Pre order concern. im getting paranoid

Hey guys. After all the crashes and stuff that happened today, i was somehow able to get through late at night. I obtained an order number and printed out my confirmation. However, im concerned that i have not recieved an email confirmation which is said to be recieved shortly after the transaction. The website is still down and i cannot track my order status. Is there a chance that my order did not go through? Im getting scarred lol

I was going to have mine sent to my office. AT&T requires that the phone ONLY be sent to the physical address they have on file. Also some credit card companies have this restriction. I know ordering from another company I had to call and get my credit card company to add my work address as an approved shipping address on my account. So it could be either or both of those.
You can do a pre authorization for them to leave it, but if you have had packages stolen probably not a good plan. I am on vacation that week, so I am cutting my days away by one so I can be home all day. I hate it, but I want my phone.

I'm in the same situation. I was up trying to get on the Verizon page at 11:55, kept getting the ECPD error. When finally got through, the Silver Iphone Plus 64 showed arrival of 9-19. At every step of the process, it seemed that I was ordering a phone that would arrive on day1. At no point did it say this was an estimate. At no point did it say it might change. In a big yellow box, it said "9-19". Ordered it, then got confirmation email stating it should arrive at 9-19. Seems like all should be good, right? Order site said 9-19, I've got a confirmation email saying 9-19, done and done.
Then I check the website, and suddenly it changed to 10-14?!?!?!? I feel like this was a bait and switch. I was able to pickup an iphone5 in a local store on launch day, and would not have locked myself into a preorder through Verizon if I had known this would happen!
So, that leads back to the original questions. Lets assume I walk into a Verizon store on 9-19, and there is an available iphone6 plus just sitting there, can I either get that phone as fulfillment of my pre-order. Or, cancel my pre-order and buy that phone right then and there?

In-Store Video Game Pre-order - Should I get email confirmation?

Yesterday I pre-ordered The Witcher 3 for XB1 in store, I have a gamers unlocked account that was used, the cashier said that I should have received an email confiormation of the purchase but I did not, was he incorrect?

It is regrettable to hear you may have run into a few hiccups at the store while picking up your copy of the game. With that said, it seems the store was able to address the various issues that arose to get you walking out the door with a copy of The Witcher 3.
Typically transactions take 15-20 days to post to one's My Best Buy membership, so it would be after this time frame that you should see the $10 bonus certificate for pre-ordering the game posted. If you should not see it after this time frame, please let us know so that we may take a closer look!

Non Pre-Orders can't get phones till 29th now!!!!!!!!!!!

You might as well throw your sleeping bag and Coleman stove back into the attic, as AT&T as just announced that due to incredibly strong demand, it will not have any iPhone 4 units for sale in stores until June 29th. Anyone who pre-ordered for in-store pick up or home delivery will get their device on launch date provided they ordered before that infamous cut-off.
*Here’s AT&T’s statement:*
_Preordered for home or business delivery_: iPhone 4 will begin arriving this week for customers who preordered. We’ll send an email when each order has shipped.
_Preordered for store delivery_: AT&T retail representatives will begin calling customers this week to let them know their iPhone 4 is available for pick up in store.
_Retail purchase_ (no preorder): AT&T plans to have iPhone 4 inventory – available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last – on June 29 in its retail locations, at www.att.com, and in business sales channels. As inventory sells out, AT&T will offer the convenient option of purchasing iPhone 4 and having it delivered to a home or business or an AT&T store. As always, customers will receive an email once their order is placed, and again when it ships.

I'm just mad because I tried to pre-order online the day it was released. But because of their system crashing and a known error on their web site (I called and they confirmed both that day) I got screwed on my pre-order.

Pre Order Concerns, Fall Out 4 Pipboy Edition XBOX One

Once the Pipboy edition was announced I went into the store and pre-ordered. The SKU was working in store when this happened, however turns out that it was online only so I returned the next day and the young lady at customer service who made the original order took care of me, and assured me everything was golden. Now, I have not received a confirmation email, the same girl says there may be an issue, and it doesn't appear that I have been charged eventhough I have a receipt that clearly states that I have pre-ordered and paid in full. I will be extremely dissapointed in Best Buy if this falls through. I ordered twice before they were sold out and it is rediculous that I am not being taken care of in any way by a company that I hold in high regard. Extremely dissapointed, irritated and not really wanting to hear excuses. The worst part is I directed two other friends, who both despise Best Buy, to BB online for pre orders because other stores had sold out. They are taken care of now and here I am with uncertainty. Please someone help. Don't let this be my first horror story and reason to not like BB anymore.

Normally, I would suggest simply replacing your pre-order, but as you’re likely aware, these are sold out and I truly don’t think we’ll be obtaining any more of these. I’m very sorry for the frustration that you clearly have because of this.

Card pre-order concerns/questions

I made a card in iPhoto.
How do I tell if it will print one-sided or two-sided, flat or folded? If folded, which side will be the front?
Is there any customer service available prior to ordering to make sure I don't ruin it being unfamiliar with the program?
I did a "Year in review" Christmas card, but changed the layouts a little.
I don't want to spend a bunch of $$$ and find out I put it together incorrectly.

Why such a hassle to get our GTAV pre-order bonus money?

I know there have been a couple of threads about this and I know they have been locked but there is no reason to not have one open. Why is it that Best Buy didn't have cards with codes on them in the game's case nor immediately print a code on our receipt like Best Buy normally does? Why should the customer go through the hassle for a pre-order bonus when we already went through the hassle of coming to the store to place a pre-order just to get the bonus? It is an awful lot of hassle to ask of customers to make the first step of coming to the store to pre-order a game, which almost guarantees that our purchase is with Best Buy. Then after we pickup the game we have to jump through more hoops to get what we expected when we pre-ordered with Best Buy in the first place. It is like dealing with the hassle of a rebate but at least there you will get some sort of real money back. This is an issue that Best Buy should handle without the customers having to get involved.

