In SAP B1, can i record all transaction and all transaction linking togetther ?
Can you help me !

Dear Chau,
Please have a look at the "Down Payment Invoices"  functionality of ?B1 which might be able to help you out in this situation.
Here is an extract from B1 Help files :
There is a business need for companies to issue and receive invoices including tax (or VAT) for down payments made or received. These invoices are then cleared with partial or final invoices. Companies record a down payment received in SAP Business One by creating a payment not based on an invoice. However, due to legal requirements in certain countries, the recording of a down payment requires an invoice or a billing document.
The procedure below explains how to create down payment invoices and how to clear them.
Prerequisites
To be able to use down payment invoices, you have made the following definitions:
· You have defined a clearing account in  Administration  Setup  Financials  G/L Account Determination  Sales and Purchase tabs. If you intend to use the down payment invoice only for sales or only for purchases, make this definition on the relevant tab.
The following definitions are optional; the default values determined by the definitions are described above.
· You have defined special down-payment clearing accounts for each business partner in Business Par  tners  Business Partner Master Data  Accounting  General .
Process
Create an A/R or A/P Down Payment Invoice for a relevant business partner. If you create the down payment invoice by drawing a base document, ensure that you have defined the required down payment percentage (for more information, see A/R or A/P Down Payment Documents: General Area).
The down payment invoice does not affect inventory values or perpetual inventory. It creates a posting only in accounting. It does not change the status of the base document drawn to it.
Once the actual payment for the down payment invoice is made, create the proper payment document, based on the down payment invoice. A down payment invoice can be paid partially.
After you create the payment document, a journal entry is recorded in the down payment clearing account defined in  Administration  Setup  Financials  G/L Account Determination  Sales and Purchase tabs  General . The down payment request is closed.
Note
If you cancel the payment created for the down payment by choosing the option  Data  Cancel  from within the Incoming/Outgoing Payment, the paid down payment is re opened and cannot be drawn when creating an invoice. However, if for example the payment mean used for paying the down payment was check, and you cancelled the check from within the Check Register, then, the down payment remains closed and can be drawn when creating an invoice.
End of the note.
Create a regular invoice. Before you add it, click to open the Down Payments to Draw window. Draw the required down payments from this window.
The total amount of the drawn down payments is taken from Total Down Payment in the invoice. This amount is reduced from the invoiceu2019s original total amount. The down payment total must be less than the invoice total.
Note
The down payment invoices and regular invoices can be paid in the same paymant document. The down payment documents can be easily noticed in the payment document since they carry a different document type which is: DT.
End of the note.
Result
· The total of the regular invoice created with reference to the down payment invoice equals the difference between its original total and the down payment total.
· A down payment invoice that is drawn to invoice is closed and cannot be drawn again to another invoice.

  • Since last software update, pre-paid internet does not work anymore. Get "you have not signed up for a data plan" message. Pre-paid acct is in order! What's up???

I have had  an iPad 3G for more than a year now. I did not get it with a SIM card, since I expected to use almost completely at home, where we have wireless internet. Eventually, I decided  it would be handy to be able to take it on the road, and signed up for pre-paid Internet with KPN (national Dutch telecommunications company). That worked fine, until the last big iPad software update. Since then, whenever I try to make a connection outside the house, I get the following message…
    Mobile Data Account
You have not signed up for a data plan.
Would you like to set up a new account?
If you don’t, you can do it later in Settings.
…with the options of ‘Later’ or ‘Now’ to press. If I press Now, I get a screen “Please wait while the page is loading – this should only take a few seconds to complete.” But it never does, the ball just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning….
To my mind, with pre-paid internet I should not HAVE to set up a Mobile Data Account in the first place. I’ve checked with KPN, and my account is completely in order. I’ve checked with the local Apple store, and the geniuses say they’ve never seen this. Can anyone help me?

