthing is working fine, but when i go to transcation V/LD and try to execute an pricing report, those 2 customized condition type missing, was wondering what could be the reason ?

Hello,
this is SAP standard behaviour and it makes sence.
If you customized a condition as manually, then you must be entered the condition type in the order and then you can maintain these condition in the order.
It is not possible to set a condition as manually and then the condition type is with a line in the order with value zero and then you can entered only the value in the order.

Go to transaction VK32.
Select material prices or individual prices from the prices section.
enter the appropriate data for selecting the key combination as per your requirement.
select the condition line and choose select rule.
select rule 1 and choose continue.
Enter target customer and click execute.
select the resulting line and click continue.
save the condition records.

Missing application web.xml

hi,
tomcat loads my application but then does not recognise the web.xml file i have placed in WEB-INF folder of my application, resulting in:
missing application web.xml, using defaults only.
can anyone tell me how to go about resolving this.

If you are using the application which uses web.xml data then if your application is getting loaded then that means that it is using your web.xml.
But you r saying that it is using some defaults. so please check whether there is some comments continued and not allowed to using your tags.ie., whether our code is commented.

Default Pricing in PR00 condition

This is in MTO Quotation Process.....
1.EK01 and Markup are the 2 ITEM condition types which we use without any condition records.
.In pricing procedue
1.STEP-1--EK01 is the cost which reads from UNIT COSTING of the Particular Item.++
2.Step-2--Markup will be applied based on customer and material.++
3. Step-3--Cost + Markup++
4.Step-4ZP00 is the condition type the value of step-3 which populates to condition value field-which is =EK01 + Markup and it is statistical condition type and cannot be edited manually.++
5.Step-4Pr00 priceNow our requirement is that , ZP00 value should be defaulted as our basic price PR00 and if there is no value in ZP00 condition line then it should take ZERO, where in user can enter it manually.
6. This is alternative condition type formulae which has been assigned for ZP00 condition type.

In such case what are the tables i have to consider to tell to my ABAPER and what prcautions i have to take.

I like to suggest below;
1) Remove the statistical check assignment for the condition type ZP00. This means you need to assign the account key similar to PR00.
2) Then assign the step number of ZP00 in the from column for the condition type PR00.
I assume this should pull the value. Since ZP00 and PR00 are assigned before gross value and PR00 comes after ZP00, the system will always consider the PR00 value.
I am just curious, why you need ZP00? Instead you can have PR00 and you can assign the same routine to PR00. I think this is simplest and easily manageable.
