What the title says. The Amex pre qual site says im pre-qual'ed for Amex Gold and Gold Premier. But i plan on doing quite a bit of traveling soon and based on that i would really prefer Platinum. Should i try for Platinum anyway? If i do apply for Platinum and get denied, will they do a second hard pull when i apply for Gold Premier?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Is there a way to make a smart "playlist" of specific books in my iTunes library, and copy ONLY THOSE books to an iOS device? I own an iPad and an iPhone but I want different books on each different device. When I've tried this, the iOS devices don't seem to respond.
There is no playlist for iBooks, butther eis nothing to preent you from choosing to download specific titles from itunes, or syncing just specific titles to an individual device.

I want to use a backup hardrive to store my photos and music on but still want to be able to go to the finder and click the photos/music button. In windows i would just change the properties of the given library folder. How can I do this in Lion?
Move "~/Pictures", or if just iPhoto pictures, "~/Pictures/iPhoto Library", to the new location.
If you moved iPhoto, open iPhoto with the option key held, like Tony T1 writes. Select "Other Library" and navigate to the new location.
To add the new location to the sidebar in Finder, just drag it onto the sidebar.
Same process for iTunes, or whole music folder. -
Was able to download and install Premier but can't install Photoshop Elements - getting multiple error messages (pirated software, etc). Any ideas?

I Just pre orders an album on iTunes. And I've read all the websites including yours that says go to iTunes and click view my appleID then click on manage my preorders.but my iPad 3 is not giving me that option,and I do not want the album anymore.waht do I do?

Yeah, this is a known problem -- and a pain. When it asks you to "create" a new account, just input all the information from your existing account. You might even have to re-enter your credit card data. But just go ahead and do all that (maybe even twice), and it WILL work. Just keep at it.

Hello, My BK7 was discharged in late March. I just applied for Express and New York & Co store cards using this link http://www.doctorofcredit.com/shopping-cart-trick-get-credit-cards-without-the-hard-pull/ This link contains a list of retail cards you can get with a SOFT PULL!! Just go to the retail site, put items in your cart, go to checkout. If a card invitation pops up, click on it and be sure to use the same address that's on your credit report. The application only asks for the last 4 of your SS. Since I recently moved, I entered my old address and immediately after approval called customer service to update my address and find out the credit limit. Each account has a $250 limit. I think this is a good way to avoid secured cards or worse yet, cards like 1st Premier and Credit One with outrageous rates. My cards will arrive any day now! With proper usage of these accounts and my student loans reporting good payment history, I expect to receive unsecured offers in a few months.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.

Should I wait to apply for amex bce or apply for what i've been pre-qual for amex preferred gold
Hi, myfico scores are currently 695 eq, 693 tu & 683 ex. I have been getting emails and most recently a letter in the mail from amex wanting me to apply for the green card. I went to amex website to see what I would pre-qual for and got the green , gold and premier rewards gold card. The two cards that I aspire to get are amex bce and citi double cash. My question is should I take what I can get from amex now and go for a pc in a year (i read can't pc until 13 months has elapsed) our should I just keep on my steady path and wait until I get my score up to 720 -760 and apply? I currently have 3 dept store cc- hsn $750, ny&co $900 & vs $900, sdfcu secured cc $1000, fnbo $3000. Your thoughts on this is appreciated.

I would say based on just your scores and limits, and the fact that they approved me in may with only a third of the total limits I have now, you will probably be fine. If I were you, I would google Amex PRG 50k, once the page comes up from amex, if it says 25k after 2k spend, keep hitting refresh or open from a inprivate/incognito browser until it says 50k points after 1k spend. If you are at all concerned about being denied, many say to go for a charge card from them first vs a revolver. But I would say, why not just apply for both products using only one hard pull? I have seen similar and lower scores get approved for the BCE. But if you look at the pulls data base you will see the BCE is harder to get than the ED. You may want to consider the two. I also thought that the BCE was what I really wanted at first, until I discovered the value of MR points. With the ED, no annual fee, easily 2.4 per dollar at grocery stores and 1.2 on everything else, and that can basically be worth double when redeeming for travel. Dont worry about the annual fee of the PRG. You can cancel it. But it does come with 100 a year free for airline fees. -

Why we need to allow access to Airwatch MDM?
The network administrator can force the guest users to register to Airwatch MDM before they get authenticated and access the internet. So that the network administrator could manage the guest devices through Airwatch Management tool. This can be achieved by CPPM server. To download the Airwatch MDM app and register with the Airwatch MDM server certain domains should be permitted in the captive portal pre-authentication role. EJB3 and Toplink pre-allocation size for Sequences

How do I override the Toplink pre-allocation size for Sequences for a EJB3 Project?
My problem in detail:
I have a DB sequence which gets incremented by 1. I am using this sequence to generate primary keys for one of my tables. If I try to use the @GeneratedValue annotation for this primary key, then I am getting toplink validation exception 7027. I gather that this exception comes because the default pre-allocation size (increment-by value) is 50 for TopLink while DB uses 1. Now is there is any possiblity for me to override the default pre-allocation size for EJB3 project?
Currently I am leaving the primary key empty when I persist the entity and letting a DB trigger insert the sequence value into the DB.

When defining a sequence generator in JPA you also have the ability to configure a preallocationSize that should match the DB sequence's increment.

Artist doesn't appear in iPod, but the album is there in Album list in iPod
Very strange problem. I added an album to my iPod & it shows up fine in iTunes. The ID3 tagging is perfect. Problem is if I scroll through the Artist list, I can't find the artist, but if I look in the Albums list, the album is there & can be played.
