「¥pre¥Backend¥Src¥Time¥Time.cpp-389」が出てしまい,書き込みが一時停止される。その後,「続行」を選択するとDVD書き込みが再開され,DVDは完成す るが,キャプチャー画面(シーン画面)のサムネイルが,動く設定で書き込んだにもかかわらず,動かない。と,いうトラブルです。それ以外は,完成したDVDは,観られるのですが。宜しくお願い いたします。

Thank you both for your help, based on what you have posted including the links to other topics, I think I am making some progress.
Firstly based on the assumption that something has changed, I do recall that one of the times Audition hung, when I rebooted and run it again, the colours had changed in the Spectrum display. So I went into the Spectral Controls window and made some changes to get the colours back, but I also changed the resolution to 1024 from 512. Now I think this may have been about the time that the frequency of these problems increased. So with that in mind I have been back into those settings and reset them back to default (a good place to start). This seemed to help a great deal in that I could play and fast scroll through over one hours audio before a hang.
So I also rolled back the video drivers to those I have been using for years, in fact these are dated 2004. This did not seem to improve things, so I then changed the screen resolution for my monitor from 1900x1200 to 1680x1050. Now I have just gone through 4 hours of audio with NO HANG. Things are looking good, so I will leave things as they are and report back perhaps in a few days.
Just going back a few months, the hangs were very intermittent and may happen once a week or so, this seemed to increase in the past few weeks, possibly after the settings changes to the Spectral Controls. Why it started to happen in the first place though, I dont think I will ever get to the bottom of.

Problem: when either building an image or a folder the build halts after a few seconds with this error message. "Encore has encountered an error [\dev\stingray\Backend\Src\Sequence\Sequence.cpp-1395]" then the general error pops up.
project size is 800mb, there are no errors, all files are encoded, preview works fine. tried disbaling motion animated buttons. No motion menus
XP SP2, recent default install of production suite. Tried it with network disabled, many reboots, renames, drive changes.
PC is dell SC430 server 1gb ram, Intel 2.8D, Drives have plenty of space etc etc
Google reveals a few similar problems but no resolutions, any help much appreciated

What I tried to say (via Web Mail) was that I'm a PC guy, so I don't have any real details about Soundflower. All I know is that other Mac users have reported that it can cause significant problems with Adobe apps.

When playing audio in the edit window when using the Spectral Frequency Display, Audition 3 keeps hanging and when it does so it causes the display to get screwd up. Not just the Audition window, but any others including the icons, task bar etc. Some times it also displays the following error message:

Audition has encountered an error.

Once this happens the computer has to be re-booted, programs don't run, or are very slow.

This is driving me mad, I can't get any work done, it happens many times an hour. There is nothing that has been changed that I am aware of. To try and sort it out I have got the latest graphics drivers, added the 3.01 patch. I am using Windows XP SP3.

I made a purchase of about 3 songs for the price of 5.16. Well when I was trying to download the songs a message kept appearing saying that "the account inforamtion does not match my bank records". Looking at my bank account 3 days later it shows up under my accout as pre-authorized charges 9 times. The post dates of these charges are not all today and these charges are pending transactions.
Why did they charge me nine times for the same purchase? And why is it charged for tomorrow?This happend to me to---kept getting msg that info did not match bank records and I tried a few times then gave up THEN checked bank account and they charged me SIX TIMES

I'm getting the error message below while editing in Premiere Pro CS5. Not sure what is triggering it because it has happened when doing different things. Started 2 days ago. The program then closes but I can Save before it closes. A co-worker who knows I am new to Mac asked me if I was doing automatic updates. He said NOT to do this. I am running Premiere 5.5 working on a large project on a Dell Precision M6600. I have had a few issues with the same project, Premiere has been shutting down, auto save not saving as often as it is set and most recent what has brought me here; I minimized the screen to check an email and when I returned I saw an incomplete save bar and moments later an error message from premiere popped up.

I am a rookie with PE7 and definitely not very tech-savvy compared to most on this forum, but I came to this site looking for assistance with a PE7 video project I have been working on for the last several weeks and now I'm afraid I have lost. When I attempt to open the project, I get an error message saying "Premier Elements has encountered an error [..\..\Src\Video\VideoSegment.cpp-55]." When I click "continue", another error box pops up saying "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applicant's support team for more information." When I click "OK", another box pops up and says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I have rebooted my computer several times and get this message every time. Regrettably, I made the rookie mistake of not backing up my project file and now am afraid I will lose my hours of work. I was about 1-2 hours from being done with this project and was supposed to submit it to an NGO this week. Can't believe it crashed at this point. Any ideas on how I might be able to get back into this file so I can recover my work?
The project is a 25 minute documentary using multiple HD video clips, still photos, titles, and mp3 audio. Below is the information I heard I was supposed to post. If there is other information needed, please let me know. Again, I am not well-versed in computer lingo, so if there is other information I need to hunt down, any help on where to look for it, etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your help.

