PRE 9: multiline title overlay with a "warp wave" Video effect

I am trying for the following effect: Overlay a photo of a garden that is transmuting from a plane photo to a cartoon image (I have succeeded with this part of the effect) with a title. On separate part of the time line I have created a title that will be a video overlay of the photo & starts out with 0 opacity goes to 100% as "warp wave" Video effect (I have succeeded with this part of the effect) & then straightens out to be normal text --this is the part I can't correctly do.
When I figure out how to do the above I still have to move this sectional piece to overlay the Garden photo, which could be problematic
I will gladly change this method if there is easier way to accomplish the title, which is a multiline overlay to a photo with a "warp wave" Video effect that straightens out the text.
Has anyone done something similar?

Although it sounds like you're creating your title effect on a separate timeline? Not sure why you're doing that. It makes much more sense to just put it on a video track above your background.
If the Title is in a different Project, then Exporting/Sharing with Transparency must be considered. A Title in PrE will have Transparency, but one must take that into consideration, when doing the Export/Share, for use in other Projects. This is where the Millions of Colors + comes in, with many formats/CODEC's. The + is the Alpha Channel, and will be needed for Transparency.

No. If you don't have the album you originally used to create the galleries you can do so by dragging the photos from each gallery to a new, empty album. Then when you find the photo sharing site/option you have decided on you can easily upload each album to the site.
Another option is to obtain a hosting service and create iWeb photo pages for each album and future albums similar to this photo page in one of my demo sites: iPhoto Book as an iWeb Slideshow. Or you can use the iWeb album page and have an album for each iPhoto album on it like on this demo page: Page-7 .

Error "Could not resolve s:ViewNavigatorApplication to a component implementation...", after overlaying with AIR SDK 13.0

Just installed FB 4.7, overlayed with AIR SDK 13.0, started FlexMobileProject and I get this error "Could not resolve <s:ViewNavigatorApplication> to a component implementation...", which I can't get rid of. Tried 3-4 times, error stays.
I overwrote the Flex sdk 4.6.0 with Air SDK 13.0.
Is this a bug? Please help.

Playlists containing songs with titles starting with non-alphabetical characters do not get transferred at all

I was really happy about how the desktop manager lets me choose the songs from my itunes library by playlists! this is smart! I'm also happy to see the playbook render asian characters properly (unlike my experience on the bold!)
However, I have a lot of songs which have titles that begin with non-alphabetical characters, ie asian characters. For all playlists which contains such songs, those songs do not get transferred onto the playbook AT ALL. For example, I have one playlist which contains only songs with titles beginning with asian characters - this playlist was transferred but it is shown as containing zero songs! When I browse my song library by artist/album, I can find all those songs that should be in that/those playlists.
Can this be fixed?

as it turns out, it kind of got fixed by itself. what i did (i think, since i have not definitively verified) was i went to browse "all songs" wherein i noticed all thoses songs starting with asian characters seemed to show correctly. then i went back to the playlists in question, and viola!
clearly there is a bug or two in the music player somewhere regarding these title characters. but rim has more urgent things to resolve i guess - like my auto screen lock is still not working!

Obiee 11g show title along with no results.

I have a requirment to show no data when there are no results along with the report title at the top.In obiee 11g when i get the no results the title view is dissapearing.Is there any way were i can get both the title along with no results without going to CSS .

Click on the "Displaying the Results of Analyses" section and then scroll down to "Alerting Users to No Data in the Results of Analyses."
In the Header field, you can enter the title of your report, then customize your message in the Message field.

Pre pouplating selectone list box with data

hello friends, im very new to jsf programming
I have one requrement like this.
In one jsp page there are many select boxes (jSF components).
and there is one backing bean corresponding to that jsp page.
I want to pre populate the select boxes with the data, from the database.
I dont know howand where to set the values to these select boxes.
please help me friends.

You can pre-propulate the bean anytime before you attempt to build the page (on which the select boxes are on).
Use an action method, action listener, or even the beans constructor to populate the bean.
There are a few other times/ways you can pre-populate the bean, but they are more special cases.
Most people will use the beans constructor. It's the simplest and most straight forward way (plus, that's what a constructor is for... populating your Object with defaults). You can make your DB calls from within the constructor.

Which version of 6? Check the slide quality, if it is at Low, push it to High or Optimized. Then uncheck all compression settings in Preferences, Project, SWF Size and Quality.

Title Bar with Record No

use set title statement for your requirement.
use the following syntax.
SET TITLEBAR 'TITLE' WITH text.
in the text u can pass the value dynamically.
Note: if you double click on the 'TITLE ' it wil ask you is display the some pop up screen for creating the title.
In TITLE label u just enter the &.

Slideshow overlayed with image name

I would like to make a slideshow that has the still image overlayed with the image file name. I don't want to do it one at a time. Adobe Encore CS4 does this but it has import problems (for me anyway). There must be some way to automate placement of item properties (like file name) over or with the image in the timeline ... ??

they aren't able to be exported as an entire bin folder ready for importing into another if needed.
Oh, but they are! You can select multiple titles, or even a bin containing multiple titles, and use the same File > Export > Title command. Premiere Pro will ask you where you want to save the first (and change the name, but it will default to the name given in the project), and then will automatically export all selected titles without further user intervention. You can import them en masse or in a folder (to create a bin automatically) into another project.

Troubles with Time warp (CC) effect

Hello everybody,
I am experiencing some troubles when using the Time warp in After Effects CC. I would like to create a smooth slow motion effect in a video, but, even applying the Easy ease on the keyframes the effect produces some distortions in the images.
I don't know if it's important to say that the original images show two people dancing in a party and there are flashing lights all the time. Does this interfere in the result of the effect?
I've used this effect before in the its CS6 version and the result was excellent. I have already checked the graphics and changed some paramethers, but this doen't change the distortions...

Some footage just does not slow down well. Here's what I would do. First, reset the time warp effect to normalize all the settings. Second, set the speed. Third, step through the footage one frame at a time until you find the frame with the most problems. It is here that you should start experimenting with things like block size, smoothness, filtering. When you get your best looking frame it is time to do a ram preview.
Some elements in the shot, like a hand moving for example, may require some roto or other techniques to create a matte layer. With some footage you will get a better result by simply using TimeRemapping with frame blending turned on. Sometimes Twixtor is the only solution. Twixtor has a lot more options than TimeWarp, but neither of them offer a one click solution to difficult shots with lots of edge detail.

Thank you, reducing the image size worked! I had used a low res file before, and with success decided to increase the resolution/size, and then it didn't work. the image did appear in small preview in the export panel, but wouldn't burn when all was said and done. the dimensions you gave worked fine. unfortunately, it makes the image a little bit fuzzy, but i dont think i can do anything about this. at least it burned it in there. thanks!

Can a pre-paid phone be used with the Imac?
Looking to buy a cheap cell phone with no extras, save texting and caller ID. Just buy a phone with minutes per 90 days as cheaply as I can. Can these phones be used in conjunction with a computer, and in what way? Never owned a cell phone, just want to get rid of my land line.

Depends on what cell phone. Does it have Bluetooth, USB, a sync cable? My daughter had a cheap phone from AT&T but there was no way to connect it to a computer. What were you planning on connecting it for? Tethering? Transfer files? Syncing calendars/contacts?
