Predefined PMP Transport Option
Hi All,
I am implementing Predefined Performance Management in our client....is this Predefined PMP is transports from one client to another client is possible or not.
Please help me on this one.

No Transport option in Change list tab
Hello All,
The option transport is missing in tab change list for both IR and ID. We have created the track, maintained the systems in the NWDI but still no luck. We have also included the SC SAP-INTDIR 3.0 for both the tracks (i.e.) IR and ID. Am I missing any configuration? Kindly suggest

In XI (in IR & ID) you will not find the transport option in tab change list. If you what to tansport any namespace or any particular object then put the mouse on that and right click then press Export and follow the instructins. Finally it will create a .tpz file. You have to take the help of BASIS team to tranport this file, once the file will be trasported into Quality or Production then you can Improt it from menu Tools --> Import desigen objects..

Transport Option is Disable in 1KEF

Here, FI user want to make transport request in 1KEF when he go 1KEF -->Table View --> Transport Then
he got disable the Transport Option.
How can i enable Transport Option in 1KEF?
while environment consist on ECC6 SR3 , DB 10.2 on Window Server 2003 .

As u r a FICO person u faced the problem related to basis team,actually client which u r working is set to "NO CHANGES ALLOWED" That is why ur transport is disabled,Work through below mentioned process and get the work done and let me know the satatus of ur error.ok
*1st Method* : type t-code SCC4>Double click on the client no which u r working(Ex:300 i need, then click on 300 client no)->click on change option->select the option CHANGES WITH OUT AUTOMATIC RECORDING->below that select the option CHANGES TO REPOSITORY AND CROSS CLIENT CUSTOMIZING ALLOWED->save->BACK--->BACK.
By doing above mentioned process u can solve the problem, by 2nd method also we can solve the issue.
*2nd Method* : First run the t-code which u want to execute then it strucks at certain point of time then execute /NSU53 t-code it displays what is required authorization to get ur work done.
Still there is one more method to solve ur problem,i think what i said till now can solve ur issue,let me know the status after going through the above mentioned process,if doesn't satisfy then i can suggest u one more method, -
We are in BI7, and would like to disable to transport pop up window where we have to give the package name and create transport request for any new objects in development system.
Is there a table or t-code I can disable this option.

It is mandatory that you should specify the request or create a request to transport any object. And the package is the one where all these requests are stored. So you should assign request and store it in a particular package.
If you don't want to transport the objects with that request which you have selected for, you can delete the request manually in SE01 Tcode after you assign a request while transporting.
As far as i know, there is no option to disable that pop up.

I do not seem to get the Bus route option available, I can get walking routes and car routes how do I get public transport routes?

I am having a table whose Delivery Class is 'A' and Data Browser/Table View Maint. is 'Display maintenance Allowed'. Now I have generated a maintenance view for the same with the option 'No, or user, recording routine'.
My understanding says, if I do not use standard recording routine, then no request will be asked. In such cases I have to manually transport. After saving data, I tried transporting the data. It gave me this error:
Transport is not possible for the specified data
Can anyone please help.
When I enable standard recording routine, A or C made difference to the kind of request expected viz Workbench or Customizing. Otherwise, it is the same.

While creating TMG screen you have select standard recording routine instead of 'No, or user, recording routine'. Regenerate TMG Screen by opting 'standard recording routine'. then it will ask transport request while saving Table enties.
Normally if you dont want to transport table entries into diffent landscape then only you have to choose recording option as ''No, or user, recording routine'' otherwise you have to choose 'standard recording routine'.

Table maintenace setting No Transport option.

I have a table maintance for a custom table, Its attribute is set to
'Automatic Transport' no it ask for transport request for every change. I want to set it to 'No Transport' but it is not changing it.
It gives the message <b>'The flag for the transport link was corrected'</b> and again set the old value.

There will be a radio button for 'REcording Routine'. Select the "no, or user, recording routine" and SAVE.
Now it will not ask for transport request.

