Pre-Installed music - ZEN MI

Hi does anyone have the pre-installed songs that come with the Zen micro?
(Think they are in WMA - called seasons.wma/rainforest.wma?)
Not sure if they came with all micro's but i think the european ones had the songs included.
Would be a lot of help if anyone could email me if they have the files - perhaps send them?

I have tried to remove unwanted pre-installed music on my phone with no success. All i get is file is corupted after trying. Any help on this would great. Rob

Hi, how did you try to remove it, and where is it stored ? You can normally delete by hi-lighting the track and using options - delete, or going into fole manager in office find the track and delete from the phone. Using your computer(attached in 'mass memory' mode) you can open phone as an external device and delete track from C,E, or F. And if the tracks are on a memory card or internal E you can format it, but this would remove all data.

My Pre-installed music app has been deleted from my phone, how do I get it back? It is not in my purchased apps.

Help, my pre-installed music app has been deleted from my home page. It is still in the settings but no app to play music from. I love my music!

Locate it- Scroll through the home screens !
Hold your finger on it till the icons start jiggling now move it to the left of the screen and hold it there.
In the back ground the homescreens scroll back towards your first screen.
When you reach the first home screen position icon where you want (If you have sixteen -the last one will move to the second home screen)
Whilst they are jiggling choose which ones you want on the first home screen.
You can also add access to more by creating folders containing similar types of apps by dropping one app icon on another icon as well.
When finished organizing press the home button to fix the setting.
Similarly you can add or remove app icon short cuts from the dock to suit your preference.
When you move them off the dock they are added to your home screens. (think of the home screens as an analogous to the desktop of your PC

Pre-Installed Music Folder disappeared

Using I-Tunes the presinstalled folder which shows all the songs one imports from CD just disappeared. I erase a song from the list and suddenly the folder was gone. A search with the explorere on my computer did not result in anything. How can I get this folder back?

If so, the folder is not gone.
Are you sure there is no iTunes folder in My Documents-->My Music?

Install Errors-Zen 7 SP1 Desktop Management

I had a server die that used to do my Zen Imaging. I installed that server 4 years ago. I am trying to install it on a different NW6.5 SP7 server. It goes through the install process, but when it finishes, it has the errors listed below. Does anyone have some ideas how I can make this install correctly? I am primarily interested in imaging but I selected all desktop management components including inventory, etc. Thanks.

I seem to still be having trouble. I cannot find a imgserv.nlm on the server. I believe that is what allows me to see what images are sent and received at the server console. I am wondering if everything loaded. Is there a way to test my installation or is there certain nlm's that I should look for?

N78 Pre-Install Dictionary Solution (work database...

Dear all,
I have been searching for the solution how to restore the pre-installed dictionary for my N78. My MicroSD card occurred ASCII code (special characters)/funny wording after perform restore from my previous backup copy.
It seems that my backup copy is corrupted and I am not able to access to all applications, musics, pictures, and etc that installed in the Memory card (MicroSD card). The last choice is to format my MicroSD card by using my mobile phone (format using computer may have trouble when install certain application, study from the internet format using computer will use different form of format.
After searching through the web and go through a lot of forums and discussion. Finally, I can get it done and back to normal.
Solution for N78 Pre-Installed Dictionary:
1) When change new MicroSD card, and open Dictionary, it prompts to install word database.
2) When download and install dictionary, it prompts to install base package.
1) Go to http://www.nokia-asia.com/A4429895 (English-Simplified Chinese Dictionary 汉语双向词典), click Download Now.
2) Follow the instruction

If above steps cannot work out, try below steps: (Tested on N78)
1) Go to http://www.nokia-asia.com/A4429895 (English-Simplified Chinese Dictionary 汉语双向词典), click Download Now.
2) Save the file .zip at Desktop.
3) Extract the files to Desktop
4) You will find private -> 101f9cfe after you extracted the files.
5) Connect you mobile with USB cable, connect as "Mass Storage".
~ Note: It will not allow you to see/create "private" folder when connected as PC SUITE.
6) Once your mobile connected as "Mass Storage", in Windows Explorer, you can see "private" folder.
7) Copy private->101f9cfe from destop(Computer) into the private folder(your mobile memory card).
8) Try to open the Dictionary. It will back to normal.
I believe it also works for other phone model. No harm to try it out.

you had the Dictionary application preinstalled on your N78? i too have a N78 but never could get the Dictionary application to work

When I buy a 16gb iPad air, how much space do I actually have after pre-installed apps? Can any of those be deleted?

How much space do you get on a ipad air 16gb considering the pre-installed apps? Can any of those be removed to free up space?

With iOS 7 it is recommended that you have 15-20% of the storage space on the device free.
For a 16 GB device that is 2.4 - 3.2 GB free. So 13 minus 3= 10 GB of storage for music, photos, movies and documents.

Pre-installed bloatware: yes or no?

Hello all,
I was wondering if Win10 always come with bloatware (inc. Skype, Facebook, YouTube etc.)? Is it optional? And, will the RTM come in a vanilla version (no pre-installed apps whatsoever, like my OEM Win7)?
Personally I have no desire for pre-installed apps and rather keep control of my installation.