Page File C:\pagefile.sysConcerning your .prel failure PRE will have created backup copies of your .prel in the folder "Adobe Premiere Elements Auto-Save" under your main project folder. Copy these to a temporary folder and see if they open correctly. If they do, I recommend the very first action you take is to export your project to an AVI or HDV format. These are then available to import into any PRE project.
Some basics:
Install all Windows updates
Install latest version of QuickTime (v7.6.6 at time of writing)
Install most recent graphics and sound drivers from the manufacturers web sites
Run Disk Cleanup
Run Defragmenter
Post back here with the necessary information described here: Got a Problem? How to Get Started
Some Specifics:
What project preset are you using?
Where are you getting those HD clips from and what format are they (use Gspot linked in the Got a Problem Link)?
Check the reolution of your still photos. Ideally they should match your expected output (or a little larger if you want to pan & zoom). Use a Photo editor (Photoshop Elements is ideal if you have it) to resize.
Convert your MP3 files to WAV 48,000Hz 16bit and import those into the project. Wait and do nothing until conforming finishes (the bar at the bottom right of the screen shows progress).
Your PC is seriously underpowered for HD in PRE (2GB RAM and only dual 1.66GHx processors. With only 2GB RAM and only 1GB free I think it likely that you have several background processes running. Examine what you have and exit (or kill with task manager) as much as you can. Temporarily disable real-time processing of your anti-virus/anti-spyware software.
How many hard disks do you have and how much (defragmented) free space are on them?

When you go to Expert workspace, Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks, where are all the categories directed to on the computer hard drive and how much free space is at the location(s)?
Did you install Premiere Elements 12 to its default location or other. If other, where?
There are a lot of Troubleshooting avenues to go down (some old, some new, some questionable), but let us start with the above and then decide what next.
But before all that, please respond to the questions already asked you by SG.

can enyone help me with this?I had the same problem with recently updated Encore (5.01.) Tried shortening & simplifying file names with no luck either. I tried half a dozen things that sometimes work (e.g., refreshing source material, restarting Prmier Pro project from scratch) because of an error I overlooked. Nothing worked. Then, much by accident, I looked at the Media Cache. I had recently shifted the Media Cache to a new 3 TB hard drive that wasn't being used very heavily, figuring I had a lifetime supply of space. Wrong. It was completely filled up, mostly with the Media Cache. I cleared the Media Cache [Edit > Preferences > Media...] and BINGO! The project rendered cleanly.
Hope this helps.
Adobe needs to address this issue. The best solution would be to automatically clear out the cache materials associated with a perticular project whenever the project drops off the radar. A minimal solution that should be quick and easy to implement would be to monitor the empty space on the scratch disk and flash a pop-up warning when it was getting too full.
Addendum, 10 May 2012:
This one has left me thoroughly confused. Just ran a similar set of files through Encore, cleared the cache first, then good ole 758 again. It took several attempts, but finally it went through. Then I discovered I had forgotten to set something minor in the navigation and had to re-do it. Three tries later, it worked. Phase of the moon, I suppose.
This is not the first time this has happened - it happens occasionally with other similar files. I have had my best success running Encore when I let it run alone. It doesn't seem to time share very well with other programs, which is inconvenient because I like to work with Premiere and Photoshop getting the next project ready to go while Encore is processing the current one. Encore needs a batch queue like the one Premiere uses so I could prep the projects in Premiere/Photoshop during the day and then let the Encore queue run overnight. The queue would have to be configured so that if one project failed it would set it aside and move on to the next one.
Another problem Encore has is hanging temporarily. It doesn't die but just quits responding for a short time. It took me a while to discover that Encore was running but just not responsive to the operating system. I'm a little surprised because I have a fairly fast AMD 6 core chip and lots of RAM (or so I thought) at 16 GB. The gadgets and Resource Monitor tell me that the six cores are frequently using over 90% of the available combines cpu cycles and occasionally most of the available RAM.
I put in a 256 GB solid state drive, divided between the o/s and installed programs, leaveing about 120 GB for the files I was processing. The idea was that everything would be moving strictly in solid state. Maybe that speeded the system up too much. Putting in a 120 GB SSD sure made an 8-year old XP box scream though.
I am looking forward to getting CS6 in the next few weeks - I hope they have these bugs sorted out by then. From what I have seen in the forums, similar WinFile.cpp problems have been in existence since CS4 at least.

