Someone I know pre-registered for free caller display but it may have not worked. On logging in to their calling features management page, "BT Privacy with Caller Display free for 12 months" is not ticked.
Probably best if everyone who pre-registered checks their own settings:

Is anyone else who has pre-registered for free caller display seeing that they are not in fact registered for free caller display in the control panel?

Im registered with the TPS and a friend told me I should be getting free caller display from BT too but Im not. I tried to register online unsuccessfully and tried to activate caller display from my phone via *234# but the operator told me the service was unavailabe on this line.

Ok so I happened to figure it out while on the phone to apple support. Even though the guy was very nice, I think I knew more than him! He was explaining very basic resolution principles I played about. I had the second option in displays resolution. All I did was unplug the HDMI cable, click on 'best for display' then plugged the HDMI in and my resolution on the normal monitor changed to the normal blue, then went black momentarily and then changed to a strange resolution but another window appeared that said SONY BRAVIA HDMI at the top! Hey presto! Don't know why it didn't do it yesterday - I probably left the HDMI cable in or something! Oh well. Problem solved!

I have a stand alone application, I can create PDF documents using Crystal JRC, But I'm getting the message 'Register for FREE at www.businessobjects.com/eclipse to remove this message'. How could we remove this message. I'm not using CRConfig.xml file in my application.

Download the latest version of CR4E. (v2_1)
You must be using a very old version to still be getting that watermark.

What is it again?
BT Privacy with Caller Display is a really handy service that's easy to take for granted. It's the smart way to know who's calling before you answer your phone. And it's a great way to avoid calls you don't want to take, like sales calls.
What you need to do
Take your pick from one of these options.
1. Get it free for another year.
You can do this by renewing your Caller Display and line rental contracts for another 12 months.
So I opted to renew line rental with a futher 12 months free Caller Display. I went right through the procedure and expected to get an email confirming the order with instrucions on how to pay - but nothing. So how do I go about checking if the order went through please?

After re-contracting line rental for a minimum of 12 months you would continue to pay for it in the same way as you currently do, by either monthly or quarterly bill usually settled by direct debit.
If you want to make use of Line Rental Saver and pay for a whole year of line rental in advance at the cheaper rate then that is a different product that needs ordering as well.

Since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox, I'm now getting the message "A problem has occurred trying to process your request. Please try again later. I don't get this problem when I login to all my other bookmarked sites, or when I use Internet Explorer. I'm using Windows XP. Any suggestions? Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. If you iPod is defective, within warranty and not abused, Apple will exchange it at no cost.

does it come pre-installed for free on the iMacs? Because i want to get one and i am wondering if it is on there for free?

Photoshop is not a free or OEM product on any system, any platform that I know of.
As the previous post says, you can download a trial version, but the full product, depending on level, on any platform (Windows or Mac) costs about $650, or $1000 for the extended version....

'Free' Caller Display Being Charged For

For the last three months I've been charged for Caller Display when it should be free until 04/12/15.
Each time I've used live chat help and have eventually got the first two months refunded but have just been charged again. I've just got off live chat and have been told (again) I will be refunded and the problem will be sorted but I can't say I have much faith.
How can I get this fixed once and for all?

Free Caller Display (12 months)

My free 12 months of caller display ends on 10th December. I have just noticed that there is an option to renew for a further 12 months on my calling features 'page'. Does anyone know if it will re-new from 10th December or from when I hit 'order'.

I could be wrong but just so you are aware if you renew the caller display you will be entering into a new 12 month contract on your phone. New contracts usually start from when you hit renew. They don't seem to "defer" the start date until your previous contract ends.
You could call BT 0800 100 400 and ask them to confirm one way or the other.

Change foreign country for free calls

I signed up for Skype Premium while in Ireland March thru May 2013. Chose US as one foreign country to make free calls to. I am now back home in US and want to change that country to Ireland (to make calls back to there). I also want to change the currency in which I make my monthly payments from Euros to Dollars and change the credit card to which these monthly payments are debited. How do I do these three things? How to change the country for free calls?

For a while I have a Skype Premium subscription. When setting up this, the question was asked, to which country I wanted to make free calls to land and mobile phones. Because of the wording (to which country?), I assumed that this should not be my home country, so I filled in a neighbour country. Later I found out, that I cannot make calls to phones in my own country. Question: how can I change that setting?

OK, location services was on. Followed the directions at the link for changing the signed-in iTunes Store. Viewed my Apple ID. It showed my country/region as Canada. The only change I made was to turn on location services for Safari. For some reason, that was set to "off". Otherwise, everything looked right. I shut down the iPod and restarted. Went into the App Store and downloaded the update. Seems OK now. Bizarre.
