Pre-orders for Vol II of two-volume series

I'm working on Volume II of a two-book series. When I post Vol. I on iTunes (this month, March, 2013), is there a mechanism to accept pre-orders for the second volume? If so, what time frame lag between volumes is deemed suitable. (I'm expecting Vol. II to follow Vol. I by six months.) Also, what 'proof' does Apple need that Vol. II is legitimate. Thanks.

Can't purchase a song from an Album that I cancelled the pre-order for?

Ok, so here's the deal, I bought a £15 voucher and made some purchases, the first of which was the pre-order of an Album that was released today (Sunday 24th). I didn't know however, that the cost of the purchase was deducted from your balance once you actually downloaded the album, and I've spent my credit to the point where I'm pennies of being able to pay for the pre-order of the Album. I decided however, to hit cancel pre-order and simply just download the songs that I could afford, then download the wrest at a later date. However, the album that I've cancelled my pre-order for, still displays as 'Purchased'? I was able to download one song for pre-ordering the album, but that was a deduction of 99p, the price of a single song. I'm curious why I cant't purchase the wrest of the album individually, am I tied to the pre-order because I downloaded a song that was advertised as 'Early Access', or do I now have to pay the full cost of the Album because I've surpassed the deadline to cancel the pre-order (if there is such a thing).
Some one please help me
P.S. I've only been using iTunes for less than a week, so I'm pretty much a noob.

Delete the problem track from the iTunes library, allowing iTunes to move the track file to the Trash. Then download the track again from the iTunes Store via this procedure:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Change delivery method for my pre-order for MGS V CE?

I have preordered the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - Collector's Edition for PS4 in March. What I didn't realize at that time is I will be out of the country from 8/24 to 9/6, which means there will be nobody at my place to receive the delivery on 9/1. I was wondering if I could put the order on hold so I could pick it up at a local store on 9/7 or could I ship it to another address (i.e. my friend's place) so it wouldn't get returned and get cancelled. How does porting work with pre-ordering for the iPhone 5?

I am currently a T-mobile customer with two lines, one for my wife and one for myself. We want to pre-order the iPhone 5 and become Verizon customers. Do I just pre-order the phones and then port our numbers over after we have received them? I guess what I am asking is, do I need to give Verizon any kind of heads up when we pre-order that we will want to port numbers, or can I just take care of all of that once the phones arrive?
I know I have to keep my T-mobile account active until the numbers are ported, so I will definitely being doing that.

The best way to pre-order your iPhone 5, is with the request to port-in your numbers from your current carrier. Here is the link to start your pre-order: http://bit.ly/RRkIKx After every option, select "Next" (top of screen). After you select your device(s), plan(s), and accessories, you will be asked if you want a new number, or if you want to transfer current numbers. If you transfer number, you will be asked for the number you want to transfer, current account number, PIN or password, owner's name, number to be reached, and full address. (Therefore, you will need all that when ordering.) The numbers will be ported over once you receive the phones, and they are activated. Until then, they will not be disconnected from your current carrier.

Why weren't there pre-orders for the 5/29 Amiibo wave?

I went to a store a long time ago and printed out my ticket for this wave and when I got to the register two minutes later, I couldn't pre-order the Amiibo I had the tickets for. The employees tried it a few different ways and I was there over half an hour the first time. They told me to come back the next day, so I took the bus early so I could order and still make it to class on time. The pre-orders still weren't up. I kept going back but nothing. It's stupid that I wasted so much time trying to pre-order with actual tickets and I still don't get them. At the very least, why weren't they available? Best Buy shouldn't get any Amiibo at all. It's the worst retailer when it comes to Amiibo.

I don't have SSN or any other U.S. IDs. So I cannot make pre-order for iPhone5. Do I still have chance to purchase an iPhone5 at Apple Store on 9/21/2012?

Hi, I'm an international student and I don't have SSN and other IDs which are needed when making pre-orders.
I think Apple Store will save iPhone5 for those who have made pre-orders and choose to pick up at Apple Stores.
So, I'm wondering whether Apple Stores have enough devices for those who haven't made pre-orders.
It takes more than two hours for me to get to the nearest Apple Store.
I really want to go home with my new iPhone. I'm a big fan.....

All you can do is phone the store and explain your position. They could probably take a credit card payment over the phone as a last resort.

I've done this but what exactly does this get me? The fine print says +'Pre-authorization does not guarantee iPhone availability at an Apple Retail Store. iPhone is sold on a first-come, first-served basis'.+
So what exactly is the benefit to going this route? Will a separate and earlier line be opened up at Apple stores JUST for these pre-orders on the 19th?