Like Team Zigzag told above, Windows 10 didn't have any bloatware (for those that you listed) pre-installed, for Windows Store Apps, it has some build-in apps like photos, music, movies, and email.
You may check the information on this topic at:
Apps . you may manage the build-in apps through Windows Store.
Further developing is still on the way, so here it is hard to say how the changes will go about the built-in Widnows Store Apps.

I can't install the Zen nano Plus software on my pc. He

Hi,I've read some people have the same problem I do, but no solutuion. When I try to install the zen nano plus cd that came in the package, it comes up with a window saying : "the windows operating system running on this computer is not supported by this product". The nano plus is supposed to work with windows ME which I have?and I think I meet all the other requirements. Could they have mislabeled a cd?I tried installing it with the antivirus turned off with ca antivirus. Thanks for any help,Joe?

I just installed it and I was good to go. The only issue I really had was installing the application from the CD which I mentioned earlier.But the application from the website installed with no problem whatsoever. I wish I could tell you something that would help as I know your frustration.Are you sure you downloaded the correct version for ME?You might ask someone if you really need this application to put music on you device because it seems like your device just acts like another dri've and you can just drag and drop into your device. Pre Installed Apps on Droid Maxx

I currently use a Droid 2. One of the issues I face is a number of pre-installed apps which I don't want, yet keep sending me alerts a few times per week looking to update them. Of course, to update them, I must sign up for services that I don't want or need.
I would like to upgrade to the Droid Maxx. However, since this issue is really bugging me, I think it would be fair to ask what apps come pre-installed on the phone. And among those apps, which cannot be deleted if I wish to? Can someone tell me which apps are pre-installed yet cannot be deleted? Especially those that will continually bother me about adding unwanted services?
I figure that if I am going to upgrade, it be to a phone that doesn't nag me all the time.

Out of these 50 pre-installed apps, not one has bugged me yet. You can always "Disable" pre-installed apps by going to Settings / Apps / (choose app) / Disable.
Better than that, if you want to keep the app, but never be updated, Go to Settings / Active Notifications / Manage Notification Types. You can manually select which apps you would like to notify you, and which ones you would rather just sit there and look pretty. You can also hide notification details when using PIN or password lock. You can also select to have the phone sleep at night (silence notifications) so nothing will bother you while you sleep.
If you're worried about your location access, you're kinda out of luck in today's world. All smartphones are GPS-equipped. If you are downloading an app which requires "Full Network Access", decide whether or not this app really DOES need full network access. Say it's Weatherbug, for instance...Weatherbug's developers are trustworthy, and the app uses your location information to give you accurate weather forecasts. Now say you're downloading an app that provides wallpapers. This type of app seriously doesn't need full network access to function, so it would be up to you at that point whether or not you trust the developer.

My Ipad did not came with pre-installed iTunes App to Access the iTunes Store. I told my parents and they did not now what to do. So I waited and when I call you for help the prson on the phone told me that my phone free service had expired. I have many itunes gift card and I am not able to use them or download music form itunes because of a mistake someone make when they built my i pad. Delete Pre-Install Apps

How do you delete pre-install apps on your android phones? I have a Motorola Droid Razr M.

Put your music on the SD card.
Disabling apps will leave them on the phone. Also the amount of space the bloat takes up is negligible.

Pre-install scripts

I have a frustration problem. There are three software updates that will not run on my computer due to not having these following pre-install scripts installed:
FlashBackRemovalUpdate
LeopardMigrationAssistant
AppleMobileDeviceSupport (this is for iTunes 10.6.1)
I want to upgrade to Lion, but I can't do that either. I think there was a similar problem when I tried that before.
I think that my wife skipped updates a while back and I suspect this computer missed somthing important in one of them.
I found support for the iTunes, followed it , but that did not fix it.

Well, if a certain version of an app was installed & then deleted then SWUPD won't see it's not updated & won't list it.
If all the above fails, then it appears to be time for a relatively painless Archive & Install, which gives you a new/old OS, but can preserve all your files, pics, music, settings, etc., as long as you have plenty of free disk space and no Disk corruption, and is relatively quick & painless...

Pre-installed win 8.1 and new hard disk

Goodevening, I have a G50-30 with win8.1 pre-installed. I didnt recived any disk, no driver disk, no software disk, no windows disk, even no windows product key.
Anyway, I'd like to change my hdd to ssd. So i've started with trying to create a windows-boot-copy using some free software to get the windows product key, in order to use a microsoft tool to create a boot-disk, but the product key i get results invalid, it doesnt' work. Microsoft support suggested me to ask lenovo, about my problem, so does anyone have a suggestion for me?

Welcome to the Forums.
Can you try the following:
1. Check this guide on how to obtain a Windows 8.1 ISO (see Option One)
2. Follow this guide to make a bootable UEFI Win8.1 installer via DVD/USB flashdrive and use it to install Windows (the installation should be able to detect the Windows 8.1 product key in the UEFI firmware that should automatically activate Windows).
Let me know your findings.
