Pre-Ordering a book, give price guarantee?

I was thinking of Pre-ordering a book in the iBooks store. The price is kinda high, If i Pre-order it and the price comes down before release will I get that price? Or am I locked into the price that I originally Pre-ordered it at?

You are charged when the book is released and you download it - between pre-ordering and it being released you could cancel the pre-order, so you are only charged on release.

iTunes don't charge until the book is released, between pre-ordering and release you can cancel pre-orders - you won't get an emailed receipt until the book is released and you've paid for it.

When a pre-order item becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know your pre-order is available for download.
If you've enabled iTunes to automatically download prepurchased content, then your pre-order content may already be downloaded to your library. If not, simply click the download link provided within your email notification, and your pre-order content will begin to download. Alternatively you can use the "Check for Available Downloads" feature in iTunes on your computer by choosing Store > Check for Available Downloads to begin downloading your pre-order.

I would be eager to download and read my pre-ordered book as well. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:

If the book does not download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the book from the list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the book, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the following article:

Pre Order at Full Retail Price?

So I am not eligible for a 2 year upgrade, but am interested in purchasing the Iphone 4 at full retail price.
Does anyone know if existing vzw customers can PRE ORDER the Iphone 4 on February 3rd at full retail price.
I have been getting mixed answers, and I really do not feel like waiting up until 3am EST to pre order the phone if I can't.

The Web site says that you get to preview the first chapter for pre-ordering it. iBooks accepted the order, however, it will not let me even do the usual preview. Nothing happens when I click it. The site will only refere me back to iBooks. Can anyone offer as suggestion or has anyone had this problem? The book is 'Think like a Freak" The site is freakonomics Radio.

Probably not. The terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

Try going into store then entring apple ID along the bottom...there's a tap for hidden downloads, slide finger across to unhidden then it should come bak into your library. Hope it works it did for me .

I had pre-ordered a book. It was never was delivered to my ipad. I go to the store and I click on download. It states that is has already been purchased and to go to my purchases and click download. I have done that as well without any luck.

Also on my library the book is visible, put is shaded out and states "paused". Can you please help me?

Well, sure, you pay a monthly fee, but Wifi is not charged on a usage basis. Data plans, yes, but that is related to cellular usage, not Wifi.
By free, I just meant that above whatever you pay to your internet provider for your internet access and your modem, it is not affected by how much you are or are not on your Wifi or how much you use it....

I’m not sure where this coupon is from, but if it was an @Gamer coupon, those usually can only be used on in-stock guide books. However, you can definitely pre-order the guide book, your link shows that it is available for pre-order.