One of the floor reps at the Apple Store here told me that if I go through the process and reserve online, then I can just come into the store to finish the purchase. I asked if that would mean that there will be one there waiting on me and I was told yes there would.
While she did not say this I am taking that to mean that say a store gets 10,000 phones and 5,000 reserved then they would only release 5,000 for people waiting in line.

I preordered an album and a song was released but it won't download. It just has a clear button that says "pre-ordered". How do I download the song but keep my pre-order for the rest of the album?

I recently pre-ordered Ed Sheeran's "X Deluxe version" (or Multiply). He said he was releasing a song a day until the album was released. The most recent was Afire Love. The button where I should have "download" just has a clear button that says "pre-ordered". Shouldn't the song have already downloaded? How can I get the song without having to cancel my pre-order or getting charged for purchasing the song and the preorder?

WHY are they launching pre-order for a high demand phone and the customer service is CLOSED!!!

i made a spelling error in my address for my billing and shipping info (you know how streets have like Lane or Circle..well i live on a (street name) Run..and i spelled it Rn (forgot the U) and im afraid if i dont get it takin care of that they would dismiss my order for wrongful information...HELP!!!!!

With Grand Theft Auto 5 potentially being the biggest game of the year, I can understand your frustration at not being able to place a pre-order online.
When we state that “We are not able to verify your information” on your order, that generally means that there is some piece of information on your order that is not matching up correctly. This can be something as simple as a spelling issue, and address that is not recognized as being deliverable or possibly that the billing information on your credit card doesn’t match what is on your BestBuy.com account.
I would recommend reviewing that information and make any adjustments necessary, including trying a different credit card if necessary. If that doesn’t work, the only other option I would be able to offer would be to pre-order your copy at your local Best Buy store.

My Pre Order for Boarderlands Was not Available in Store

I have a problem and I hope you can help. I pre-ordered the game Borderlands the Handsome Collection for PS4. When I went into the store to pick it up today, I was told they did not have one for me. The manager told me to have my preorder canceled and to just buy another copy when they're available. I asked them if I did that would I lose my $10 preorder bonus and he had no answer. I haven't canceled the order yet, but don't I only have a certain amount of time to pick it up or I lose the preorder bonus? Is there anything you can help me with on this problem.

When will iPad 3 start pre-order for the 23 March-countries ?

I want to pre-order the new iPad but I live in Belgium and I can't pre-order yet
Ipad comes out 23 March in my country so does anyone know when it will start it's pre-orders if there will be any at all ?

Apple hasn't announced anything yet... I suggest you follow the twitter feeds of one of the blogs that tracks Apple and iPads (Macrumors, 9to5mac, imore, tuaw). They race to get out updates of news like that.

When will the next wave of pre-orders for the iPhone 5 be shipped

I sadly had to pre-order my new iPhone 5 through AT&T last Friday morning and was told I would get the phone today and then told it would be Oct 5th. I went into a store to see what I can do and although they have plenty in stock they told me nothing and then informed me it would be late October before it shipped. I know that this has nothing to do with you but since you have wonderful customer service and knowledgable peole can you please give me an accurate date on when the next wave of pre-orders will be shipped. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.

You're not addressing Apple here, we're all users like yourself.
If you want to know when the next shipment will be, call your local store or whomever you ordered it from and ask them.

Production Order for a Material with two units of measure?

Hi Everybody I have the following issue.
In my company there is a new production process with a Material that should be configured in the master data with the field "Base Unit of Measure" as per unit (each). But the production process, should be confirmed by tx CO11N, in Kilograms. I know that I can use the additional Data in tx MM03 to set a Production Unit, but the value of convertion would be fixed. For example 122 Kg = 1 each, the thing is that the value in kilograms for each lot can vary, one lot can weight 122 and another one can weghr 125, and in each case I shoul have two units in stock. And as I have the value of convertion fixed, when I confirm each lot one for 122 kg and another for 125 kg I will have 2.025 units in MB52.
How can I solve this problems? I need to have the chance the confirm in kg changing for each lote the quantity but in the base Unit of Measure have one unit for lot. As if for tx CO11N I could have a field where I can set tha x quantity of Kilograms is x each.

Hi Ayoub, First thank`s for your promt answer,
1. The Quantity is different, because is not a perfect process, there is a manual work in the process that makes this quantity differ, there is no big difference, maybe a Kilo or Two but the production mannager wants to have this registered. And besides in productions they manage kilograms, but for selling the comercials manage units (each - EA)
2.The convertion rate is known at the end of the process after cutting and packaging a unit, they weight it.