Is the exact error message i get after i tried to reinstall my copy of Adobe Premiere Elements 9.0 because of problems with creating/loading any projects. How can I fix this issue as a second reinstall hasnt worked?

I am not familiar with that error message either. You originally posted on November 30, 2013. It is now December 8, 2013. Has your issue been resolved yet? If not, then I would offer the following troubleshooting scheme based on what you have written.
1. Open a project. Go to Help Menu/Deactivate and Deactivate. Close out of there.
2. Uninstall Premiere Elements 9 via the usual Control Panel Route.
3. Run the computer through the ccleaner (regular cleaner and registry cleaning parts).
4. Reinstall Premiere Elements 9 with antivirus and firewalls off.
5. Reinstall the Premiere Elements 9.0.1 Update.
Is the problem resolved.
We may have to look deeper into your original reasons for troubleshooting the program
i tried to reinstall my copy of Adobe Premiere Elements 9.0 because of problems with creating/loading any projects.
We may need to distinguish between damaged projects versus a program that has become non functional.
Please review and do not hesitate to ask for clarification on anything written.

Add On...If there is any indications of a problem with Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 Elements Organizer 9 we can look into deleting its settings file and/or creating a new catalog. But, I do not see any indications for this at this time.

So, I recorded a small film (~15 minutes) on a Kodak Zi8 camcorder. I loaded it all into Premiere Pro CS3 fine, and I have it all in the timeline just fine... except I can't export it.
The Zi8 recorded in 720p H.264 mode, and when I try to export the whole timeline, the computer gives me the [..\..\Src\pp\\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114] error, then says a frame was dropped. I thought the length of the clips was the problem, so I broke them up into 3/4 minute chunks. Still same problem. It'll stop whenever - not always at the same spot, give the error, then stop rendering. I'm trying to export it as a Quicktime H.264 HD video.
I have a Dell Inspiron 530s running Windows 7 Professional, Core 2 Duo 2.53Ghz, 3GB RAM, 320GB HDD, ATI Radeon HD 3450 video card.
So far, I tried making the video into 3-4 minute clips, but that didn't help. I also tried dropping a transparent video layer on top of the whole thing (in case it had something to do with a dropped frame) but it still gave me the error. I also changed the rendering mode to "Memory" instead of "Processor" but to no avail...
I'm stuck. Part of me thinks it's just because I don't have enough memory to render, but I close out of every other program while I'm rendering. Plus, this is a relatively new computer. I purchased it back in November of 2008, and it has a dedicated video card.
Any suggestions? This video is for a class project and it's due in a couple weeks!

ChristianI am nearing my last strands of sanity. This project has been due two days ago has been giving me fits with the same error message. My system wotks on AMD Athlon, 64 X2 Dual Core, 3 GHz with 8 GB RAM. Working with Premiere Pro CS3. I have an external 1TB drive with 200gb of available space. This is my first foray into the world of DSLR. I am editing with a combination of my regular Mpeg files from my Sony ZIU and MVI files from a Canon 5D DSLR. Editing the project was painstaking slow because I had to render all the MVI files even before I could use them. The error message [..\..\Src\PPixHandleUtilities.cpp-114] came up quite often but clicking on okay made it go away without closing my project. Come encoding time to Encore it will stop at the 43.3% mark. Have tried transcoding to a DVtape, no luck. Tried encoding to Mpeg2, uh uh. Always stopped at the 43.3% mark. One blogger here had posted that gaps on the video track might cause this.......I have been editing on Premiere for 10 years and that is the 1st time I have ever heard of that. I have always placed gaps on my video track and this particulare project is no exception and have never experienced this. I tried converting the MVI files to Mpeg but could not find a converter that would retain the same file size of the original files. Suffice it to say that my level of frustration is on red. Did you solve your issues? Any idea on how to fix mine? Guys? Anyone? Anything?

I'm trying to turn voice over off but its nt letting me put my passcode in and the bubble isnt turning white when i put passcode in. When i put my passcode in i can hear voice over saying my passcode. HELP??