I updated to 3.6.4 and when I went to NetFlix to watch the next show of a series, it said
    something like
    Installation complete, restart your browser.
I restarted browser, same problem. Restarted comp. Same problem.
I updated Adobe Flash 10.1, still same problem.
But able to watch some vids on other sites, but full screen gave me the big blank white screen with audio only, had to click around in the dark ( so to speak) to find the minimize button.
I did a System Restore to before the Firefox and Adobe updates.
I then did not update Firefox as recommended and went to NetFlix and wellah, i can view the movies again.
    And Full Screen is fine.
I then experimented and updated Firefox only, went to NetFlix and got same msg with no viewable shows.
So did a System Restore once more.
Staying at 3.6.3 for a while longer until I know I can watch my movies.
I don't own a TV, so this is my only form of an occasional escape.
I do hope this is figured out soon.
With what I have done, it seems to be Firefox, Not Flash.
    Good Luck to us all.

Hi I have an I pad 64 gig and internal wifi bought about 2 months ago. it keeps coming up with a message "this i pad has not been backed up" I have no idea how to do it can you help.
I also have an I phone 4s with the same message both are with telstra the I pad has a 12 month pre paid wifi contract and the phone is on a monthly contract.

Sounds like you actually paying for cellular service and you really need to be on wifi to backup your ipad/iphone.
Normally you have to be connected to wifi and you can do manual backup by going to Settings- icloud- storage and backup and pressing backup now button. Start with your ipad, usually size of the backup smaller and return here if you encounter a problem.

  • I have an IPhone 4 that I just activated yesterday with a pre paid plan, but data doesn't work

I activated the phone yesterday.  The wifi works but the 3g data does not.  I have between 3-5 bars of strength but the phone will not connect to the internet.  I had a virgin mobile pre paid phone that did not give me any trouble.  Please help.  I have done a hard reset, I have reset the network settings, as well. Neither have worked.  I have also turned the airport mode on and off, that did not work.

Sounds like your phone is in recovery mode.  In this case, all data on it is gone.  There's nothing to back up.

  • Free Will to Purchase a Samsung S5 mobile at Telstra for any Pre-Paid Telstra customer

Why have Telstra decided not to offer the Samsung S5 mobile as a prepaid phone. I am a very long time customer and think Telstra is behaving like a dictatorship in refusing to allow me to purchase a Samsing S5 mobile outright in their Hornsby NSW store. So now my question for the Telstra community is if I go to a competitor and buy this phone outright as I just simply want to do, will I be able to keep my same number and go back to a Telstra store to have the phone activated and my current number carried over once I purchase a new sim card? Again, I am a very unhappy Telstra customer. Telstra shoujld not be able to make these sorts of decisions about shortlisting and shortchanging the range of phones available to loyal customers wish simply to have a pre paid account.

Telstra do allow outright purchases of phones from Telstra stores, however some stores are franchisees/licensees and may not always follow the company standard... however it is usually only not allowed when they are having issue with stock (for example just after the release of a device while stock levels are limited and demand is high).
Having a look at the store in Westfield Hornsby, that looks like it is a licenced store, so that is disappointing that they will not but it is their loss, however there is a JB Hi-Fi in that same shopping centre listed - JB Hi-Fi are both a Telstra Dealer and a Samsung Partner, so they would be able to sell you the phone outright and arrange a replacement SIM card for you for your Telstra service if needed as well.

    Hold on,
Have you talked to your carrier to confirm the unlock?
What was the procedure you did to unlock the phone?
Standard unlocking procedure once processed by the carrier:
    Backup in iTunes
Erase the phone (ignore restore terminology here)
Plug the phone to the computer and then launch iTunes
    Wait for unlock notification.
    Restore the backup.

  • Tried to drag a progam to the trash but each time I did a window pops up and say that i cant moved it to the trash as the application is open.. the program i wish to uninstal is a pre-paid mobile broad band a

I tried to drag the program i wanted to uninstal to the trash but each time i try a window pops up and tells me i cant as the application is open and i know it,s not??? the program i want to uninstal is a pre paid mobile broad band,  thank you Marie
I have tried going to the  program it self but no where can i find how to uninstal it . I,m getting very frustrated with  this C.P  as at least  with windows you went straight to the control panel and went to ADD/Remove, and clicked onto the program you wanted gone and clicked on it and it uninstaled . GRRR

I assume that the app didn't come with an uninstaller application/script?
If you definitely want to trash it have a look in Activity Monitor and your Login items, as there may be something running in the background that is preventing it being trashed.
System Preferences>Users & Groups (or Accounts depending on OS), Login items tab and delete anything that pertains to the app you want gone.
Next, Utilities Folder>Activity Monitor, have a look to see if there is anything running with the name of the awkward app. Select it and click on the the big red 'quit process' button. Now try and trash it.
If you are still having trouble you could try downloading the free AppCleaner:

  • Use a Pre-Paid Card then Credit Card

I searched the board before publishing, but didn't find a clear answer, so I will ask here.
I set up an iTunes account with a credit card because I assumed that was the only way to get an account.
I eventually I plan to use the credit card to buy individual songs. But before I start using the credit card, I want to use my Pre-Paid Gift Card first.
My question, is there a way to use up my gift card first (just to buy songs) then start using my credit card once I run out of funds on the credit card?
Separate question - is there a way to set up the account where I can not use a credit card and only use a pre-paid gift card? (this would be for added protection against credit card fraud)
    Thanks.

Wonder why an Apple person told me this would work??
Apple should read this stuff once in a while.
Some prepaid cards appear to act as credit cards to the merchant. If yours is one of them it should work, but debit cards are not accepted for the iTunes Store.
Can you use a pre-paid credit card from Wal-Mart?
Do you mean an iTunes Card, the kind sold at Wal-Mart? Sure, that will work.
"Pre-paid" and "credit" are mutually exclusive.
I believe this way of thinking about it ought to be valid: if you need a PIN code, the card won't work.
I don't use debit cards so I can't be certain if this will apply consistently, but let me know if that makes sense.

  • Diverting messages from Telstra Pre-Paid 4G Connection Manager to a mobile number

Hi, To find out how much credit i have left, I need to view the SMS alerts via my Telstra Pre-Paid 4G USB + WI-FIt Connection Manager, which is a pain. Does anyone know how (or think of a way) to divert messages sent to my prepaid broadband number to my mobile number (or even an email address)? I'm hoping to download a simple ** laptop-based ** program where I enter the number texts are sent to & then the number they are to be forwarded to. Many thanks.

OK Tom, we may have a work around for you. Do you have an Android device, mobile phone or tablet accessable. If so there's a nifty little app available on the google Play Store called "SMS Call Forward / Divert" that you could download onto that other android device. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smartapps.SMSCallDivert&hl=en Then take the sim from the USB stick, pop it into the phone/Tablet and you can arrange to have any SMS messages that are sent to the number attached to the USB sim to another number. eg your mobile phone. (Then of course put everything back together in the normal way and any SMS that are sent to your USB number go to wherever you've directed them. I know others who in fact have done the same, and it works well.

  • Telstra pre-paid mobile broadband

Has anyboby managed to setup up a Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband Turbo on OSX Lion 10.7.1.
The dongle works fine on my WIndows machine so no issues with activation of the sim or account balancwe etc.
I've downloaded and installed the latest version of the software from the Telstra web-site but still no luck.  The software installs, but will not connect to the 3G network.

Can I just say that this is a great way around those evil hotels that I am forced to use by my employer ... hotels that have a $25 to $35 charge for 24 hours of data delivered by WiFi or LAN cable to one's hotel room. In the last three years with my previous iPhone 4S and now the 6+, I have been able very simply to tether my laptop (Apple MacBook Pro 15") or tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8")  to the data allowance on my phone and use the internet without the hotel's massive UNFAIR charges.

  • Does the iPhone support pre-paid phone cards?

Just debating whether I get an iPhone to replace both my iPod Touch and my phone.
Does it support pre-paid calling cards like Bell's and the other phone companies?

The better question would be does the company you want to get pre-paid cards from support the iPhone.
For example, in the US, AT&T will not. You may be able to get it to work for voice, but as soon as they realize you have an iPhone, they will cut you off. I believe T-Mobile works fine, but you can't use T-Mobile's 3G network in the US as it's not compatible.
Check with the carrier(s) you want to use. Technically, an unlocked iPhone 4 will work on any compatible GSM network, though not all functions will work depending on the network provider.

  • What is the latetest iPhone I can use for a pre paid phone plan

I want to buy a phone and pre-pay month to month. Everyone says I can't but my X-wife, my daughter and my granddaughter all have that type of service.

That depends on where you are and what carrier you want to use.
In the US, there are no supported GSM carriers that offer pre-paid service for the iPhone. There are a number of CDMA carriers that do, but you must purchase a phone specifically for their network.