Rating Scale is not Showing Up in Predefined PMP
Hi All,
I am new to This Performance Management Configuration, so far i resolved few issues with help of SDN.
Now i am configuring Predefined Performance Management Templates, when i was configuring i have to assign/attache rating scale to goals.
I configured my OWN Rating Scale using this transaction code: OOHAP_VALUE_TYPE based on my client requirement to attach to goals, but i am not able to see my OWN rating scale in the drop down but i am able to see only default rating scale which was provided by SAP.
Can you someone please tell me do i need to configure any thing more to see my own rating scale to attache Predefined Performance Management templates.

OMD0 - TRANSPORT OPTION IS DISABLE.
While creating a new entry in the transaction OMD0.

Can you clarify some of my doubts?
1) How many clients do you have in your Development?
2) Is it a customizing/workbench client, where you are trying to create a new request?
3)Only for this TCODe this is happening?
My Suggetions:
1) If you have multiple clients, please make sure that the client settings are correct and allowingto create request.
2) If you are trying to create a request in sandbox client, that is not possible. you can only create new request in Customizing/Workbench client.
3)If only for this TCODE it is happening, there should be a problem with authorization which is not allowing your user id for transportation.

Predefined properties BOX don't appear in search option
Hi all,
I'm working with portal 7.00 SP11
I have a problem with 'Predefined properties' search option wich don't appear in the search option .
I have modifed the 'UISearchComponents' to add 'search_predefined_props' in 'Component for Basic Search Function'.
I have created properties and documents with this properties. (correctly with 'how to configure the search UI..04/2007)
In my development portal, all works fine : I have the 'predefined properties box' wich is displayed in my search iview.
But, in my production portal......that doen't work........ and I have transported all modification from DEv sytem to PRD system.
I have read note 872061, and all is installed correctly.
I have search on sdn forum, but any thread with this problem.
Very strange ...
Do you have a suggestion for me?

If you have done everything correctly and if it is working on your DEV system but not on your PROD, then it will be very hard to analyze this remotely...
Anyhow, sometimes the ConfigFramework has it's problems with online changes, so at least one try would be a simple restart of the portal server.

I do not know if TEM has a separate transport option like other components sometime have. But one way to transport objects and relationships is via report RHMOVE30.

How to transport Implementation project template changes?
Hello All,
I have made changes to the project template (added doc types, assigned status schemas) for Implementation projects in my dev system by going to SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN > Goto > Project Template > Implementation projects. I want these values to be the standard values whenever I start a new Implementation project.
When I save my changes, I am not prompted for a transport request, nor can I find any transport option in the menu. Do these project templates need to be manually configured in my test and production systems, or is there another way of assigning the changes to a transport that I cannot figure out?

Just enable the GLOBAL field for the values which you want to be available for all the implementation projects.
e.g
You created a documentation type which is having global field tick so it will be available for all

Unable to transport infoset /SAPQUERY/HR_ADM using program RSAQR3TR
I am trying to export the SAP infoset /SAPQUERY/HR_ADM via program RSAQR3TR using the following settings:
Selection of Transport Actions - set to Export
Selection of Transport Options - Transport InfoSets selected
IMP02 - REPLACE
InfoSets - /SAPQUERY/HR_ADM
When I execute to generate the transport I get the following in the export log
F no object found.
I am trying to add some additional fields to this infoset so I can pull in some org management data but I cannot seem to export it via a transport.one client

Approval for transports to Production
Hi,
I posted this in ERP and dint get a reply so i am posting here.
I configured transport workflow QA approval procedure. When i approve the proposal it is getting imported into QA automatically. I want to approve but let somebody else to move the transport manually.
How do i do this?
Also once its moved to QA and tested fine how is the approval to PRD handled using transport workflow?

Please check from the 2nd paragraph onwards.
Regardless of anything the sequence is the change owner's responsibilty. Even if mass transport option was invoked and the transports were released in wrong sequence then you would get this error in case of auto imports. Manual imports where you have a sequence control check is helpful but tedious business. I think the onus is one transport owners to ensure that the sequence of transport requests is correct in transport proposal in case of TMS workflow and in case of mass transports the transports are released in correct sequence.
Coming to the QA approval step I believe that TMS workflow and QA approval are separate in the sense the individual transport and not the proposal gets approved. However I would really suggest ythat ou check with SAP itself on that .
