Yes, if you're new every 2 is due August 1st you can order the phone today and get the 2year price if your contract ENDS on or before Dec 31st 2010. You will have to place your order by phone or in Corp store though to take advantage of the early upgrade.

We pre ordered the phone on 2 month contract upgrade, but now we want to cancel the pre order. The phone still hasn't shipped yet, it's supposed to ship out by the end of the month, so can we cancel the pre order and still keep the upgrade for a different phone?

Ordering a new phone and being able to purchase one at any time is certainly exciting. If you purchase a new phone and have not received it,you most certainly can cancel the order and keep your uprgade date the same. Was there any particular reason you were wanting to cancel the order for the iPhone 6? Was the order placed online or over the phone? We have all of the options available for you.

Still waiting for pre-ordered Droid X..

I still have not received my pre-ordered phone Droid X from BB... They are still saying "sometime this week" and guess what? Its already Wednesday and no word.
Am wondering if I should forego getting my phone via Best Buy and go to Verizon online to order it.. But now Verizon is saying that they are delayed to and the phone will be available "by 8/3"
which would be better - waiting for BB to contact me or just going ahead and ordering from Verizon?

I am in the same boat! They tell me to call everyday at noon to see if UPS has brought them, but so far no go. They have no idea when they are getting anymore. I have been pondering if I should just order one from verizon or wait it out as well. I think i'm going to play may cards and hope best buy actually fulfills there pre-order (post delivery). But you will have peice of mind with verizon on actually knowing when to expect your phone. it's a gamble.
If you do order one from verizon, then best buy gets one before yours ships with verizon, can you cancel the one from verizon? Might be an idea.

Pre ordering iphone with other lines upgrade

How would I go about pre ordering the iPhone 4s using another lines upgrade on my plan? Would I be forced to activate in store when the phone arrives?
Basically what I mean, is if I pre-order at Apple.com (there is a form you fill out which takes you to a pricing page depending on if you have an upgrade or not) how would I go about activating the phone on MY NUMBER while using another numbers upgrade? This will be the first time I have pre-ordered a phone (or had one delievered for that matter) so I have no idea how to activate it..

You just purchase the phone on the line that is eligible for an upgrade (thus, using their upgrade and extending THEIR line's contract another 2 years) and when you receive your phone, you will activate it on THEIR line first (this is a very important step) then, you can reactivate their phone on their line, and activate the new iPhone 4S on your line. And you'll be good to go.
Just keep in mind that it will extend the other line's contract, not yours, and you have to activate it on that line first.
This isn't what I was told. I was told to just place the order using the eligible line (my wife's) and when the phone arrives to just activate it using my phone number.
If you do this, you will be charged the full price of the phone. Activating it on the line it was purchased on first accepts the terms of service you sign when you upgrade. If you don't do so, you are charged the full retail price of the phone, because you technically did not accept what you signed

Order phone before my upgrade?

My upgrade is available on November 18. I want the iPhone 6 64gb in space grey, and it says it should ship by Nov 21. Is there a way to order the phone before my upgrade is available, but still pay the upgrade price since I won't have it until after my upgrade, to make sure that I have it asap? My current phone is broken and I decided to wait for my upgrade so I could get the 6. Baiscally, I want to order it before my upgrade to make sure it still ships on the 21st and doesn't get pushed back further.

Orders now for the iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey are shipping by 11/21 and you can choose overnight shipping option. This date is subject to change so can't be guaranteed your order would ship by that time.

Pre-order Iphone 4

I have a 3g right now. It was my first Iphone and Im really excited about the Iphone 4. Ive never pre-ordered a phone before, so I have a few questions.
My upgrade eligibility went from April 10 to Sept 10 and now its at 6/11/10. My guess is that is in preparation for the new Iphone which is GREAT. Im glad they did it. Anyway, I plan on pre-ordering, not sure if from Apple or ATT (any suggestions?) I will have it sent to my house, but what do I do after that? Do I still need to take it into ATT to get it activated? I dont mind that, but just curious. I just dont want to deal with the crowds and not sure if I will get one or not when I go in there
I dont have a credit card, so do you think it would be ok to use my moms? and have it shipped to my address?

When I last upgraded from 3G to 3GS, the preorder form asked for my iPhone number. When I received it, the Sim was preinstalled and "preactivated" (i.e., it knew the phone number). All I had to do to complete the activation it was connect to iTunes. When activation was complete, my older iPhone was deactivated.