BINGO!!!! This is exactally what I'm talking about. What's disappointing is having the Unlocked membership, but not wanting to take advantage of it because you feel like you are pulling teeth just to get a simple code, that again used to be in the box or on the receipt. If they are worried about people losing it, why not do both, email and print it. Problem solved. Again, they took 1 step forward but 3 YEARS worth of steps back. I hope this is at least addressed before Christmas, actually that bring up an interesting though. What will happen at Christmas. Will the code come with the Gift, or will the person buying the game have to give the cashier the e-mail address of the person receiving the game? Dinda ruins the surprise don't you think?

Should i cancel my pre-order and buy one at a store

I pre-ordered a red ipod touch 32gb 5th generation ipod on october 4th, people are saying that you can buy them in some stores. im wondering if i can get it at a store why would i pre-order it, the whole point of pre-ordering in the first place was to be able to get it first. what do you guys think? also do they come in red if you go to the store to buy it?

I noticed that bestbuy (as well as all other retailers) are now offering the Toy Box Takeover when you pre-order any Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter Pack. Apparently this bonus is coming directly from Disney. I also noticed that when you pre-order the item, it is now automatically added to the cart. My issue is that I had ordered the set before the pre-order bonus was automatically added to the cart and it is not listed with my order. I don't want to have to cancel my order (losing my position in line as a result). I just wanted to know if all existing pre-orders will actually get this pre-order bonus? Thanks

With the iPad being released for pre-order tomorrow for UK and other international countries, I was wondering what the pre-order process consists of?
- Will the pre-order go live tonight at midnight?
- You pre-order from the Apple Online Store right?
- If you pre-order are you 100% guranteed of getting an iPad on May 28th?
- Can you pre-order iPad accessories along with your order?
- Will the iPad be delivered or do you have to collect from store?
- If delivered, will it definatly be here for May 28th, is there a chance of getting it earlier?

1. We don't know what time the Pre-order service will go live, but I suspect it will not be midnight.
2. You can pre-order from the Apple Store online or you can call Apple at 0800 048 0408. Try calling them as soon as you can on Monday.
3. If you pre-order you will get an estimated delivery date, they will not guarantee 100% any delivery date.
4. Yes you can pre-order accessories.
5. The iPad will be delivered usually. You may be able to collect from a store, but we will not know that until the pre-order process is available.
6. If delivered will not arrive before the 28th May, nor will you be able to collect from stores before the 28th. There is also no guarantee that your delivery will arrive on the 28th, that all depends on when Apple actually ship to you (they may run out of stock), delivery problems (ash cloud), delivery company, etc. You will be able to track the progress of the delivery online once it ships.

Pre-order wont download

i pre-ordered an album but its not letting me download it. it says ive bought it but it wont let me download. after awhile an alert will come up saying "Your pre-order is ready to download" i click yes and then an alert comes up says "insignificant amount remaining" even though i already bought it. its extreamly frustrating because i pre-ordered it to get it right away and i would have been faster if i just bought it without pre-ordering. i have spent over three hours of my time trying everything; looking on all the support websites and links. it is now beyond frustrating that i now have to wait a number of days/weeks who knows. i cant even buy it again. it says on all the songs "purchased" but its like see through. please help it will be appreicated.

Wow, and to think that I was the ONLY one who is currently experiencing this problem. It seems that we ALL are....well, those of us that pre-ordered Tamar Braxton's new album this is happening to. I've restarted itunes, reinstalled, went to the quick "purchased" link and to no avail. Just kept saying that it's "Purchased" but got nothing. I even looked in my account history and it's not there BUT IS there in my Pre-orders (my only other recent purchase was "Rebellious Soul" by K. Michelle). Took a page out of your book and tried to cancel the Pre-Order to by the album normal but it won't even give me the option to buy it as well. The "Purchased" box is "grayed out". Never got the email notice about the preorder or anything. I don't recall anything of this nature happening before. Just like you all, I want this fixed as well. Seems we have a lot angry "Tamartians" here, Apple...fix it

Pre-order errors: Chemical Brothers

I preordered the new Chemical Brothers album last week, and it went on sale today. iTunes won't let me access my preorder to download it and keeps replying that it's not available in the US.
Help!
It's aggravating that I spend money on buying songs to "support" the artist when I can't have the music I'm trying to pay for. Why am I bothering to buy the album when I can't download it? I guess next time, it'll be easier to just go find an album somewhere else for free.

Hmmm---maybe you're not aware of the debacle re: the "T.I. vs. T.I.P." pre-order two weeks ago. The bonus item associated with the pre-order was delayed and it took days after the album became available commercially for the pre-order customers to get theirs.
My questions: have you gotten an email from iTunes telling you your Chemical Brothers pre-order is available for download?
Are there bonus items associated with this pre-order download? Do you want these bonus items?
If you got an email--try clicking on the link in the email to download your album.
If you haven't gotten an email and there are bonus items associated with this album--then they aren't available yet and that's the reason for the delay.
Now you've got a big decision. You can cancel your pre-order and download the version currently available on iTunes (sign into your account, find your pre-orders and cancel the Chemical Brothers one).
Or, you can be patient and wait for things to get sorted out. (Check some of the back threads to see how impatient T.I. fans were!)
I know this isn't ideal advice and I'm sure you're eager to get this CD (that's why you pre-ordered it!), but if the bonus items are important--a day or two wait will be worth it, trust me! Otherwise, how will you get these things?
