Pre-order purchased but not downloaded; no pre-order email and purchases not on cloud. Help?
I purchased a pre-order for an album back in September, with a release date of Oct. 29. On Oct. 29, the album was displayed as "purchased" on the iTunes Store yet it did not download. I did not receive a pre-order email and the purchase was not on the cloud.

Purchased items not in library but itunes says it is already downloaded. It is in my i-phone library but when I try to download ot computer, it will not let me. It acknowledges that it is already purchased but says it is already donwloaded. It is not.

I purchased quick time pro, and attempted to download quick time 7, but it says I have quick time x installed. I deleted quick time x but it still says it is there and will not let me install.
In the optional install items-Quick Time is not an option. I am on Leopard.
Then you either:
1) never had QT X installed and could not have deleted it since QT X is only installed on Snow Leopard (OS X v10.6), Lion (OS X v10.7), and Mountain Lion (OS X v10.8) systems or...
2) you are actually running Snow Leopard (OS X v10.6) and not Leopard (OS X v10.5) as you just stated.
Please confirm which statment is actually correct. -

Hello, Thought I had just downloaded Mountain Lion butcannot find any evidence that it was installed. It is not showing as an icon anywhere and is not listed in downloads and is not listed under purchased apps. Have I just sat here for two hours watching a download that didn't happen? I do have a folder of incompatible software that's all.

I have tiger 10.4.11. In order for my computer to recognize my new Iphone I need to install the new iTunes, however the new iTunes will not download on my computer because it is not 10.5 or higher. Is there a way that I can upgrade from tiger to leopard? Help!!

If you can't obtain a retail install DVD from Apple, look on eBay or Google the installer part numbers to possibly find at an on-line store. Here's what to look for:

I have Lightroom 4 purchased in disk download format. I am considering purchasing a MacBook Pro but this doesn't have a CDRom. Can I use the serial code to download on to MacBook via the internet? I have only used the disks once for my iMac.
you need a lr serial for mac. the serial number for pc and mac are different.
you can download a trial lr 4 for your mac but you need a mac serial number to install.

I downloaded an album but one of the songs is corrupted, it only plays for about 4 seconds. When I try to re-download using the iTunes Store and "Purchased", it won't give me the option to download it again. How can I get the song I PAID for!!??
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

In app purchase did not download yet itunes still billed me, where can I get help?
A few days ago I did an in-app purchase. A few days later, itunes billed me for the purchase but the download on my phone never went through. Welcome to Apple Support Communities
As you know how to open the iTunes Media folder, go to this folder and open iTunes. Then, go to Apps in iTunes and drag the IPA file of the app you want to show up to the iTunes window, so it should be added.
If it doesn't work, delete the IPA, empty the Trash and you will be able to download the application.

i got both a PC version and a mac version in my purchase but once i loaded to my PC it will not allow me to load to my Mac with same redemption number. Is there a way to do that?
I was going to ask a similar question - we bought the boxed version of PSE11 with mac and pc disc - can we install the program on our mac as well as our PC? It's already on the PC but would be very handy to have it on Mac also. Thanks

Last night I rented a movie successully (Argo) but it would not download. Support was called and I was advised that it was probably an internet speed issue. This was confirmed when I did a speed test as suggested. They now want to sell me some software for $40.00. Help

Okay, well the question now is - what exactly has he sent you?
Is it a link to a website, where you can download the album that he has purchased for you, as a gift? I would expect instructions to be provided to you, telling you what to do. (Note, a link to a digital album, or album. Not a CD.)
If he did the above, where did he purchase this album? (If "it" asks you to download iTunes, that suggests that it was the iTunes Store.)
Did he simply try and send you songs he has in his iTunes Library, that he purchased on his account, for his Library (not yours)? -

The latest iTunes, iTunes 11 is compatible with XP as long as the XP has allof its updates and it has service pack 3 installed.