Pre order online to pick up in local Verizon Store

I pre ordered the iPhone 6plus and my expected ship date isn't until 24OCT. Is there any way i can pick one up at a local Verizon store that already have them??

I understand how eager you are leviiaj. You can certainly purchase it at a store if there's stock available, but this can't be guaranteed. In addition, you would need to cancel the pre-order placed online before you can upgrade at a store.

Cancel pre-order to buy in store?

Right now, I have a pre-order for the iPhone 4 through apple that has a ship by date of July 14th. If one of my local stores gets a phone in stock before then, will I be able to cancel my pre-order and be eligible for upgrade in the store? OR, can I go in and buy it for the upgrade discount price without canceling the pre-order online, as not to loose my place if I don't get one in the store, then just cancel it online when I get home?

I did just that this morning.
Walked out of an AT&T store with an iPhone 4 in hand,
got the early upgrade discount too.
I then canceled the online order with the Apple store
(also July 14 ship date) afterwards.
No problems!

Pre-ordered CoD: AW missing $10 bonus

Pre-ordered CoD online via BBY.com for in-store pickup on 11/2. Checked BBY for the pending points and it's missing the $10 pre-order bonus. It's only showing points for the purchase. Granted, I pre-ordered the day before and not weeks or months in advanced but it's still before the game was released. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Enuf is spot-on: you may not see records of your pre-order bonus certificate until 15-20 days after pickup or shipment. If you still haven't received it after that timeframe has passed, let us know and we'd be glad to see what can be done to assist you at that time.

Midldle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Pre-order Bonuses?

Hello!
I recently got off the phone with a Best Buy representative and wanted to confirm what was said is true. I was late on jumping on the order ship for Shadow of Mordor. I was planning on pre-ordering, but was waiting for confirmation on which is the "better" version (PS4 vs Xbox One, resolutiongate continues!). As a result, I didn't "pre-order" and ordered it today.
The phone representative said that any order before the 3rd of October still qualifies for the pre-order bonuses (despite the game coming out on September 30th). Is this true? I'd like to confirm that I'll be receiving the $10 rewards certificate and pre-order bonus code before picking up the game.
I'd confirm it myself, but it appears the My Reward Zone site has changed and you can no longer see pending points.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Like Kinsella5 mentioned, pre-order bonuses are typically only available to customers who reserve an eligible item prior to its release date and subsequently purchase it. I'm not personally aware of such an extension being offered, so I'd have to say the rep you spoke with was mistaken.

Apple Pre-order with FAN account

I've never pre-ordered a phone before but I want to with the new iPhone 4. I have a FAN account with AT&T and I want to know if I can still preorder with apple or must I go to the AT&T store? Thanks

Pre-ordered released songs?

I pre-ordered an album and the artist likes to release one song for everyday until the actual release date of the album. I have pre-order many times before and never faced this problem. When a track has been released it still says "pre-ordered" unlike the usual "download" (or just automatic downloading). I tried Store > Check For Available Downloads but it still doesn't work. I have to manually go to my account, cancel my order, and pre-order the album again. And if I'm right, I'm charged a little bit more every time I do so (not sure). Can any help please? Maybe I'm a little impatient, but like I said, I've never had this problem before. Thanks in advance.

With the iPad being released for pre-order tomorrow for UK and other international countries, I was wondering what the pre-order process consists of?
- Will the pre-order go live tonight at midnight?
- You pre-order from the Apple Online Store right?
- If you pre-order are you 100% guranteed of getting an iPad on May 28th?
- Can you pre-order iPad accessories along with your order?
- Will the iPad be delivered or do you have to collect from store?
- If delivered, will it definatly be here for May 28th, is there a chance of getting it earlier?
Sorry for all the questions, never pre-ordered from Apple before and I really want to get my hands on one of these!

1. We don't know what time the Pre-order service will go live, but I suspect it will not be midnight.
2. You can pre-order from the Apple Store online or you can call Apple at 0800 048 0408. Try calling them as soon as you can on Monday.
3. If you pre-order you will get an estimated delivery date, they will not guarantee 100% any delivery date.
4. Yes you can pre-order accessories.
5. The iPad will be delivered usually. You may be able to collect from a store, but we will not know that until the pre-order process is available.
6. If delivered will not arrive before the 28th May, nor will you be able to collect from stores before the 28th. There is also no guarantee that your delivery will arrive on the 28th, that all depends on when Apple actually ship to you (they may run out of stock), delivery problems (ash cloud), delivery company, etc. You will be able to track the progress of the delivery online once it ships.
